Snickers Cheesecake
Got leftover Snickers from Halloween? Make this decadent Snickers Cheesecake with Oreo crust.
~Ingredients:
2 (8 ounce) packages of cream cheese, at room temperature.
1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar.
2 Large Eggs.
16 'fun size' Snickers Candy Bars, chopped.*
2 (6 ounce) Oreo Pie Crust.**
2 Tablespoon Melted Butter.
-Topping:
1 (17 oz) Reddi Wip Bottle.
Extra Snicker candy bars for garnishing.
Caramel.**
~Directions:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 325 degrees fahrenheit.
Step 2: Mix the cream cheese on a medium - low speed for about 30 seconds
Step 3: Add in the sugar and the eggs and beat together until smooth.
Step 4: Stir in the chopped candy bars. Set aside.
Step 5: Line your springform pan with parchment paper.
Step 6: In a small bowl combine the Oreo pie crusts and the butter gently with a fork.
Step 7: Press the Oreo mixture into the pan and up the sides.
Step 8: Pour in the filling into the pan and bake for 35 - 40 minutes until set.
Step 9: Set the cheesecake on a wire rack and let it cool completely.
Step 10: Once cooled, spray with Reddi Wip all around the edge of the cheesecake.
Step 11: Drizzle the whole cheesecake with caramel.
Step 12: Top with Snickers candy bar on top of the Reddi Wip.
Step 13: Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate when not serving.
~Recipe Notes:
*You will need 2 Cups of Snickers candy total. You can also substitute the Snickers candy for any other caramel / chocolate candy you want. (Twix, Milky Way, Rolo, etc...)
**You can use a store bought Oreo Pie Crust or you can make it yourself using our Oreo Pie Crust Recipe in our 'Baking Tips & Tricks' book.
***You can use either store bought caramel or make it yourself.
