In this AU Jamie is more kinder to everyone, always trying to smile and be positive, she is cheerful and gentle, and definitely less crazy, less insane... she doesn't kill anyone. She hasn't needed to go down that route, she has never killed anyone either, never needing to. Which means her parents are still alive. This means Jace wouldn't have gone through everything he did, being more protective over Jamie even though he is younger than her. However Jamie has still traveled the world as well, she has met Donte and Kai. They are all as close to each other as before, still meeting up a lot.
Jamie is a teacher and a tutor in music, which some of her students say she should've aimed to be more than a teacher, because of how well she plays. Even her younger brother Jace says it. She is more calmer, and she trusts people more easily, not worrying about getting hurt. You could say she isn't paranoid about anything anymore, and her biggest issue isn't kill or get killed, it's about making her students happy.

Jamie held a pile of new-looking books closer to her chest, to be more specific they were music books, on how to play, music for beginners, classical music and the history of music. Her eyes glistened with tears that were threatening to fall, that she was desperately trying not to show. Her shaky hand reached out as she grasped onto her coat from the side that was neatly placed on top of a sofa. She struggled to pull it on over her black and yellow flowered dress. Jamie looked up when she heard the door of their bedroom slamming against the wall, the sound of someone's feet stomping in a rush down the stairs, echoing throughout the empty house, like there was some kind of event the person who was running down the stairs was missing out on. Jamie shook her head when seeing him, trying to show disgust in her eyes, but she was failing. "N-No!! I-it's over! You keep on d-doing this! I don't care anymo-" Jamie let out a cry as she felt his hand come in contact with her cheek roughly,  pain shot through her cheek, the books made a thud sound as they scattered all over the floor, her hand flew up to her cheek to hold where she had been hit, trying to protect it from another harsh slap. "I-It's over.." she whispered, grabbing all her books as she left quickly.

A day later and Jamie was in her small office, surrounded with musical instruments, large to small, pianos to guitars, pictures of places like Japan to the France, and different pieces of art. Ones she has painted, drawn; or ones she brought by other people. The sunlight was shining in through the blinds that were shut slightly so the sun wasn't blinding her. Jamie tucks some hair behind her ear as her eyes shone, clicking through her e-mails. She then stopped when coming across a new one. "Cain...Cain Monroe? Maybe he has heard of me through a friend..?" Jamie mumbled to herself, she then smiled when reading it, her eyes filling with joy. He was looking for a piano tutor for his younger sister; Rose Monroe? It was like a dream come true to read the e-mail, she had an new client! Jamie quickly sent the male a message back, saying she was free on everyday apart from a Wednesday, and giving him her details such as her phone number, a slot of times for when he would want her to come over, and a cheerful message telling him what she could do. Three days later and here Jamie was, standing on the male's doorstep, holding a file of beginners music sheets. Her hair was tied up into a loose messy bun, so it was out of the way, a blue dress with small white flowers on it, with a simple black coat neatly placed over her dress, it was slowly getting colder outside, so she needed to layer up. Jamie knocked on the door stepping back and waiting patiently...
