Harry's POV

"I know Liam but I can't deny that she was in the lab with that fucking Max." I can feel the anger bubbling inside of me as his name is slipped from my mouth.

"But Harry he is her lab partner. She doesn't have any fucking thing to do with that.  You should understand that " Liam says with hope filled in his eyes.

"What the fuck is she doing in a lab anyway. I know that she is doing some researchers and shit but what is the point of it? " l question them.

"We don't know but something very important. She will let us know in the correct moment. " Zayn speaks.

"Boys.... hurry follow me " We hear Niall's voice as he runs to us.

"What's wrong? " Zayn speaks for me.

"Anna she..... She " He takes a moment to catch his breath

"What? What happened to her? " I shout at him.

"After you left she was coughing so hard and sobbing. After a few seconds of covering her mouth with her hands  she stopped coughing and ran and locked herself in the bathroom. I think something is wrong. " He finally speaks.

I didn't even wait a second. I ran inside near the bathroom door where Louis was standing and pounding on.

"Anna open the door? " I shout.

After a few seconds the door creeks open. Just as Niall, Liam and Zayn joins us near the bathroom.

I take a moment and stare at her face. There is a light red stain on her bottom lip and chin. When the bathroom door fully opens I study every inch of the bathroom.

There are few drops of blood on the sink and a bloodied towel. What the fuck a bloodied towel. Few gasps of the boys are heard from the background. I stare back and forth between the towel and Anna's face before finally speaking.

"What the hell happened? "

She looked scared and I asked again.

"I said, what the hell happened? "

She finally opens her mouth. But didn't speak a word she studied my face and looked at the boys then back at me.

"I..." she speaks.

"I what? " I question.

She started speaking her eyes glossy " I... I have a cancer "

She breaks into tears.

Everyone stayed silent.

I take her in my arms and hug her tightly. Even though I'm supper confused I can't watch her cry this way. Louis is shaking his head with glossy eyes. Niall is whipping away tears with his shirt. Liam isn't moving a inch. He is silent an d then he looks at Zayn. Zayn is covering his mouth with his hands and shakes his head. I have never seen any of them like this. Before I can even understand hot tears are running down my cheeks and the coler  of Anna's white lab coat is soaked with may tears.

"But how? " I ask my voice cracking at the end.

She looks at me pulling against my arms. As she pulls away she troubles to steady her body. I took my arms around her waist to steady her and make her sit on a nearby stair.

"Can you explain?" I ask her softly.  she nods and began her explanation.
