The couple walked out hand in hand, admiring the cool breeze that emitted from outside.

But the breeze started to fade as soon as the clouds parted ways and out came the sun, burning the skin of the people who were talking a long walk around the park. Namjoon and Jin being one of those many people.

"Go on, you can do it, Jinnie! Don't you like digging when we come here?" The man asked, staring at Jin, who was smiling at him. His cheeks were reddend when being in contact with such a powerful ray of sun that beamed across his eyes, nearly blinding him.

"Yeah! I- I want dig! Dig dig!!" His distorted speech and slightly breathless response left Namjoon wondering why the boy had grown so distracted.

"Hmm... Ever since we started walking, Jin has been acting a little bit strange. Weird. It's not like him to be so shy or uninterested. He's usually very jumpy and care free... Maybe it's just my imagination or something. Whatever." The black haired man chased after Jin, who was now headfirst into a pile of clean, fresh dirt, utilizing his long, wiggly nose to form a large crater behind a beautiful tree.

"Good boy!" A breathless Namjoon spoke, catching his breath as he grew incredibly lightheaded in the sun. Eventually, he and Jin left the park because the heat was too much for Jin to handle.

He ended up asking Namjoon to carry him in his arms, clinging onto his shirt to seek a small shadow so that he could cool himself down.

"Wow, you weren't lying when you said you were hot, Jinnie. Do you feel alright?" The man questioned, feeling the boy's forehead when he transformed back to his regular human form and began to walk beside him.

"I'm okay now! Car time, Car time! Pweaaase!" His begging left Namjoon with a slight secondhand embarrassment, when he noticed how many people were giggling behind their backs, but of course, this was the new norm now, so a lot of Hybrids acted clingy and cute.

But Jin wasn't just any Hybrid. He was Namjoon's Hybrid, and there are times in which the couple often get into semi-arguements. But nothing too serious, of course.

In the end, they always find a way to make up with each other again, and when they do, the pair end up better than ever.

On their way home, Jin started to squirm and switch positions in the car more than once, his breathing was slowing down to a point where he grew very quiet. Though his lover was curious as to why the boy was acting this way, he never really asked him.

The ride back home was short. In no time, Namjoon was powering his engine off, pulling the key away from his ignition to store it safely in his pocket.

Jin hopped out of the car seat, transforming back into his fox form, thinking that it would help improve his walking, but instead, he ended up slanting over, feeling a sharp pain shoot into his stomach, causing his muscles to weaken.

"M-MASTER!! H-help meeeeee, p-please!!" His continuous moaning was startling Namjoon, as well as the neighbors around him who were now whispering stuff about them.

"Okay, I'll help you! Jin, you can be so overdramatic sometimes, you know? It gets tiring." His words made Jin frown as tears threatened to prick out from the corner of his eyes, which were now dilated.

Namjoon wasn't thinking straight at the moment, feeling a cloud of humiliation float beneath his head, as his frustration with Jin's behavior started to settle in. He didn't think that his honesty would cause such a sensitive boy more pain than he was already in.

The man carried Jin once again in his arms, but Jin jumped right out and started scratching at the door with his claws. His body heat had dangerously increased, and all that the poor Hybrid wanted was to get rid of it.

But now with the words that Namjoon had mindlessly spoken, even if he was right, had been too much for the innocent fox to handle. He now felt like a burden to the man, and was beyond embarrassed with himself.

Though, seeing this drastic change in the male's behavior, Namjoon brushed it off and acted as if nothing ever happened, only worried about what the 'neighbors' would think, and not what Jin was going through.

Not long after they got home, Jin started rubbing himself against Namjoon's leg, craving his touch, but the man brushed him off of his ankle and shooed the boy away.

Just then, he received an emergency call from the vet.

"I understand, yeah. Well, I'm free now so..." Jin's whining grew louder, making the man, who was on a call with his fellow veterinarian friend, feel far worse than before.

"Umm, hey Hobi, I'll call you when I get to the clinic, okay?

Oh, okay then. Perfect- At 3pm, right? Yeah, that's fine. I'll be there then. Bye!' He placed his phone down and attempted to calm Jin down by rubbing his tummy, or caressing his soft fur like he always does.

And although this did help the Hybrid feel less stressed, he was still facing the same crisis: Finding relief for his heat. So, he tried to find it through Namjoon, but the man didn't have time to help him.

"No, sweetheart. I have to go now. It's an emergency, Jinnie. You can handle it until I get home, right?" Jin looked down and started to fidget with his shirt, pouting.

"I... I'll try to."

"You're a big boy already Jin, you don't need my help for these anymore, alright?
Behave until I get back home, and no more sweets, Kitten." His master warned with a soft smile.

"I pinky pwomise not to eat more candy!!" And with one last sweet kiss, Namjoon left Jin on his own to attend an animal in need at the vet.
