Y/n pov

" Harry come down please it time for breakfast" I called as my owl can flying into kitchen.with two letters address to both Harry and I. I'm open and upon reading it I had found out I not a job at my old school as an assistant to the potion teacher.

I heard Harry walked walk into the room. " did they mail come? he say rubbing the sleep out of his eyes. " yes and there even. Letter for you I say smiling had it to him as his eyes light up. " I got my letter to Hogwarts" he said with a smile.

He hand me his list of thinks he needed, but being smart I had already bought some of the thing he needed in advance. We travel by car to diagon alley to shop for the rest of his think " aunt y/n Can't wait to go, but what house would they put me in?" Harry asked.

" all house are good Harry, you could be ing Slytherin or Gryffindor like you father all that matters is your happy" I tel him. " what house werr you in" he asked "I was in Ravenclaw, you could" I say with a smile.

Severus pov

"You summon me Headmaster" I said in my usual board tone. " yah yes Severus, I have hired a an assistant to help you with your class" he say with a twinkle in her eye.

"I don't think it necessary. I am more the able to teach on my own" I tell him and stormed out to go buy the ingredients I need for the year. When I arrived I saw the last person hoped I would never see when her nephew.

*Flash back*

I watch as y/n walked across from the court yard. I have tried to get her attention  but her bother would all away get in the way or Lilly would pull me away asking for me to help with her studies.   

James was currently picking on me and y/n yelled and push him to leave me alone. " oh look  Snivellus you need a girl to help fight your battles" he teased and drops me before running of with Lilly . " are you ok?" y/n caring voice asked but I yelled " leave me alone I never asked nor did I need your help. I hate your bother! what makes you any different to him?" she ran from me crying I can be such a prat sometimes.

*end of flashback*

" harry why don't you go to Ollivanders and get you wand I only have to buy a couple of thing for work" y/n told he handing him a small bag money. I follow y/n to the herb shop not debt buying ingredients. " Hello Samul" she say to the shop keeper. he smile and takes her list then notice me. " I be with you soon Mr Snape he tells me.

y/n turns around and sent me a warm smile." its been a long time  Severus" she says. "apparently not long enough, see you buy the exact ingredient I need" I tell her. " oh it part of my new job I just got hired to help the potion professor at Hogwarts" she tell me.

"I can a sure you miss Potter I do not need you help" I tell her.  " will Mr know it all I leave you to it and see you in class not if or buts" she say sassy to me with a smile. I smile back but quickly continuing to buy the potion ingredients I needed. " would you like to meet my nephew?" she asked"   turned away with my ingredients and left to have a chat with a Curtin headmaster hiding the knowledge of my new co-worker.

as I left the store I saw harry ran up to me with the rest of his thing, then we made our way to the pet story to buy him and owl before heading home.
