Mike's POV

I was overflowing with happiness and yes some kinda parties are so memorable and I'm glad I'm experiencing one like that! I knew it was she who planned it. I was looking for her in the midst of the crowd which was around me, but she was not in the lobby.

"Mike, come let's go for eating" Brandon said throwing his arm around my shoulders.

"I-I don't want to eat" I replied with my eyeballs still wandering in all directions for her.

"Don't want food? How can you be like this Mike? Look at that poor man who is paying for everyone's buffet!" he said and showed me Mr. Alex who was talking with the hotel manager showing his credit card, Sorry Sir but the card will decline soon!

"You go, I have a work to do, something important" I replied with a smirk.

He understood what I was meaning,

"Oh-oooh it's Mina right?" he asked me with a mocking smile.

"I made my mind, whatever the situation it may be I will tell her, today" I said in a firm tone.

"C'mon Mike, that's my boy, I'm proud to say you say my friend" he kept uttering many things.

"Enough, that's enough Brandon, thanks for the compliments"

"Listen, don't mess it up and be clear in what you say, okay? Good luck!" he said patting my shoulders hard.

"You know where she is?" I asked him.

"She is not here?" he asked me.
"Then find your princess on your own Mike" he said and left to the dining room

"But..."
"Don't worry I'll reserve a plate for you" he replied while walking into the room.

I just shook my head smiling and then started to search for her.

Can I call her? No I'll better find her on my own.

Okay Mike, think, it's a hotel, which place she would prefer for spending time alone? Lia was in the lobby with the others, so I'm sure she is somewhere alone.

Garden?

I made my way to the hotel garden and my guess was right she was there; I quietly made my steps to the fountain which was infront of the bench she was sitting.

But..But she din't notice a 6'4 feet guy standing infront of her, she was busy typing something in her phone.

I leant on the light pole which stood next to the fountain with folded arms and crossed legs and waited for her to notice me.

At last she found me standing and her expression showed that she was in shock, maybe like, 'How this guy stalked me?' or like 'Why is this guy stalking me? No! No! No! don't think like that.

I took the place next to her and started to talk about some flashbacks, thanks to the fountain, atleast I got some way to proceed my chat. Atleast I made the air between us a bit comfortable or did I worsen it.
Argghhh....Mike!!

"Thanks, I love your planning style, it was great" I replied, the reality here is I love the person who planned it more than the planning.

She looked a bit nervous, I din't ask her anything, my biggest intension is, I don't want her to faint this time, please.

"I wanna tell you something" she spoke up after an awkward silence of 2 minutes.

She wants to tell something too? I was getting excited, but I cannot think it's about me, it can be anything else, just because we want to say something at the same time, it doesn't mean that she should think the same way like how I'm thinking!

But she insisted me to tell first, alright, I don't believe my words now, they refuse to come out and gets stuck up in my throat.

So I had a better idea,

I just played a song, I think it was Imagination, I had no idea of that song. Brandon once said, that if you want to tell a girl about how you feel, just make her hear this song.

Brandon is such a lover boy!

So the fact here is that, this is the first time I'm gonna hear that song with her! (Inhales and exhales deeply)

Alright, I focused on the lyrics and it was pretty good. I wanna tell her before the song ends that was my target.

I slowly placed my palm on her hand; you know how I was feeling? I hope you guys can understand.

She slowly turned towards me, she was not scared, just a plain look. I slowly made my moves closer to her and this is where I found something different, she too was doing the same!

Oh my God! She is interested in me! Everything was going on well until it gets ruined by a phone call.

Shit! This is awkward!

I just excused and took my phone, it was Aaysha! Wrong timing girl!

But Aaysha is not like how you think guys, she is really a kind and genuine girl, of course a good friend.

It was one week since we talked. I was so involved in the conversation that I totally forgot that Mina was waiting. That was where I made a mistake. I thought it was not a big issue and no, I was wrong,

Very wrong.

The time I ended the call with her, Mina was not there, but I saw something on the bench,

I went near and found her phone.

She left the place in such a hurry? I just swiped the screen and surprisingly she got password this time!

Clever minion!

It was a 4 digit code.
I tried some random 4 digit number, She's not an expert in remembering numbers, so it must be a simple one,

1..2..3..4... I typed.

'Incorrect!'

Okay, or may be Sid's birthday date?

1...1...0...9... (11th September)

'Incorrect!'

Think for a while, if a person keeps a password, they must have known the number by heart and they won't forget it.

Her birthday!

Ah! 12th May?

So 1...2...0...5..

Suprisingly it was Incorrect again!

I thought again, okay it's just a final try, I know the phone gets locked permanently if I'm wrong again.

What if I think it from the other side?

1...8...0..3

I typed and my doubtful thumb moved above the ENTER button,

After giving a deep sigh I pressed ENTER.

And...and the phone got unlocked!

Seriously?

1803? which is today (18TH March) so
that is the password?

MY BIRTHDAY DATE!

I cannot stop my curious mind, I know it's wrong to sneak into someone else's phone, but I'm doing it to know about me! So I think it's not wrong.

My next doubt was on her chats, her chats were not something very special but when I noticed something called DRAFTS, my mind started to heat up, I pressed that icon which took me to a bunch of unsent messages nearly 30-40 of them I guess, I din't count them.

But the strange thing here is, all the drafts were written to the same person, I don't know who it is, it was just saved as BABY!

I din't read the drafts, but if I'm right for the last time.....

Holding her phone in one hand I dialed Mina's number in my phone, within seconds I got the vibrating sound and ringtone from her phone and the screen read,

Incoming call
'BABY!'
