Arabella's POV

When you're father's a famous superhero and your boyfriend is his sidekick, you have to deal with some of the craziest things ever, like doing a photoshoot for the Swellview calendar. I did not enjoy this one bit, especially since I had to wear a swimsuit I was not comfortable in. I dislike my body and this just makes me feel so exposed to the world. The only thing I was doing was pretending to be a surfer in the background, so only my skinny freaking legs were showing, but I still didn't like it.

Charlotte lucked out and didn't have to do this, so I was the lucky one. Yay.

One good thing did come out of this, Henry and I were allowed to take super cute pictures together before we did the actual photoshoot. Charlotte took all of them, because she's one of our best friends and is in charge of taking all of the cute and over the top photos of us, including one where Henry was Kid Danger and he was carrying me in his arms. It was supposed to look romantic and cheesy.

Charlotte's the best.

"Okay, just a few more." I heard Schwoz say and I sighed.

"Hey, look at all those hot girls on the beach!" My dad called and I rolled my eyes at that. "Hi, girls!"

"Hey, girls..." Henry weakly replied.

"Come on, get into it." My dad encouraged him.

"I am!"

"No, you gotta-"

"Dude, you're embarrassing me in front of girls who don't exist!" Henry exclaimed and I stopped my feet. "Also, it's not polite to wave to girls when I got a girlfriend."

"Thank you!" I call from behind the surfboard.

"Come on! Show me some emotion!" Schwoz begged. "Give me some feels baby!"

"Yeah! Come on, Henry! We're on a beach in Hawaii!" My dad chuckled.

"No, we're not!" Henry said and sighed. "I feel dumb!"

I lowered the surfboard and stood there, unamused.

"Hey, do you have any idea how many people wish they were gonna be featured in the Swellview calendar?" My dad asked him and I exhaled.

"Well, go find them!" I remark and groaned. "I don't want to do this."

"Hey, look everybody, my daughter's complaining, that's fresh." My dad sarcastically pointed out and Henry laughed, but stopped when he saw my face.

"Hey, does this surfboard look weird to you?" I asked my dad and he gave me a look.

"No, what's wrong with it?"

I bonked him on the head with it and he groaned, holding his head as Henry chuckled.

"Ow!... I'm okay." He smiled and I glared at him. "Don't hit me."

"Don't insult me." I fire back and Charlotte just gives me a grin from her spot at the monitor.

"I put my daughter in bikini and she gets snappy with me." My dad muttered and Henry chuckled, but he stops again when he sees me.

"I mean, you look beautiful." Henry chuckles, nervously and I rolled my eyes.

"Whatever..."

Henry's lying, I look awful in this. I look like a twig and it's gross.

The monitor beeped and it was a hotline call.

"Hey, hotline call." Henry called.

"Schwoz, Bella, go over there with Charlotte so you won't be seen." My dad orders us and I nod, walking over to the monitor to hide behind it.

Schwoz gets rid of the back drop, along with moving the equipment and I felt a towel get tossed on my head.

"Hey." I called and removed the towel as I hid with Charlotte and Schwoz.

My dad answered the hotline.

"This is Captain Man and Kid Danger-" My dad paused and motioned Henry to remove his flower.

Henry removed it and gave it to me. "What is your emergency?"

"Actually, it's your emergency."

It was Dr. Minyak.

I leaned over a little to see Dr. Minyak and the background of the video looked very familiar.

"Minyak!" My dad snarled.

"Dr. Minyak!" Minyak corrected.

My dad scoffed. "You're no doctor! You're just evil!"

"Oh, those two things aren't mutually exclusive, ya know?" Minyak informed and Henry hit my dad.

"What does that mean?" My dad asked him.

"It means a person can be a doctor and evil at the same time." Minyak explained and Henry continued to get my dad's attention.

"Yeah, well, nobody likes you-Ow!"

Henry pulled my dad down and Henry whispered to him.

"I think Dr. Minyak is at my house."

I looked at the screens and I recognized Henry's kitchen in the video. Crap.

"Okay...is your mom home?" My dad asked and I rolled my eyes.

"No, why?"

"I don't know, I just think about her a lot." My dad shrugged and I shook my head.

This has to stop. My dad will never end up with Kris, I will make sure of that.

"Ray." Henry sighed. "Ya know, Bella and I don't enjoy you flirting with my mom."

"And?"

"Airy's my girlfriend, and it's really weird that my girlfriend's dad is flirting with my mom." Henry admitted and I sighed.

"It's not my fault your mom's hot and you like my daughter." My dad reasoned and Henry sighed.

"Wow."

Does he really not understand?

"Hey, now! Where did you go?!" Minyak called and my dad and Henry stood up. "I demand attention!"

"Alright, Minyak! Where are you?" My dad asked him.

Henry's house. Was that not clear when Henry said it?

"Oh, me?" Minyak smiled. "I just so happen to be at the house of the president of your Man Fans." Minyak pulled a frightened Piper in front of the camera and my eyes grew.

"Pi-" My dad hit Henry's chest and he trailed off. "Uh..."

"Wait, was that?!" Minyak asked Henry. "What did he say?"

"Uh, I think he was gonna say-"

"Piiiiiiiiiiii-"

"Pineapple!" Henry smiled and my dad nodded.

"Pineapple." My dad repeated. "That's it. Kids today, they love pineapples." They rambled on for a bit and it was very strange. They went from pineapple to the number pi and counted the numbers of pi and it was sad.

"Oh my god.." I muttered with an eye roll.

That's my father and boyfriend right there. The worst people at coming up with lies and excuses.

"Okay, Minyak." Henry snarled after they finished the unneeded ramble they did.

"Mmm?" Minyak hummed.

"We know exactly where you are." Henry continued.

"You just wait right there like a good little jerk!" My dad snapped. "And we'll be there in a few minutes with our fists!"

"Four fists!" Henry added and Schwoz, Charlotte, and I leaned on the cart in front of us, bored.

"It's gonna be a real...fistival!" My dad added and I felt my head ache.

It hurts. It hurts to see my dad talk like that, it's painful.

"A what?" Minyak asked

"Wait, what'd you say?" Henry asked him.

"I said fistival." My dad repeated. "Ya know, like a festival but with fists."

"Oh god, that's so stupid." Minyak remarked and I snickered, but Schwoz covered my mouth.

"Is not! You're stupid!" My dad fired back and Henry hit his chest.

"Hey, hey, you know, what you should've said?" Henry questioned.

"No." My dad said.

"You could've said 'I hope you're thirsty, because we're bringing some punch!'" Henry said, pretending to punch someone.

Henry's lucky he's cute.

"Ah! Yes, punch! That's very clever!" Minyak praised and Henry smiled.

"I'm so bored." Charlotte sighed and I nodded.

"Maybe we should leave." Schwoz suggested.

"Nah, they're gonna need us eventually." I denied. "Besides, I need to be a supportive girlfriend for Henry."

"True." Schwoz agreed.

"Come on, let's go attack Minyak." My dad suggested.

"Let's do it." Henry declared and they turned to leave.

"No!" Minyak yelled and gained their attention. "If you two super-zeroes don't stay right where you are. This kid flies!"

Minyak turned the camera over to Piper who was tied down in chair with balloons attached.

"Help! He's got a hebormeter!" Piper cried and I was confused.

A what? Does she mean Helliometer?

"Helliometer!" Minyak corrected.

"Wait, wait! What do you mean the kid flies?!" My dad asked himself

"Yeah, what do you mean flies?" Henry asked.

"You see, if I use this to blast the helium in those balloons, it will geometric increase their heliosity and then you're President will fly straight up through the ceiling and she won't stop until she hits the moon!" Minyak explained and showed Piper on screen.

So, millions of people will hear Piper's complaining and yelling as she flies through the sky?

Just kidding. We won't let that happen.

"The moon?!" Piper yelled.

"Alright now!" My dad cut in.

"Okay, you listen to me, Dr. Minyak!" Henry ordered and I stood straight up. "If you hurt that girl, you're dead meat!" My dad hit Henry's chest, reminding him of his identity and who he is right now. "Not that I know that girl, personally! I just care so much, because it's my job to care about people like that girl in the chair, who I do not know."

"Nice save." I muttered and Henry gave me a glare.

"Now you listen! For the next three hours, my minions will be traveling all over Swellview, robbing, stealing, burgling, all the evil jurits!" Minyak explained. "And the two of you will do nothing to stop me, because I'm watching you Kid Danger and Captain Man!" I looked at my dad and Henry with worry. "And if you leave my view..." Minyak showed us Piper for a moment. "The girl flies! And just to add to this scheme, if you leave, I'll send all of my minions after Captain Man's daughter."

I gasped and Charlotte grabbed my shoulders.

"You'll never get my daughter." My dad scolded.

"Fine!" Henry said. "We'll just call the police!"

"If you call the police, the girl flies and you're daughter will be hunted down!" Minyak threatened and I groaned.

My dad groaned and Henry sighed. "I thought that was gonna work."

Minyak started to laugh as he pressed a few buttons.

"You'll never get away with this Minyak." My dad mentioned and they continued to berate him until we saw Jasper on screen, holding a vase above Cohort's head.

She turned and Jasper froze, before lowering it awkwardly.

"Uh...is this yours?" He asked her.

"No."

"K." Jasper put the vase on the fireplace, before sitting down on the couch.

At least he tried.

A little later, Minyak was talking to his minions about robbing stores and Charlotte, Schwoz, and I had come up with a plan that could stop Minyak.

Charlotte and I motioned Schwoz over and we peaked our heads over the monitor to talk to Henry and my dad, who couldn't move much.

"Guys." I whispered. "Guys."

"Psst!" Charlotte muttered, "psst!"

Schwoz blew a raspberry and got spit all over our faces and I wiped it off, glaring at him.

"Why?"

"Geez." Charlotte said.

"Gross." My dad said.

"You sprayed my face." Henry muttered.

"Listen, Schwoz, Bella, and I think we have a way you can stop Dr. Minyak." Charlotte began.

"We can't go anywhere." My dad gritted through his teeth.

"We have to stay here." Henry added.

"No, Dr. Minyak just has to think you're here." I reasoned.

"How can we-"

"Shhh! Just wait there." Schwoz shushed him.

"We'll be back." I tell them and we crawl away, ignoring their calls and go into the back.

Charlotte and Schwoz stayed in the Man Cave while I snuck out and went over to Henry's house. Despite having criminals after me, they don't know what I look like and I have a disguise on to hid myself.

(Minyak does know Arabella's name, but he he doesn't know what she looks like. Remember, he and Cohort got their memories wiped in The Beat Goes on and forgot who Arabella was until Danger and Thunder)

I was gonna distract Minyak, while Schwoz and Charlotte help my dad and Henry. I put my glasses on and called Schwoz.

"Hey, Schwoz and Charlotte." I greeted, quietly. "I'm at Henry's house, are you ready?"

"Yes, go ahead and distract Minyak." Schwoz told me and I nodded.

"Got it. Bye."

I hung up and picked up my basket of items, ringing the doorbell.

Minyak opened the door. "Yes, hello."

"Hi! I'm selling double a batteries." I smiled and showed him my basket of batteries.

"You're selling what?" He asked with confusion and this turned into a huge argument, which was perfect.

"Sir, you can find great uses for these batteries!" I tell him and he continued to argue with me.

"You're not listening to me!"

"They can be used for flashlights, game controllers, all that great stuff!" I continued and rambled on about how great the batteries are

"Young lady, I despise all batteries!" Minyak mentions, but I ignored him.

"My mother was killed by a double a battery!" Minyak cried to me, but I continued. "I don't want any double A batteries! Go away!"

He shut the door and I yelped.

"Wait! I-" I sighed and lowered my arms. "How rude."

I peaked inside the house through the window and noticed my dad and Henry were on the screen again.

Just gotta wait for them to arrive and we'll be good to go.

I waited a good ten minutes, before my dad and Henry arrived with a back drop of the Man Cave on their backs and had the video camera attached to them.

"There you guys are!" I muttered and they carefully scooted toward me. "Come on! Hurry! Where have you guys been?!"

They shushed me and I covered my mouth with regret.

"Sorry..." I muttered under my hand.

"What was that?" I heard Minyak ask.

"What?" Henry asked.

"Did I hear a little girl?" Minyak asked and my eyes grew. "Was that your daughter?!"

I shook my head and bit my fingernails, nervously.

"Uhhhhhh...."

"Na, dude. That's just-uh, that's just a game we play!" Henry laughed and gestured to the back drop. "Here, in the Man Cave."

"Yeah, uh, it's called, uh. Daughter shush." My dad continues and I gave him a look.

"Hey, daddy!" Henry imitated my voice and I raised an eyebrow at him.

"Eh, shush, sweetie!" My dad shushed him, playing along.

"Awww." Henry sighed.

"Shh, daughter. See fun?" My dad smiled awkwardly and I was in disbelief.

Do they play this game when I'm not around? If so, Henry needs to work on his Arabella voice, because it is very wrong.

"No more games!" Minyak snapped and they shook their heads.

"My bad." I apologized and Henry gave me a sympathetic look. "So, what are you gonna do now? Just go in there and get him?"

"No, that would be stupid." My dad muttered.

"We'd never fit through the front door." Henry added.

"We have to go in the back way." My dad told me and I waited for them to leave.

"Okay. Go!" I motioned them and they scooted away from me. Henry grabbed my hand and gave me a small smile, before leaving.

After a while, I peaked inside the house and saw Minyak and Cohort had spotted my dad and Henry. The four of them were pointing blasters at one another, along with Minyak pointing the Helliometer at Piper. I sprinted off to back door, removing my glasses.

I ran in through the back door and hid behind the counter. Jasper was distracting Minyak, Cohort got chased out the door, and my dad and Henry were taking off the back drop. I ran over and grabbed some scissors from the drawer, before kneeling in front of Piper.

"Hello." I greeted and cut her free from the chair. I grabbed Piper and pulled her away.

"Hey! You! Put that President back in that chair!" Minyak yelled and Piper and I froze with our hands up. Suddenly, my dad grabbed the Helliometer and Minyak backed away when my dad pointed it at him. Piper and I hid behind the counter and watched the fight.

"You give me that back!" Minyak demanded.

"I don't want to!" My dad said.

"But I'll give you my palm." Henry offered and stepped forward.

"You're palm, what do you mean-AH!"

Henry face palmed him square in the nose and, Minyak fell down into the chair with the balloons attached to it.

I smiled at Henry and sighed, dreamily.

My boyfriend gets hotter every time he fights crime.

"Nice face palm." My dad praised his sidekick.

"Thanks. Hey, can I borrow that for a second?" Henry asked and my dad handed the Helliometer to him.

"Sure."

"Thank you." Henry said and took the Helliometer, before pointing it at Minyak. "Hey Minyak!"

"What?!" Minyak looked at Henry and freaked. "No no no no no no! Don't use my own Helliometer against me!"

"Why shouldn't I?" Henry reasoned.

"Well, it's too on the nose." Minyak protested.

(What did he say?😂)

"Tell it to the blue birds." My dad mocked Minyak and I smiled.

"Over the rainbow." Henry added and shot the Helliometer at the balloons.

"Nooooooo!" Minyak yelled and the chair flew through the roof and into the sky, causing ceiling pieces to fall down. Piper and I ran over to my dad and Henry, and Jasper and Charlotte were walking up to us in the living room.

We all looked up at Minyak.

"I'll be back!" Minyak called and he flew away. "Eventually!"

Henry hugged me from behind and I smiled, giggling in his arms. Piper was busy looking up, so she couldn't see us.

"Hey, I'm home-"

We all turned to see Mr. Hart and Henry loosened his arms around me. Mr. Hart noticed the house and all the holes in the ceiling, along with the grumble on the floor.

He was in disbelief and couldn't find the right words to say.

"Okay, is anyone I know dead?" He asked us and none of us knew how to answer, so we just shrugged.
