Candy Corn Fudge
Candy Corn Fudge is a delicious and easy Halloween treat. This creamy homemade fudge only needs 4 ingredients and 15 minutes to make!
~Ingredients:
4 1/2 Cups White Chocolate Chips.
3/4 Cup Heavy Whipping Cream.
3 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract.
3 Tablespoon Honey.
Yellow Food Color.*
Orange Food Color.**
~Directions:
-Making the Yellow Layer:
Step 1: Line a 9 inch by 9 inch pan with aluminum foil and lightly spray with cooking spray and rub with a paper towel. Leave enough aluminum foil overhanging on the sides to lift the fudge out of the pan. Set aside.
Step 2: Combine 1 1/2 cups of white chips, 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 tablespoon honey in a small sauce pan.
Step 3: Heat on medium to high heat. Stir constantly until the white chocolate chips are melted and smooth.
Step 4: Add the yellow food coloring to your first batch and stir until color is blended.
Step 5: Spread the mixture evenly into the prepared dish and chill for 30 minutes.
-Making the Orange Layer:
Step 6: Combine 1 1/2 cups of white chips, 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 tablespoon honey in a small sauce pan.
Step 7: Heat on medium to high heat. Stir constantly until the white chocolate chips are melted and smooth.
Step 8: Add the orange food coloring to your first batch and stir until color is blended.
Step 9: Spread the mixture evenly onto the chilled yellow layer and chill for at least 30 minutes.
-Making the White Layer:
Step 10: Combine 1 1/2 cups of white chips, 1/4 cup heavy whipping cream, 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1 tablespoon honey in a small sauce pan.
Step 11: Heat on medium to high heat. Stir constantly until the white chocolate chips are melted and smooth.
Step 12: Spread the mixture evenly onto the chilled orange layer and chill for at least 2 hours.
Step 13: Remove the fudge from the pan and cut into squares.
Step 14: Keep in the refrigerator when not serving.
Step 15: Eat and Enjoy!
~Recipe Notes:
*You can use as little or as much yellow food coloring you want. It depends on your taste and what kind of food coloring you are using (gel, powder, liquid etc...).
**You can use as little or as much orange food coloring you want. It depends on your taste and what kind of food coloring you are using (gel, powder, liquid etc...). If you don't have orange food coloring on hand, you can combine red and yellow food coloring to make orange food coloring.
