Team Seven
Kakashi slid open the door and stuck his head in. Unluckily for him, the door was rigged and an eraser fell right on top of his silver hair. I laughed at him coldly, all former sympathy gone.
My laughter was paired with a young boy's laughter. Kakashi bent down and picked up the eraser. He straightened, looking at it dramatically.
"My first impression of you guys......." He began softly. "I hate you."
I snorted obnoxiously before raising my leg and kicking his butt, making him stumble into the class room.
"Get out of the way, Bakashi. It's rude to cause traffic," I smirked coldly at him before taking a look at our team.
First, a laughing blonde with amazingly blue eyes, whiskers, and an orange and blue jumpsuit. He looked like the prankster. I like him.
Next, a brooding onyx haired boy, who looked like he had a duck ass glued to his head, wore white shorts and arm warmers, a blue shirt, and had black, depressed eyes.
Finally, an apologizing girl who was struggling not to laugh herself. She had highlighter pink hair, green eyes, and wore a red and white dress.
All in all, they could not have been a worse combination.
"Who are you, lady?" Asked the blonde. I gave a wicked grin and ruffled his hair.
"I'll be the cool sensei," I answered. "Grampa over there is the dorky one," I added, jerking my head in Kakashi's direction. He made a sound of disagreement before sighing.
"Alright, to the roof for introductions."

"I'm Kakashi Hatake. I like some things, dislike some things. My hobbies... I don't feel like telling you. And my dream... I've never really thought about it. Now- what's so funny, Cody?" Kakashi asked once I snorted.
"Oh nothing," I said sarcastically, rolling my eyes and crossing my arms. "Really, that introduction. It told us loads about yourself."
His mask moved in what looked like a smirk as his eye shone playfully.
"Then why don't you show me how it's done?"
I glare defiantly at him.
"Fine then," I spat. I cleared my throat and faced the kids. "My name is Cody. I like music, martial arts, horror movies, and reading. I dislike...." I paused, James' face flashing through my mind, before closing my eyes tightly. His face faded away and I reopened my eyes to see them staring at me. "Never mind what I dislike," I said, scratching my head. "Anyways, I don't really have many hobbies other than writing novels. My dream.... Hm......." I paused to think. "I suppose it'd be to one day start a family. One with a nice guy and a kid or two. But I doubt that'll ever happen...." I mumbled afterward, glaring at the ground as my hand subconsciously went to the bandages around my neck. I shook my head and blinked.
The were staring intensely at me, so I hurried to change the subject.
"You, the blonde in the jumpsuit, go," I said, pointing at the whiskered boy.
He immediately dove into his introduction, followed suite by the pink haired girl and the raven haired boy, but I hardly heard. My mind was elsewhere as I stared off into space. I was only brought back into reality by a very creepy laugh. I flinched harshly, my hand flying to my neck as James' crazed laughter was brought into mind.
My reaction made Kakashi pause in whatever he was saying as he looked at me, curiosity gleaming in his eye. The kids, Naruto, Sakura, and Sasuke, looked at me as well.
"Cody-sensei?" Sakura said curiously. "Are you okay?"
"Hm? Oh yeah.... Fine...." I lied quietly. "Don't worry about it Sakura."
After a moment, Kakashi cleared his throat and gained the kids' attention once again.
"Anyways, any extra information about tomorrow will be in these packets," he said, tossing them overly-large booklets. "Get plenty of rest. Oh, and don't eat breakfast, or else you'll throw up. Dismissed," He finished, waving them away. They bowed before leaving, Sakura attempting to talk to Sasuke as he ignore her and she ignored Naruto, who was attempting to talk to her, in turn.
"What was that?" Kakashi asked abruptly as soon as they had gone.
"What?" I asked coldly.
"You freaking out out of no where," he said. "What was that about?"
My expression turned stony as I hurriedly dropped my hand.
"I don't think that's any of your business!" I snapped.
"Oh?" He said, for once sounding annoyed when he talked to me. "You're living with me. I'm pretty sure that makes anything wrong with you my business."
"If it were my choice I'd be alone," I said coolly. "What's going on in my life has nothing to do with you, so back off!"
"What do you have against me?!" He demanded. "What have I done to make you hate me?!"
"You're just yourself! You're nosy! You hide behind a mask! You as a whole just causes an aggravating feeling in my gut!" I ranted.
"I'm just trying to help!" He snarled.
"Why do you even care?!" I yelled, throwing my hands into the air. He took a deep breath.
"Because I- no, you know what? I don't! You deal with whatever is going on alone, because I'm done. Lets go home," He said icily. He walked away an I followed him, a curiously upset feeling bubbling in my throat.
I have no idea why, but I wanted to apologize right then. I mentally slapped myself though, and refrained from it.
Never again will I be hurt.
