Little by little
It's builds up inside of me
Till one day
It all explodes
Tears stream down
And I'm out of control
I can't take this anymore
I fight the urges I get
To try and feel alive
I feel like I'm sinking
My heads underwater
I gasp for air
And my hands go numb
Where did it all wrong?

Little by little
I gain control
I focus my mind
And stop my tears
I shake the feeling
Back into my hands
I steady my breathing
And close my eyes
I pray for sleep
To get away from the pain
As I wonder when
It will strike again
