A/N: I didn't write this story, I am just the editor and basically the publisher so don't give me praise for it.

I arrived at school on a cool morning, it was one week left before school ended, and this was the day my life was changed drastically. I walked into my first class, Honors Biology, worst class of the day, mainly because I'm way too tired in the morning to pay attention. So I arrived with about ten minutes to spare, I sat at my desk and pulled out my binder and Honors Bio book. I was about to play Geometry Dash on my phone, I've beaten all the levels except the last one, and I can't even get twenty-five percent completed.

"Sarah!" I heard my friend call out, my names Sarah by the way, long brown hair kept in messy ponytail, blue eyes, blue skinny jeans, red converse, white T-shirt, the usual, and Anna, my best friend since elementary, short black hair, black skinny jeans, converse, shirt, and hoodie, emo, anyway. "I saw that bastard James a few minutes ago." She said sitting on my table.

"You see him everyday, and you complain about him everyday." I said playing the level in Geometry Dash.

"That's because I have a million things to complain about him." She said leaning back with her arms behind her, her legs hanging off the table.

"You have one thing to complain about, and only one thing, the fact that he cheated on me and ever since has been trying to get me back." I said dying again. 'Damn.' I thought as she sighed.

"Well it's still relevant because he's trying to get you back." She said looking up at the ceiling.

"I keep denying him so I don't know what you're worried about." I said glancing up at her.

"I'm not worried, I'm upset that you don't play with him." She said pressing the power button on my phone as I sighed in annoyance.

"Play with him?" I asked putting my phone down.

"You know, lead him on, tease him, catfish him, get revenge." She said smiling at me.

"I'm not the type of person to do that." I said rolling my eyes.

"Liar, you were, in middle school, you acted like the nice innocent girl and then when someone was mean or hurt you oh god you were evil, hell that one kid that insulted me, you were able to get him expelled, I miss that Sarah." She said laying on the desk.

"I miss the Anna that wasn't a gay emo piece of shit." I said poking her gut.

"Ow, harsh." She said.

"But not wrong." I responded looking at her as she smiled at me. "Plus that Sarah wasn't bisexual." I said kissing her cheek.

"That's true but you haven't dated a single girl since you found out." She said jumping off the desk.

"I haven't found one I want to date." I said resting my head on my hand. 'Her cheeks soft.' I thought as Anna crossed her arms.

"Well girls are better than guys anyway." She said as I leaned back in my chair.

"How so?" I asked as the bell rang. "Never mind, get to class." I said grabbing a pencil.

"Nah, I don't need to." She said sitting next to me.

"Get to class or I won't hang out with you after school." I said as she groaned loudly, throwing her hands in the air.

"Fine." She said quickly seeing she has two minutes.

"Go." I said gesturing to the door.

"Yeah yeah." She muttered sprinting out the door and to the class. 'Idiot.' I thought as the bell rang and the teacher started to tell us about reproduction.

'I'm pretty sure everyone in here's practiced this lesson already.' I thought opening my notebook and starting to draw. 'Well, except me.' I thought as I heard the teacher say, "Pop quiz! Everything off your desk!" He said grabbing a stack of papers.

'What!? Pop quiz!? He's never done this!' I thought as I put everything under my desk. 'I got this.' I thought trying to build my confidence. Once I got the quiz I realized, 'I don't got this.' I thought laying my head on the table.

"Begin!" The teacher said going to sit at his desk.

"Crap." I muttered. 'At least it's multiple choice.' I thought starting to fill in the answers I knew for absolute sure were right, and then. . . I guessed. 'Welp, hope these are right.' I thought as several minutes later I handed the quiz in and sat at my desk. 'I think I did okay. . . maybe.' I thought drawing some more doodles in my notebook.
Class ended soon and I walked to my next class.

"Sarah hey! Wait up!" I heard James yelled as he ran up to him, I sighed in annoyance.

"Yes, James?" I asked turning to face him.

"Will you please please please go out with me? You know I'm sorry." He said holding his hands together in a begging manner.

"Really? You're sorry you cheated on me and had sex with another girl?" I asked sarcastically.

"Yes! Of course I am!" He yelled as my right eye twitched in annoyance. 'How stupid do you have to be to not understand sarcasm?' I thought. "So?" He asked.

"Yeah I'll get back together with you." I said smiling as his eyes lit up.

"Really!?" He yelled hopefully.

"As soon as you invent a time machine and stop yourself from cheating on me." I said flatly, walking away.

"Sarah! Come on!" He yelled. 'Shit he wasted my time, I have two minutes to get to class and I have to go to the top floor.' I thought sprinting up the stairs, I almost tripped but I was able to catch myself. 'Shit shit shit.' I thought as I sprinted into the room, I sat in my chair quickly and pulled my things out as fast as I could.

"Almost late again Ms. White." The teacher said.

"Sorry." I responded trying to catch my breath. 'I really have to exercise more.' I thought as she started class. 'God this class is boring.' I thought. Personal Finance and sports marketing most boring class of my day, at least it's only my second one so I can move to the better ones. My second class droned on and on and I sat there bored as hell, you know how the teacher sounded in Charlie Brown? That's basically what mine sounded like right now, just gibberish I can't understand.

The bell rang a few minutes later and I basically ran out of the classroom and ran to my next class. 'Lunch after two more classes.' I thought. 'I can do this.'

~~~
I walked to lunch after throwing my backpack in my locker. 'Ugh school is so boring.' I thought as I walked into the lunchroom and saw the line. 'Yeah that can wait.' I thought walking to the vending machine.
"Sarah! Why do I always have to chase after you!" Anna yelled running up to her.
"Because you love looking at me from behind." I said looking down at my phone.
"That's true but seriously why do you never find me, I'm hurt, honestly." She said with a mock sad tone as she held her left hand over her chest.
"No you're not, and if I go looking for you then you'll still look for me and we'll never find each other." I said walking up to the vending machine, I pulled out my wallet and grabbed two dollars, I put them into the vending machine and chose a bag of harvest cheddar sun chips.
"Please." Anna begged getting on her knees as I grabbed the two quarters the machine gave back.
"No." I said flatly, grabbing the bag and walking away.
"You're so mean to me." She whined standing up and following.
"I know." I said opening the bag and taking out a chip, I ate it as I felt the bag leave my hands and saw Anna running away with it, laughing.
"Anna Kain! Get back here with my chips!" I yelled chasing after her.
"You'll have to catch me first!" She yelled running outside as I heard my phone start to ring, Red Like Roses part two, don't judge me. I answered the call after seeing it was from my mom.
"Hey mom." I said watching Anna mock me from a distance, eating my chips.
"The doctor said he got the results from the tests back today, he says we need to come in." She said as I paled and dropped my left hand from my hip to my side, Anna seeing something was wrong walked back towards me. "I'll be there to pick you up soon." She said as she hung up.
"Y.. Yeah okay." I muttered.
"Hey, this isn't a trick to get your chips back is it?" Anna asked. "Because I'm actually worried." She said.
"Remember last week how I had to go to the doctors?" I asked quietly.
"To get tests taken? Yeah of course, you were gone at lunch and I was bored as hell." Anna said.
"Mom's coming to get me, apparently the doctor got the results back and we have to go in." I said as Anna frowned.
"I bet it'll be fine, the results probably just say little bitch and you're actually completely healthy." She said smiling as I laughed slightly.
"Yeah, thanks." I muttered as she handed me the chips, I took the bag and ate a few as a couple minutes passed by and I saw my mother's car pull up.
"See ya later Sarah." Anna said standing up.
"You missed lunch." I said to her.
"Well someone had to sit out here with you." She said walking inside.
"Gay!" I yelled walking to my moms car.
"My favorite thing to be!" She yelled back as I smiled slightly, I sat in the passengers side and bucked up, resting my knees on the dashboard.
"You okay, sweetie?" Mom asked as I looked out the window.
"Yeah, let's just go." I said as I heard my phone go off, I looked at my phone and saw that Anna texted me.
'James is asking for you, should I beat him up?' The message read as I sighed, smiling slightly.
'No! Just leave him alone!' I responded.
'But he's annoying!' Anna sent back.
'I can hear you whining and this is a text message.' I sent as we arrived at the doctors office. 'How the hell did we get here so fast!?' I thought as mom stopped the car and pulled the keys out.
"Come on." She said as we both stepped out, we walked into the building. "Ms. White to see Mr. Smith." My mom said as the secretary went through the computer.
"Ah yes, good to see you again Ms. White, you know the way right?" She asked as I nodded silently. "Then just step through, the doctor wanted you to wait though, Mrs. White." She said to my mom who nodded and sat down. 'Uh oh.' I thought walking to his office, I stepped in as he stood up from his desk.
"Ah, Sarah, sit, please." He said standing up as I nodded and sat down across from his desk. "The reason I wanted you to see me alone is because I know how parents can be when big news like this comes along, so I'm giving you the option to handle this on your own for a few minutes." He said as I nodded. "So as you know your test results came back and I don't have good news." He said lowering his voice. "I'm sorry but you have terminal liver cancer." He said as I stayed silent. "You have five months to live at the most." He said as I didn't even move.
"Here are your tests, share them with your mother when you want, there's not much I new to talk to you about." He said as I stood up. "Please, enjoy life while you can." He said as I walked out and towards my mom, the full reality of what happened hasn't hit me yet so I'm more worried about other things.
"Mom I left my backpack at school."
