Talk with Lord Beckett
Natalia's POV
"What do you want Beckett?" I ask glaring at him. "Also where's Will?" I ask noticing he wasn't here.
"I've sent him on an errand, he just left to visit your sister before leaving. Now you are here as I have a propositioned for you" he states. "Also to inform you, that you are no longer captain of the royal navy. Your crew has been taken into custody to await their trail. For being pirates" he explains.
"You can't do that, the king himself made me a captain. Also my crew were under direct orders to infiltrate the pirate community. So we had to pretend to be pirates, but we never dealt in piracy activities. We kept the king and navy informed of every decision. As well as everything we learnt about pirates" I tell him.
"Yet you fail to mention running into several pirate lords and the keeper of the code" he states. I don't say anything, knowing he has no proof of any of this. "You probably think by being quiet you can't be trailed for not telling the navy this information. But you are wrong, we had a spy in your crew and he told us everything" he says. The doors open and lieutenant Washington entered the room. But he was now wearing a captains uniform.
"You traitor, I should of never saved you from that fire!" I yell fighting against the two soldiers restraining me. "Why would you go against me? Why would you betray your own crew to this wretch?!" I ask him.
"You were never fit to be captain, you are a woman. You should be on land, married and be a mother. Not be gallivanting after pirates" he states. "The crew loved you as their captain and refused to obey my orders. When I told them I had been reporting to the East India Trading Company. Especially they found out you were in prison, some even tried to make rescue plans. Parker leading them, but they were all caught and await trail" he explains.
"Yes they do and even if they escape the hang mans noose. They'll never be navy soldiers again, those who did not fight have been richly rewarded. For their loyalty to the East India Trading Company" Beckett states.
"To you, you mean" I snap.
"Captain why don't you go back to your crew and ship" Beckett states.
"It's not his, it's mine" I snap.
"Not anymore, you have been relieved of your duty and the privileges that came with it. Including the ship" Washington states.
"The pirate community will never accept you as captain of the Ghost Rider. You will be thrown out" I tell him. "The deepest circle of hell is reserved for betrayers and mutineers" I tell him. Washington just turns about face and leaves the room. "Why am I here Beckett?" I ask.
"As I said, I have an offer that will save you and your loyal crew members lives" he states. "It is quite simple really, you'll be given a full pardon. Become a true Lady of England and it only requires one thing in return" he explains.
"Which is?" I ask fearing the worse.
"That you accept my hand in marriage and do everything expected of a wife" he states.
"I will never marry a man as veil as you" I tell him sternly.
"Not even for your own sisters life?" he asks. "Marry me and she'll be free along with your former crew" he whispers in my ear.
"If I do this, I ask for something else in return" I tell him.
"What would that be my dear?" he asks stroking my hair.
"Let me go with Will to capture Jack Sparrow, my influence as captain Fox will make his search go quicker. When we return I shall marry you and do everything you ask of me. Once my sister and her fiance are free along with my former crew" I bargain.
"What's to stop you from running away if I let you go with Turner?" he asks.
"You'll have my sister still in custody and you will have my word. I never go back on my word Beckett, you should know that. But know this I will only marry you after Sparrow is dead and the ones I care about are freed" I states.
"Deal, take her to the docks and let her leave with mister Turner" he tells the guards. "I look forward to your return my dear" he says kissing me cheek and I try not to scowl. I am taken to the docks and the shackles are removed.
"Will!" I shout and hug him tightly.
"Mr Turner she is to accompany you on your search for Sparrow. Orders by lord Beckett" one of the guards states. Before he and the other one leave the docks. Will and I get into the dingy set sail for Tortuga. He tries to ask why I was allowed to come with him, but I told him nothing.
