The gloomy skies loomed over Hwanbi as she walked her way to school. She loves going to school, but never tried to make friends because she didn't want to hurt someone when she's gone.

When she opened her locker, surprisingly she found a note. The note says, ‘Y wer u absent ystrday?’. Hwanbi felt special for a moment. It was her first time receiving a message from someone.

"Is it Jaehwan?" She asked herself, smiling like a fool. She shook her head about the crazy thought. "It's not like he cares." She sighed.

Classes went by and her day was done again. Just like any normals day, she thought. Hwanbi decided to go to an arcade, making her normal day a bit livelier.

She eyed the games in every corner. Hwanbi chose her favorite, the claw machine. It consisted of her favorite japanese cartoon character, anpanman.

"Aish! I really want one! Why can't I get it?" She said almost hysterical. Hwanbi is one to not give up, even if she has to stay here all night and spend all her coins she will.

"Excuse me." Hwanbi chose not to notice the new comer behind her. Instead she focused on getting the anpanman stuffed toy.

"Uhmm... Can I have a try?" Hwanbi shook her head stubborn.

"No, go back later." Again she failed her tenth attempt.

"Hwanbi." Hwanbi's eyes widen when she heard her name from the guy behind her. She decided to turn around now.

"Jaehwan!" The girl almost caught the whole arcade players attention for a second. Jaehwan put a finger to his lips, a sign to keep quiet.

"Keep it down. Never seen someone so handsome before?" Hwanbi faked gag at Jaehwan's attempt of joke. Jaehwan just glared at her before pushing her slightly to go to the claw machine.

"Yah! I'm still not done! That's my coin you're using." The stubborn girl tried her best moving the tree-like boy. Jaehwan was laughing at Hwanbi.

Hwanbi's heart wouldn't beat steadily at this moment.

Only Kim Jaehwan makes her day.

"Look, I'll get you one okay? Just watch oppa. Mwahahaha!" They laughed together at Jaehwan's evil laugh. Hwanbi watched as Jaehwan focused on getting the stuff toy.

"You've been doing it wrong, Hwanbi-ah. You need to wait for the right moment before you grab it." The focused boy said as if he was an mc in a variety show. The curious girl named Hwanbi nodded to her mentor.

At the end, Jaehwan succeeded on getting Hwanbi an anpanman stuffed toy. He even got himself one.

"I'll name this Jaehwan, since it's cheeks looks like yours. Hahaha!" Hwanbi laughed as she pointed the cheeks of anpanman to Jaehwan.

"Eh? It's doesn't look like me! I'll name mine Hwanbi because it's like your long lost twin. You two look so alike." They just laughed again. Hwanbi was hitting Jaehwan's arms already.

"Hey hey! That hurts now stop." Hwanbi stopped and looked at Jaehwan with concern. "Let me see? Where does it hurt? I'll blow it." 'It was only a joke', the boy wanted to say. 'But if this is the only way to see you concern then it's fine.'

"Here here, it hurts here." Jaehwan pointed at his cheeks. Hwanbi scanned his cheeks, checking for injuries.

"Hey there's nothing there!" She smacked Jaehwan's face jokingly. The boy laughed at their craziness.

"Come on now, it's dangerous for a girl to walk at night." Just like before Jaehwan and Hwanbi walked together.

"Thank you for today Jaehwan-ah." Hwanbi bowed her head, since she was sincerely happy.

"No, thanks too, Hwanbi-ah. I had fun." Jaehwan smiles, his eyes almost closing. Hwanbi wished that the darkness hid her reddening cheeks.

"Me too... I hope we could have fun again in the future." 

That night ended peacefully, their hearts beating the same rhythm.
