The four humans soon found themselves resting up. They slept on the couch with a few blankets covering them. As midnight drawed near, Beauté felt her plan falling into place. More than 90% of the world's population was under her control. The only thing standing in her way was Bell and Maddie. "Find them," she ordered her minions. "If they make a cure, then my reign over this world will fall."

"Yes Master," her minions replied with a bow before continuing the search.

When she was sure they were gone, Beauté walked out to the balcony in her room and stared out over her kingdom. Although she did not admit it out loud, she was troubled by the few remaining humans. I must make sure all loose ends are tied up, She told herself.

Meanwhile, in the cabin, Amanda woke-up when she couldn't get sleep. She walked over to the kitchen to get some water. This is all my fault, She thought. I messed up big time and now the whole world's gonna pay for it. Amanda sighed before gulping down her drink. I wish Dad was here. He'd know what to do.

That's when there was a knock on the front door. Amanda stopped cold and tiptoed to the door to see if she could figure out who was on the other side. She listened carefully as another knock was produced.

Who could it be? She wondered.

"Amanda? Kiddo, you in there?"

Amanda gasped in shock. It couldn't have been who she thought it was. She quietly unlocked the door and then cracked it open to reveal her Dad on the other side. Overcome with joy, Amanda swung the door open. "Dad!" She cried before running to hug him.

America was shocked at first but then hugged his little girl back. "Hey sweetie," he greeted, rubbing the top of her head. "I've been looking for you."

Amanda was too happy to hear. Her Dad was there. He was going to help. Everything was going to work out. "Dad, you have no idea what I've been through."

"It's okay Amanda. Everything is all right now."

As Amanda began to look around, she noticed the chainsaw that America had in his left hand. Slowly, she backed away from him. "D-D-Dad?"

"It's okay Kiddo. I wouldn't use this on ya," America gave her his famous grin and showed off his new red eyes. "But I still need you to come with me."

"Sorry Dad, but I'm gonna have to say no." Amanda quickly slammed the door shut, locked it, and then ran over to the others. "Guys! Wake-up! We've got trouble!"

"Is it the normal kind of trouble or the really bad trouble?" Natie yawned.

"The really bad trouble!"

Just then, the sound of the chainsaw starting made the group gasp in shock. America was trying to cut through the door. "Uh, what's going on?" Rose asked.

"My Dad showed up with red eyes and a chainsaw," Amanda explained.

"But just because he has a chainsaw, it doesn't make him a monster," Aurel pointed out.

"Actually chainsaw killers are considered monsters, in a sense, so technically speaking he is a monster." As the chainsaw was cutting through the door, Amanda noticed one window that she hadn't closed-up tight. She opened it and gestured for everyone to follow her outside. They all climbed through the window and ran as fast as they could before America noticed they were gone.

"Now what?" Natie questioned as they ran.

"We can try hiding out by the lake." Amanda suggested.

"Vell, if America has a chainsaw, then he von't get in the vater. His chainsaw vill rust up." Aurel said.

"Exactly! Let's go!" The four ran to the lake and got in one of the canoes that were there. They each got a paddle and rowed out to the middle of the lake. "Okay, we should be safe now."

Just then, the water began to bubble.

"Oh come on! Can't we get a break here?!" Amanda shouted.

Suddenly, something arose from the water with tenticals that resembled that of a giant squid. Then a horrifying monsterous sea creature's head arose to the surface and growled at the four teens. It then grabbed the canoe and ripped it in half, causing the four to fall into the water. When they resurfaced, they watched as it ate their boat.

"Well this is just great. Who exactly is this anyway?"

After the Kraken had eaten the boat, it turned its attention to the teens and grabbed them, lifting them out of the water with one of its tenticals. "This is not how I thought we would go out," Natie stated.

"Ja, I'm vith you on that Natie." Aurel agreed.

"Guys, this is all my fault," Amanda said. "If I hadn't been so stupid, then none of this would be happening right now."

"It's okay Amanda," Rose told her. "At least you tried." That's when an idea popped into Rose's head. "Let me try something." Rose wiggled her arms free from the Kraken's grasp and began tickling the tentical. At first, nothing happened, but then the beast began to laugh uncontrolable.

"Stop! That tickles!" It laughed in a familiar w accent.

"Sealand? Is that you?" Amanda asked.

"Quickly! Start tickling!"

Soon, the four teens were tickling the giant beast, making him laugh like the child he was. After a few minutes of this torture, Sealand released them and kept laughing while they swam back to shore. "Man, that was close," Amanda stated.

"You can say that again," Natie said as she rung out her hair.

"Man, that was close."

"I did not mean that literally commrade."

As Rose dried out her shirt, she noticed a light coming from within the forest. "Guys, come and look at this."

The other teens went over to where Rose was and saw the light she was seeing. "What is it?" Naite questioned.

"I don't know," Rose replied.

"Vell let's go check it out," Aurel suggested. The girls nodded and followed the light into the forest to find another log cabin. Amanda went up to it and opened the door and was shocked to find Bell and Maddie inside. They had yet to notice the four arrivals because they were busy working on a potion that was going to save the world.

Liz: Okay, so the Kraken suggestion was from AmericaHazHamburger. He really wanted it and Ray and I agreed that we were not doing the Drop Bear idea. Too creepy. Anyway, what will the group do now that they've been reunited with Maddie and Bell? Can they really save the world now?
