Hot Cocoa Fudge
This Hot Cocoa Fudge is delicious, easy, and five ingredients! This fudge actually tastes like hot chocolate! It would be the perfect recipe to gift around the holidays.
~Ingredients:
3 Cups Milk Chocolate Chips.
14 oz Sweetened Condensed Milk.
1 Tablespoon Unsweetened Cocoa Powder.
2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract.
-Topping:
1 Cup Marshmallow Bits.*
~Directions:
Step 1: Line a 9 inch by 9 inch pan with aluminum foil. Be sure to leave some hanging so it is easier to pull out of the pan.
Step 2: On medium low heat, add the sweetened condensed milk to a small saucepan.
Step 3: Whisk in the cocoa powder.
Step 4: Stir in the chocolate chips and stir consistently until well combined.
Step 5: Stir in the vanilla extract.
Step 6: Pour into the pan, and top with the marshmallow bits by gently pressing them into the fudge. (You may not need all of them.)
Step 7: Refrigerate for at least four hours, covered.
Step 8: Remove the fudge from the pan by lifting the aluminum foil, peeling it off the fudge, and cutting the fudge into squares to serve.
Step 9: Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to two weeks.
Step 10: Eat and Enjoy!

*You can find these Mallow Bits in the same aisles as the hot chocolate and the marshmallows.
