Mike's pov:

I was in the swimming pool area with Mr. Alex, he just called me for some arranging work and I usually finish my lunch fast, so it was not a big deal for me during my break.

As I was helping him, I saw a familiar face enter the hall.

Yes, a live minion!

I could not see how she actually felt at that time, because I was far from the pool. But I guess she was sad, because she was wiping her eyes.

I think she was crying.

Then I thought for a while, can I be the reason?

Can a person get so hurt just because someone refuses to teach her the remaining sums? Why is she so childish?

Or maybe she believed me this time,

For real?

Whatever, she is hurt now, I thought I could apologize to her for the mistakes on my side.

Suddenly there was a sound, like something has fallen into water.

I was quick to realize that it was not something but someone, obviously

She!!

So she planned swimming in this situation with her uniforms and shoes on?

Bad idea!

I could see her drowning, okay, it was evidently seen that she doesn't know swimming.

I rushed to the pool as fast as I could, Mr. Alex was following me behind.
It took around a minute to reach the pool because the place where Mr. Alex and I were arranging was far from the pool.

I quickly jumped into the pool and got her out.

She was unconscious. No movement, I checked for the heartbeat,

No,

I was getting scared.

"Mina! Wake up!"

I kept shouting at her face tapping her cheeks hard,

No response.

"I will call the nurse, you wait here!"

Mr. Alex commanded and rushed out.

My eyes were blurring, so I can't do anything?

Am I gonna lose her?

Just then my mind got hit by something,

CPR!

I learnt about it in my previous grade.
I thought it will work, okay I'm gonna do this! I was quite nervous and I know that there is nothing wrong in getting nervous for doing anything for the first time, I have never given CPR to anyone, and I don't like it either. And I never thought it should be she!

I placed both her hands on her chest and began to press hard and fast.

Next I have to deliver rescue breaths,
Ok this is going to be awkward, I have never done this to anyone, and I never thought that it should be her!

But according to me, life is more important.

So I gave a deep sigh and alright, I brought my face close to her's and by pinching her nose I started to give rescue breaths by blowing through her mouth.

No response, I was getting tensed.

"Wake up girl, I don't wanna loose you!"

I was trying the same procedure again and again, until Mina inhaled deeply and began to chock out water, she looked at me with weak eyes and the next moment she was out again.

I checked for her heartbeat, it was normal, she has fainted now.

"Mike what are you doing?"

I could hear Mr. Alex voice for the back.

He was standing with the school nurse and a doctor.

"Sir, her situation became worse, so I ended giving CPR" I replied.

They were stunned for sometime,

"You know to give CPR?"

The nurse asked me in shock. While the doctor went to check her pulse rate.

"Well, I just learnt it in my 11th grade"

"She is normal, just fainted, take her to the nurse room now!" the doctor ordered.
"Good job boy!" he added.

Mr. Alex and the nurse saw me surprisingly.

Okay, I am the hero now.

We all hurried to the nurse room and after 10 minutes, Mina woke up. It was only then I felt revealed not only me but everyone there.

Even she could not believe that I gave her CPR, she saw me as if I had given her a forced kiss, I din't want to do that, okay?

But when I apologized to her for yesterday event, she looked puzzled, she had not expected me to apologize, I guess.

But, you know what; she actually looked cute with that expression, somewhat a confused look playing on her face.

But I could not understand why I feared so much when I thought that I would lose her! Why my eyes have to blur for the girl I hate?

Or maybe do I care for her?

Do I secretly... want her?

Okay I am thinking nonsense now, this is just a help okay?
