This chapter will first start with Mina's POV then it will continue with Lia's POV.

Mina's POV:

What the hell is happening here? I couldn't believe this! So every time when she says it's a call from Judith, it was from Sid and she never talks over the phone when I'm around her, she wants to talk with him in secret and their conversation was an everyday one and it was long indeed. And why can't he be the reason for her to stop her flirting with Mike like she did before? And why couldn't it be Lia when Sid said he already has a girlfriend? This is really fishy!

So the point here is there was never a person called Judith and it was only Sid all the time. Seriously?

"I never knew she is so talented" I said.

"Fine, wait till she comes and then you can pour out all your questions to her" Mike said.

I waited impatiently for her to return.
And there she comes showing her perl teeth towards me like a innocent girl.

"Hey Mina, shall we all go out for dinner, what do you say?" she asked.

I just stood with folded arms with my mouth zipped and narrowing my eyes at me.

"Why you're looking at me like that?"

"Lia, you got a call when you were out" I said.

"Who?"

"It was Sid" I said.

"Him again, can't he wait for half an hour? I just spoke to him few minutes ago.......... Wait who you said?" she asked me again cutting her words.

"Sid, you talk with him right?" I asked.

"Sid? Who? Your childhood friend, that guy?" she pretended that she don't know him.

I narrowed my eyes at her and her words started to lose control and she started to stammer.

"No more excuses dear, we found out!" Mike said with faced out palms and at last she made her mind to surrender.

Lia's POV:

I'm caught, caught red handed. I had no other option than to surrender and I thought telling now is better, now she has her boyfriend and she is happy now, she is not still in Sid's memories so I can tell her everything without any guilt.

And yes, I said her everything...

I think it was at the Pizza Planet where I first saw Sid, with his sister and with Mike and Mina. And I just approached them only because Mike called me and at that time like you know I had a very big crush on Mike.

I introduced myself there to Sid and her sister Aaysha ad everything was going on well but there popped out my first suspicion,

Throughout the whole conversation he kept spying me, even when I got with Mike on his bike, his staring din't stop.
I thought it was only because he found be new.

Then on the day before our trip to the Jasper Park, I went to Mina's house and it was him again who opened the door.

I usually talk too much but I don't know what to talk with this guy. We kept staring each other's face for few seconds before Mina came rushing downstairs and pulled me up. I felt him suspicious for the whole time.

I turned back to see and I don't know whether any random telepathy was going or what, he turned back at the same time, this time when he found me doing the same, he shot back a smile.

My heart started to skip beats in fear but I din't care at that time why just a smile was getting me so nervous.

The next day when we left to Mike's house, Mina was busy with Mike's sister Samantha who was showing those bikes in the garage. I stood out with Mike and Sid. I actually wanted to talk with Mike but his parents called him so I was left behind with Sid.

There was an awkward silence and then he started.

"You're name is Lia, right?" he asked.

"Yes?" I replied.

"You're beautiful" he said.

Really? I never thought someone would say like that, but I wished for it.

"Uhm... thanks" I replied with a sheepish smile.

"And I like the way you're speaking" he said.

"Okay...." I dragged my words.

"And I want to have a date with you"

Excuse me? I was not expecting that!

"What?" I asked him again battering my eyelids to regain from my shock.

"I want to have a date with you, is that okay?" he stressed out his words again.

"I...Wait what made you to ask like this? I could hardly remember our previous conversation at the restaurant" I replied.

"Then you must be happy, so that you've got another chance to talk now" he replied with a smile.

"Are you crazy? Mina has a big crush on you!" I slipped.

"What? She? Really?" his reactions were like he was not expecting that totally.

"But, I'm just seeing her as my friend nothing more than that!" he said.

"And I'm not even seeing you as my friend then how can you ask me a sudden for a date" I replied.

He was quiet for sometime and then he spoke up,

"Look, I din't force you, I just asked your answer and I'm not forcing you, if you don't like it, it's fine, I'm okay with it but don't judge my character because I asked you this straight, I've never asked like this to anyone, so please don't think me as a player or somebody like that"

"Then what made you to ask this to me?" I asked him confused.

"Cause, you are my love at first sight!" he replied.

This guy is giving me butterflies! What made this super model looking guy say like that? He looks like he was not under any medical issues, he looks completely alright. But seriously, what made him say like that?

And I'm swearing, no one talked to me like this before. And I like him being so frank and he was not lying too. No wonder Mina had a crush on him.
Soon Mike joined us and we din't talk anything after that.

Later at the hotel on the very night reaching there, I was not getting my sleep, what this boy said kept circling in and out of my head. I thought I can go down for a walk.

I saw Aaysha and Mina lost in their peaceful sleep. I just used the washroom and made my way quietly out of the room.

When I was about to enter the elevator, I remembered something,

I forgot to switch off the washroom lights!

Aghh!! I hate that, so I made my way to the room but something unexpected happened.

I could hear the twisting sound of the knob adjacent to our room. And Sid came out opening the door.

"You?" we both asked at the same time.

"What are you doing in this midnight?" I asked him.

"So you're not feeling sleepy too?" he asked me.

"Ugh...."

"If that's the case, I'm heading to the pool, you wanna join me?" he asked.

Is he planning to have a swim at 2.am? Of course he doesn't look like a person who enjoys cool breeze and full moon or just shaking legs in chill water.

"Why you want to swim?" I asked him.

"Are you crazy, it's bitter cold, Some things are better than swimming" he said.

"Like?" I asked.

"Enjoying breeze, seeing the full bright moon and just chilling by shaking legs in water" he replied with a smile.

Oh jezz! I must be dreaming now! How can he say even the exact words?

"Hello, you're coming?" he asked waving his hand before me.

I just shook my head to get a grip and nodded.

And it was really fun; the thing which I was not able to understand was he had my same thinking and everything changed in just a fifteen minutes talk. I started to like him.

"I'm worried about Mina" I said.

"I'll try to make her understand, don't worry" he replied.

"Promise me one thing, don't tell Mina about this, she will be really broken to see us like that" I said.

"Sure, let's have it as a secret" he accepted.

And after talking for sometime I planned to leave,

"So this must be our first date, right?" he asked me.

"And not bad" I replied with a smirk and left.

And it was when I planned to enter the elevator, I saw some chocolates on the lobby table and I started to eat and the place was dim.
And this stupid Mina, started to yell at me in fear and so do I.

So before Sid's family left to Saudi, we had around 4-5 dates and everything was maintained as a secret, and that's the case I even saved his number with some other name.

At that time, though I was happy about my new relationship, I was really sad for Mina.

But I used to ship Mike and Mina because of their coincidences and cute fights and I am happy because it happened just as I thought.

After telling the entire story, Mina just hugged me tight and she started to cry,
"I never knew you did all this for me" she said in midst of her sniffing.

"It's fine, after you and Mike got together, I was always searching for a way to tell you about Sid and now I got the chance." I replied.

"But I never knew you guys were able to plan so many things so well!" Mike said sarcastically.

We started to laugh and everything got solved, no more doubts and confusions!
