Orange Creamsicle Fudge
Swirls of orange and white make this easy Orange Creamsicle Fudge a hit at any dinner or picnics. The bright color and fresh taste make it a fun no bake treat. This is the perfect dessert to make when it is hot outside!
~Ingredients:
2 Cups White Chocolate Chips.
2 Tablespoons Butter.
1 (16 Ounce) can Vanilla Frosting.*
1 1/2 Teaspoons Orange Extract.
Orange Food Coloring
12 Orange Slice Gummy Candies.
~Directions:
Step 1: Line 8 x 8 pan with foil and set aside.
Step 2: Place the white chips and the butter in a large pan and heat until creamy.
Step 3: Heat the frosting can in the microwave for about 30 seconds.
Step 4: Pour the frosting into the melted white chocolate mixture. Stir until fully melted and creamy.
Step 5: Divide the mixture into two bowls.
Step 6: Add the orange extract and food coloring to one bowl.
Step 7: Drop spoonfuls of each batter randomly into the prepared pan.
Step 8: Swirl with a knife every so often, then continue spooning more of each color into the pan. Use the knife to swirl the top a little bit.**
Step 9: Let the fudge cool for 10 minutes. Cut the gummy orange slices into 3 pieces and press them into the top of the fudge.
Step 10: Let the fudge set and cool completely before cutting it into 36 pieces.
~Recipe Notes:
*You can also use a homemade frosting.
**Be careful not to over swirl the colors or you will lose the white color.
