I was walking out of the canteen with Cedric close behind me,

"Cedric, I'm heading to class, we'll meet on Wednesday" I said.

"It's fine, I'm just free now, I can accompany you till your class" he replied.

I was feeling awkward; I'm not still comfortable with this guy.
My wandering eyes paused on a face which was nearly half submerged in the human crowd.

He is staring at me straight...
Mike is staring at me,

I-I couldn't take my eyes off from him, I was not angry nor happy nor excited but I felt something has gone missing, I know that if I show up to him, it would only harm me.

He started to walk out from the crowd and was heading towards us, I was getting scared. I don't want him and Cedric fighting!

I was feeling Cedric's hand holding my wrist tight; I looked up to him, his view landed on Mike who was standing infront of us.

But when Mike saw Cedric holding my wrist, he stopped and din't near us further.

"Let's move Mina" Cedric said with his eyes still shooting daggers at Mike.

I had no choice left, I simply followed Cedric, I was feeling hard, but no! I don't want to lose me again.

I slowly turned my head back, Mike stood there still staring at me, he shot a smirk and left the place.

Days passed, my Wednesday's started to become everyday with Cedric's gang, I really love those guys they are so friendly and were treating me like their little sister except Cedric.

He was trying hard to impress me but no I din't get any feelings for him. He is really a possessive person but he has a good character, he is really caring, the only person he hates is Mike.

My phone is now loaded with my photos with Cedric and his gang, it's really fun with these guys but I cannot replace anyone in the place of Mike,

Later one day at school, it was probably the last class of that day.

Everyone left the class. I and Mike were the last to leave. We glanced each other faces before crossing the class entrance but din't utter anything.

It was only then I saw Cedric waiting outside my class for me. I could see Mike boil up.

"Hey Mina!" Cedric waved enthusiastically.

I looked at Mike, he tried his level best not to turn up to us and planned to leave. But Cedric din't allow Mike to leave,

This is weird now!

"What? Why do you stop me?" Mike asked him in a hesitated tone.

"Chill up, you have something to see dude" said Cedric sarcastically.

Definitely there's gonna be a fight now! Or I'll just shave my head. Wait? No... no..no... I will skip my meals today.

Cedric approached me, what this fellow is gonna do now?

"Mina, will you be my girl? I can't hold it any more without saying. I knew you like me, so now what's your answer?"

I was startled and angry too, how many times I have to tell this guy! I am just seeing him only as my friend and nothing more than that! I should have not talked to him.

My thinking becomes interrupted by some noise, which went around me.

Cedric's nose started to bleed in no time.

Mike punched Cedric right in his nose so hard that it is bleeding now!

"How can you utter something like that to my girl?" Mike voice roared at him and he walked out of that place.

I was shocked. I was literally blank and confused. This- this guy said this really or just to save me from him? But Cedric is not bad.

Cedric lost his temper. Before these guys could pick up another fight, I stopped Cedric from chasing Mike.

"Cedric, please, please don't fight!" I said pantingly.

"Fight? It was he who started it first! Look what he has done!" he said with his bleeding nose.

"I'm not letting him ease this time!"he said and shook off my hands from stopping him.

"Please Cedric, just for me, we can talk about it tomorrow, now please..." I begged him.

He looked at me for a moment and said,

"Just for you, I am sparing him now. But if I see him in the school tomorrow he is dead!" he said and left the other way, not the one which Mike took.

Infinite number of questions were circling round my head, I was searching for this Mike while running my way down the stairs.

He was nowhere to be seen in the school. I went out of the school. I ran down the road which we usually take for the bus stop.

There,

I saw him walking past the street, I made my way to him running and pushing the people aside.

"Mike!" I kept shouting, But no use. The place was already crowded and my voice was not enough to make him hear it.

I started to pick up speed. I was running as fast as I could, I want him answer all my questions now.

With great difficulty I got him. But he din't stop, he was only walking fast.

"Mike! Why don't you stop?" I asked him pantingly.

But he was deaf to my speaking.

"Fine, I'll come to the point" I started.

"Really Mike? You love me?"

"Why did you tell Cedric that I am your girl all of a sudden?"

"Is it to save me from that situation or is it for real?"

"Mike, why are you not answering my questions?"

He din't answer any of my questions but just continued walking, but I din't leave.

Is it right to ignore someone just because they are not directly visible to them, that's unfair.

"Then what about Aaysha?"

"Then why did you tell her, you like her?"

But this guy is still silent and kesps walking least bothered to even turn back to me

"Mike why are you not ans..."

I could not complete the sentence not because I forgot what I have to ask, it is because Mike's lips were pressing against mine from speaking.

Wait, what?

REALLY?

SERIOUSLY?

I cannot believe this!!

AM I STILL ALIVE? WAIT AM I DREAMING?

DEFENITELY!! HOPE SO!

Is this the way to close my mouth from asking questions? Amazing!

It almost took me a few seconds to realize that it is something a real event happening and not an imagination or dream.

I was trying to pull away from him after a few seconds cause my anxiety started to shoot up but his hands firmly cupped my cheeks so I had no other go and now my mind broke it's threshold and made me to kiss him back automatically, yeah I was hell'ah anxious and my legs were trembling but my mind now don't want this scenario to end.

I was blank, frozen etc... etc... I never knew that he was going to turn in no time and kiss me just like that!
I never guessed, of course in a middle of a crowdy street.

Then he looked right into my eyes. I shuttered my eyelids for a couple of seconds. My heart can explode anytime, I cannot talk anything, I was speechless. I stood gasping both for air and words, I could still sense his hands' warmthness on my cheeks, now it's getting hotter added to my blushing and goosebumps.

Then he shifted his eyes right into mine and said with a smirk,

"I gave you the answer! I have waited enough and I can't wait further to be your BABY"
