Hot Cocoa Fudge

  This Hot Cocoa Fudge is delicious, easy, and five ingredients! This fudge actually tastes like hot chocolate! It would be the perfect recipe to gift around the holidays.

~Ingredients:

3 Cups Milk Chocolate Chips.

14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk.

1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder.

2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract.

-Topping:  

1 Cup Marshmallow Bits.*

~Directions:

Step 1Line a 9 inch by 9 inch pan with aluminum foil. Be sure to leave some hanging so it is easier to pull out of the pan.

Step 2On medium low heat, add the sweetened condensed milk to a small saucepan. 

Step 3Whisk in the cocoa powder.

Step 4Stir in the chocolate chips and stir consistently until well combined. 

Step 5Stir in the vanilla extract.

Step 6Pour into the pan, and top with the marshmallow bits by gently pressing them into the fudge. (You may not need all of them.)

Step 7Refrigerate for at least four hours, covered.

Step 8Remove the fudge from the pan by lifting the aluminum foil, peeling it off the fudge, and cutting the fudge into squares to serve.

Step 9Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks. 

Step 10Eat and Enjoy!

*You can find these Mallow Bits in the same aisles as the hot chocolate and the marshmallows.
