🌹Your Form must be accepted. Some might say you don't have to say that but I've had more then one person just post a form and kinda start...I need to look over your form and accept it. I know it can be kinda weird but sometimes I'm going to need certain information and I can't get that from just you putting nothing and taking parts out of the form🌹
