Just a reminder that mental disorders are serious and are not a joke. Please never, ever make fun of anybody with one as it will hurt them tremendously. Thank you. Also, this book contains mentions of attempted suicide and extreme mental disorders (hence the "mature"), so if you are uncomfortable with that, proceed with caution.

Everybody is struggling with something, but I believe that they all can overcome it somehow. I hope this book conveys that point.
