Vanessa: Mark Grayson was like most teenagers you know of. He goes to school, had a girlfriend and working a part-time job. I say most because he had one thing different from other teens; he was the son of Omni-Man!

Sara: Mark is a human/alien hybrid from his human mother Debbie and Viltrumite father Nolan Grayson, who came Earth to serve. However, it wasn't until he accidentally throw a garbage bag into space did he discovered his powers and Nolan began training him to use it.

Nakano: But that's where things went so wrong. Shortly after discovering his pwoers, the Guardians of the Globe were ambushed and killed with only Omni-Man as the survivor, Amber leaving him after she got angry about Mark hiding his identity from. But worse was Omni-Man killed Immortal and was revealed to be the perpetrator of the Guardians' deaths.

Vanessa: Turns out, the whole "spreading peace" thing is a big, fat lie and that Viltrumites follow the "survival of the fittest" and were sent to other planets to conquer them in the name of their Viltrumite Empire. And Nolan wanted Mark to join her. Naturally, Invincible declined and was determine to protect Earth from Nolan. Buuuut it's obvious how their first fight went.

Vanessa: Damn.

Sara: And yet even after such a beating and Omni-Man questioning who will he have left after everyone dies, Mark states he'd still have him, which made Nolan have a change of heart and flee from Earth. But despite such events, he and Nolan reconciled in the future and prepared Earth for the oncoming Viltrumite invasion.

Invincible

Superhuman Strength: As a Viltrumite hybrid, Invincible is able to bench press 400 tons and is even capable of carrying large cruise ships which can weigh well over 100,000 tons

Superhuman Speed: Invincible can casually fly at speeds as fast as lightning as well as near the speed of light. Like his father and other Viltrumites, Invincible can cross interstellar distances at Massively FTL+ speeds

Superhuman Durability: Invincible has near-invulnerability which allows him to easily shrug off gun shots and even planetary explosions

Superhuman Endurance: Can cross interstellar distances in a single breath and can continue fighting with severe injuries and minimal rest

Regeneration: As a Viltrumite, he is capable of healing from deep as well as life threatening injuries that would easily kill a normal human

Longevity: The older Viltrumites get, the slower they age. His father Omni-Man claimed he would outlast everything and everyone he knew on Earth before he looked 30

Flight

Able to hold his breath for two weeks

Telepathy: Has alien technology in his ear that allows him to hear and transmit other people's thoughts

Reactive Evolution: Viltrumite DNA aggressively heals itself for various situations, such as reproduction with other species or long-term survival

Resistance to Extreme Temperatures: Viltrumites have Smart Atoms that release energy that allows survival in extreme conditions; such as space and even the surface of the sun

Resistance to Cosmic Radiations: Consistently able to travel through space without suffering any ill effects

Immunity to Earthly Diseases: Viltrumite cells can't be killed by Earth illnesses

Vanessa: I've previously stated that Viltrumites possess the raw strength of a Kryptonian with the mindset of a Saiyan. All of this this due to their Smart Atoms, which grants Mark abilities like super strength, speed and endurance. He can also fly and can resist extreme temperatures.

Nakano: Viltrumites are also known to get stronger if they survive a near-death experience like Saiyans and they can't catch Earth-born illnesses. Mark also has a healing factor that can kill most people as long as the heart or brain aren't damage.

Taken impacts that would leave large craters

Flew from America to Antarctica in 30 seconds

Can throw a baseball hard enough for it to travel around the world in 20 seconds

Diverted a building sized asteroid

Broke through Titan's armor which is made of solid rock

Fought Flaxans for almost two hours straight without tiring

Held his own against an army of Martians

Slammed Allen The Alien into the Moon

Comparable in speed to the latter, who travelled from Mars to Earth in 1 hour and 15 minutes

Flew to Mars in under four days

Comparable to Omni-Man who flew from Earth to the Virgo Supercluster (Which is a distance of 65 million light years) in a week

Defeated a kaiju that came close to killing Omni-Man

Completely no-sold being engulfed in flames

Survived being buried under a massive avalanche

Survived being beaten to near-death by Omni-Man

Resisted being mind controlled by Sequids

Survived a beatdown from a group of Mauler Twins from different dimensions as well as an explosion that both destroyed a harbor and ossified nearly everyone in the blast.

In the beginning of series he was able to somewhat hold his own against other Viltrumites, He was able to impress them with his performance even though he was almost killed.

Became Emperor of the Viltrumites and spread peace throughout the galaxy over the course of 500 years

Nakano: Invincible has taken on hordes Viltrumites, punched through Viltrum alongside Omni-Man and Allen, survived the Scourge Virus which was specifically designed to kill Viltrumites and killed General Thragg to avenge Nolan. Given that Thragg previously held his own against both at once and that Mark ultimately ended him, it's neutral he scales to his father. Omni-Man moved from Earth to another planet in under a week and fought Supreme to a draw.

Sara: Suprema, his sister, admits Supreme is far superior to her and she claims she can kickball a star which would put her power at 234 Zettatons of TNT.

Popup: Invincible also moved the Moon with The Tick, a feat worth 2.15 Yottatons of TNT.

Vanessa: Which also makes Mark comparable to Supreme and Suprema as well. He's even fought his alternate selves in the Invincible War, in which one of them has killed Spawn from his universe. you know, the guy who shook every creation such as the nine Hells and reality with a war cry after killing Malebolgia?

Weaknesses

His Smart Atoms have limits to the temperatures they can withstand

Weak to high frequency sounds that can cause him intense pain and even death

Even higher precision waves can lead to hallucinations or coma

His powers can be "dampened" with some technology

The Scourge Virus, an artificially engineered illness that infects Viltrumites and severely negates them of their powers resulting in coma and/or death. Mark was able to recover from this due to his royal bloodline and got his powers back a few days later.

Plant Klaxus can harm and poison him

Reluctant to kill (Though this does change over time)

Inherently quick to anger when he hears of news not pleasing to him

Sara: But Mark does have limits. His heat resistance can only take so much and high frequency sounds are extremely effective as it negates his flight. Plus his healing factor can be dampened if the heart or brain are damaged.

Vanessa: And at first Mark is reluctant to fight or even go all-out due to his human upbringing, though this has changed overtime. But he also a ha bit of a temper if things went south.

Nakano: But in the end, Mark upheld Nolan's legacy after his death by slaying Thragg and becoming the new Viltrumite Emperor, creating an everlasting peace of 500 years into the future as opposed to the one of conquest his father had initially envisioned. Truly, Mark Grayson has more than lived up to his namesake of Invincible.

Invincible: I wouldn't try that..... I'm Invincible.
