Lash Out

>Cody POV<

"We're going to climb trees!"

"Eh... What?" I demanded incredulously.

"Oh, you can stay behind if you want Cody," Kakashi said indifferently, making my blood boil.

"As if, Gaykashi," I snapped irritably, pushing myself up. I held a hand out to him in a helpful gesture and he looked surprised before smiling and grabbing my hand. I helped pull him halfway up before smirking and letting go, making him fall back on his butt with a 'oof!'

I laughed, Naruto joining me soon as Sakura held back giggles, before turning away from Kakashi and grinning at Sasuke, who was smirking.

"Help up Kakashi, would you my dear boy?" I asked sweetly.

"Hn," he grunted, grabbing a betrayed looking Kakashi's hand and hauling the man to his feet with a bit of effort.

We set off, once everyone was ready, and made our way a little ways into the forest. We stopped and Kakashi explained the exercise to the kids before turning to me.

"Cody, I've got some new techniques to teach you, but they're forbidden for young children, so we'll be out of ears or eyes reach."

"Fine," I shrugged. "Lead the way Gaykashi."

He walked past me, grumbling, "I'm not gay..." As I followed him.

Five minutes later, I broke the silence.

"Are you sure you're in any shape to be doing techniques? Eh, Gayka-" I cut myself off with a gasp as he whipped around, abandoning his crutches as he held my wrists over my head and put one knee between my legs, his body pressing against mine.

"If I've told you once, I've told you a thousand times," he whispered, putting his lips to my ear as I felt him move to hold my wrists in one hand. "I'm not gay," he added, his hot breath hitting my ear, which wouldn't have happened had his mask been up.

I forcefully kept myself from trembling.

"L-Let me go!" I said, struggling.

"Admit that I'm not gay, and I might," he said breezily, and I soon felt him nibbling my earlobe. Tears threatened to fall.

"Stop it!" I said, wiggling to escape, but stopping as my side screeched.

His tongue flicked my earlobe before dragging down my neck gently. I gasp as his teeth found the soft skin, between my shoulder and neck, and through my bandages. My eyes leaked and my knees shook.

"Let me GO!" I shouted, finding the strength to push him away. He hastily pulled his mask up, bending to pick up his crutches.

"Well? Now are you going-"

"Shut. Up." I cut him off. He glanced at me, hunched over with his crutches grasped in his hands, only to let the crutches fall as he saw the tears streaming down my face.

"Cody-"

"I SAID SHUT UP!" I screamed, shutting my eyes tightly as I stepped forward and shoved him, making him fall back. I glared at him, furtively rubbing at my eyes in fruitless attempts to stop the endless flow of tears. "And here I thought you were different! I thought you might even be decent! But you're the same as James!" With that said, I turned and ran.

"CODY!" He yelled desperately after me. I kept running, crying the entire time.

Finally, when the sun was starting to set and my air supply left me, I collapsed against the trunk of a tree and sat there, one hand over my scarred collar and the other covering my eyes as I cried.

Poof!

A hand grabbed my upper arm and another one covered my mouth.

Poof!

"Please stay silent," said a soft voice as I struggled. I whipped around to see a black haired boy with a feminine face looking back at me curiously.

"Who are you?" I demanded. He covered my mouth quickly and turned my head to the ground, where two thugs and a short guy were walking.

"Trust me, it'd be a bad idea to be found by them, especially when you're already hurt," the boy whispered as the men passed. I nodded, not questioning the boy. "I'm Haku, to answer your question. Are you lost Miss?"

I found it off that this boy, who couldn't have been much older than Naruto or Sasuke, was talking to me as if I were the child, yet I nodded. He smiled sweetly.

"How about you come to my home? We can discuss what's wrong over a nice cup of tea," he suggested, grabbing my hand before I could reply and teleported us into a kitchen, which seemed to be made mostly of wood and designed like a tree house.

"Have a seat and I'll make some tea," Haku said with a smile. I sniffed and rubbed at my nose.

"Alright Haku," I said. I sat down at the table and he soon handed me a cup of tea. "Thank you."

"Any time," he smiled. "Now, what's wrong?"
