*Lily's PoV*
Kaname walked me to the Sun Dorms, holding my hand. It was a very nice, peaceful night and the only thing that you can hear is our footsteps and the chirping of crickets. I can't believe that he and I are dating now and here I thought I wasn't going to be with anyone anymore. I don't know how Yuuki is going to take this at all to be honest and considering that she is a brat, it's not going to go well.

There's one thing that's been lingering around in my mind for a while. Who does Kaname see me as? Kira or Lily?

We then stood face to face, in front of the Sun Dorms. "Umm...Kaname? There is something I want to ask you..." I said in a soft voice.

He had a warm smile on his face as he looked at me with his beautiful crimson eyes.

"And what would that question be?" He asked me.

"Be honest. Who do you really see me as? Kira or Lily?" I said.

He chuckled.

"What's so funny?" I said with a pout.

"The question you just asked me. But to answer it, you and Kira are the same person. You both have the same feelings and the same personality, it's just that part of your memories are currently dormant. The memories that are your past as Kira." He said.

"Really... Well what a relief. I thought you saw me as my past life and not the current me." I said in a relieved tone.

"I see you as both. I love your past life and the you that you are now." He said, reassuring me.

So she and I are really one person, huh... That's actually pretty cool.

"Hehe. So am I any different from my past life?" I said, giggling.

"Not really. You're still very cautious, cheerful, sensitive, and very adventurous and confident. No matter what obstacles you face, you instantly overcome them." He said.

That really does sound like me. Wow. It seems that he really does know me well.

"That's good to hear." I said, relieved.

"What are you trying to say? Are you jealous of yourself?" He said, smirking.

Is that even possible? Of course not! She and I are the same! Idiot Lily...

"No! Of course not!" I said blushing, looking away.

"You're so cute, Lily." He said, looking at me deeply with those crimson eyes of his, caressing my cheek with his hand.

"S-shut up..." I said, looking away.

"You should be getting back to your dorm. Seira must be worried about you." He said.

"You're right... I shouldn't worry her. I'll see you tomorrow evening, then." I said in a soft voice.

I kind of wanted to talk to him about the beach vision I had, but that's going to have to wait until another day.

"Alright. I'll see you then, my love." I saw that his face was getting closer to mine and I closed my eyes. However it wasn't a kiss on the lips, but a kiss on the forehead. After that, he smiled at me. 

"We'll take things slow, alright?"

"Okay..." I said in a somewhat disappointed tone.

"Don't be disappointed. This is just the beginning." He said with a smile.

He then turned around and made his way back to the Moon Dorms. I thought he was going to give me a kiss on the lips...

I sighed and turned around, making my way back to the girls' dorm.

I then made my way to my dorm through the quiet hallways of the Sun Dorms, as everyone was sleeping. Then what Kaname told me came to mind. Could Shizuka be here, using someone else's body? If that's the case, then I have to be careful...

I made it to the dorm and quietly opened the door,  but I see that Seira is sitting on her bed with her legs crossed, smirking at me.

"Why are you looking at me like that?" I said as I closed the door.

"You know why. I saw you with Kaname a minute ago from the window. He was giving you a kiss on the forehead. Is he your boyfriend now?"

I looked away and blushed. 

"Yeah, I guess you can say that..." I said as I sat on my bed.

"I knew it! Right from the moment that he asked me for your number, I suspected there was something going on between you two."

"At that time, it was only because he wanted to tell me that going to the Hio residence is pointless..."

"He did, that's why he asked me for your number. But maybe he also wanted to hear your voice. I also saw that you were disappointed that he gave you a kiss on the forehead." She said.

Damn... She knows me well...

"See? You're quiet about it too. You know, he's probably waiting for that perfect moment when you two are alone. Plus you two started dating just tonight."

"Yeah.. I guess you have a point there..."  I said.

He and I just started dating. I'm guessing it wasn't the time or place for it.

"Anyways, change of subject here. Yuuki is seriously a nosy little brat! She wants to know every little thing that's going on. Even things that are none of her business! She even asked me why you and Zero were going to the Association." Seira said, annoyed.

"Really?" I said. 

Honestly, I don't say the things I think just to be nice. But I'm not really fond of Yuuki either. That girl doesn't know how to mind her own business. She doesn't have to worry about the situations than I'm in. I'm cursed, she isn't. She's living a way better and peaceful life as a normal human being.

"Yes! Like, I don't want to be mean or anything, but she really is annoying and useless too! Like half of the Day Class girls don't even listen to her when we are at the gates and she can't even wield her Artemis Rod properly. She always has to count on Zero and Kaname to help her when she's in danger. Now that there are more members, the headmaster should just throw her out of the Disciplinary Committee." Seira said.

I shook my head. "Don't say that... Yuuki may be a brat and a pain in the ass, but she is very nice and caring. She cares about others' well being." I said trying to sympathize with her.

"Then what if she said to you right now that she loves Kaname and she isn't going to back off?"

I laughed. "Then I won't either. I love Kaname. He told me that he is no longer in love with her."

"But what if she tried to seduce him?"

"I'll slap her face and make her regret the day that she was ever born. Anyways, I don't think she would do that. She seems like a nice girl." I said.

"Never judge a book by its cover, Lily." She said in a serious tone.

"Since when does my little sister give me advice?" I said.

"Haha. I like to be the one giving advice for a change." She said, smiling.

I laughed and threw a pillow at her.

"Get to bed." I said.

"All right, all right... Night."  She said as she turned off her bedside lamp and went to bed.

Well... I should go take a shower and get to bed. I'm so behind on Physics right now, and I have no idea what they are doing in that class right now.

*Hanabusa's PoV*

We all sat at the living room, waiting for Lord Kaname to return. What could be taking him so long?

"Where could he be? He is taking quite a while to return." I said.

"Probably with Yuuki or something." Rima said.

"...No. He went to go see Lily!" Ichijo said like it was nothing, as he entered.

"WHAT?!" Everyone said.

"What can he possibly want with her?" Ruka spat.

"Didn't you know? He's Lily's partner for the class trip coming up this week." Ichijo said.

"What?" Ruka said angrily. "Why would he want to involve himself with that human? She's a vampire hunter. She could probably end up doing something to him! Don't you guys remember she pointed her gun at him the other night?"

"She did that because she looked like she was about to break down and at the same time she was defensive. She didn't intend to do anything to him..." Shiki said.

Honestly, I think there is something going on with her. There's so much mystery behind her... And her and her siblings' aura seemed to be different than an average human's. It seemed so powerful...and somewhat supernatural.

"What's on your mind, Hanabusa?" Akatsuki said, who seemed to be curious of what I was thinking about.

"Nothing... It's just those Adachis seem to be different than humans." I said.

"Well, of course. They are vampire hunters." Ruka said with her arms crossed.

"No. Something like, how can I put this...supernatural." I said.

"You sensed that too? And here I thought I was the only one." Akatsuki said.

"Supernatural? In what way?" Rima said.

"Like, I don't know how to put this... It's like they bear special powers like we do." I said.

"Is that even possible?!" Ruka said.

"It can be... Who knows?" I said.

Then the doors opened and it revealed to be Lord Kaname.

"Lord Kaname, welcome back." I said. He looks fine and calm. Is there some sort of special relationship between he and Lily that goes far beyond his relationship with Yuuki?

"Did Lily do anything to you?!" Ruka said worriedly.

"Of course not... What in your right mind made you think that?" Lord Kaname said in a somewhat annoyed tone.

"W-well... You know. Because she held her gun to your forehead the other night..That's why.." She said in a very nervous tone.

"She was very upset and insecure the other night. It was kind of bad timing that I got there. But it's alright now." He said calmly.

But why would he ask Lily to be his partner? Does he have some interest in her? Why didn't he ask Yuuki to go with him? Is something wrong going on between them?

Anyways, the class trip is coming up soon and I ended up being partnered with Lily's younger sister, Seira. She and I aren't staying in the same room, thank goodness. She would shoot me in my sleep. Honestly, I would rather be with someone from the Night Class, but it's the rules...

I also heard that Lord Kaname and Lily are sharing a room. Hearing that, it sounds like they are a couple, but I don't dare ask Lord Kaname if that's is true.

Lord Kaname walked pass everyone going to his dorm however, he stopped where I was standing.

"Yes, Aido. It is true." He said with a smirk on his face, walking again up the stairs to his dorm.

So it is true. He and Lily are together... How interesting. 

*the next day, Lily's POV*

"I'm beat.. I honestly don't want to deal with physics today."  I said as I brushed my long pink hair.

Today, I just don't want to deal with my annoying physics teacher. He's just so aggravating, and he always picks on me when there's other students in the class, yet he always asks me the questions when I don't know the answer to them.

"And I don't want to deal with Social Studies, but you know. We have to." Seira said as she was getting her books together.

As soon as the both of us were all set to go, we left the dorm and made our way outside the Sun Dorms. As we stepped out, the sun shined beautifully in the sky and clouds were passing by.

"What a beautiful day! A bit chilly, but still a nice day!" Seira said cheerfully.

"Hey! Lily, Seira!" Hiroki said as he and Daisuke left the boys' Sun Dorms and came up to us.

"Hey there, Hiroki, Daisuke!" I said, waving up my hand.

The four of us then made our way to the school building, and talked about things such as our classes, the Night Class, things like that.

"Did you two hear? Lily is dating Kaname Kuran. She's even going on the class trip with him as her partner." Seira said.

"Dang...Lily you are such a liar. Saying that you weren't going to find someone here. And what did I tell you the other night? That sometimes when you act cold towards a guy for no reason, in reality you really do have feelings for them." Daisuke said.

Well... Honestly I didn't know I was going to fall in love with someone here. I had given up on life. But I don't know if Kaname is really my eternal soulmate yet. I thought that way with Itsuki, and things ended up turning for the worse.

I stayed silent and looked away, blushing a bit.

"Come to think of it, Seira, who's your partner?" I said curiously, changing the subject.

"Oh-ho....she's changing the subject! Did things get spicy between you two last night?" Hiroki said.

"N-no! Nothing! We just started dating last night! I just am curious to know who Seira is going with." I said.

"Oh... Well I'm going with one of the Night Class students. His name is Hanabusa Aido, I think?"

Oh no.. She's with that flirtatious jerk from the other day...

"That's the guy that flirted with Lily the other day, right?" Hiroki said, laughing between his words.

"Ugh, don't remind me of him...he's so annoying." I said.

"He's kinda cute, actually. I'm actually kind of excited to hang out with him."

"He's a jerk, Seira. I wish you the upmost best with that guy." I said.

Well, even if he did try to do something with her, she would easily threaten him. Even if she looks kind and harmless, in reality she can have such a threatening presence.

"Thanks. But I don't think I'll have a problem with him." She said, smirking.

"So my class is supposed have a new student today." Daisuke said.

"Oh really?" I said curiously.

"Wonder who it is. If it's a cute girl, you should introduce me to her, Daisuke!" Hiroki said.

Daisuke sighed. "Whatever, sure. But I'll fill you guys up on who he or she is. It's probably not a big deal." He said.

We entered the school and we all went our separate ways. Hiroki and I made our way to our class.

As we were walking to class, Hiroki told me something.

"So when you didn't go to class yesterday, Yuuki and most of the class saw you and Kaname together.  And Yuuki kept telling everyone that Kaname wasn't interested in anyone." He explained.

"Well...the thing is she doesn't know that Kaname and I are dating yet." I said.

"That girl has a crush on Kaname, too...She thinks she knows every little thing about him, when probably he has lots of secrets hidden within him that he hasn't even told her at all." Hiroki said.

I sighed. "She's been spoiled far too much in her life. Of course she thinks she can get what she wants if she instantly asks for it. But anyways, let's drop the subject." I said as the both of us approached the classroom.

"Alright, fine fine." He said. 

We entered the classroom and all the girls were huddled together.

"Did you hear about the new third year student? He's a major hottie! And he's in the Day Class with us!"

"It's too bad I don't know his name..."

"Don't worry! Eventually we'll get to know him!"

The girls then noticed Hiroki and I and quickly came up to us.

"Hey, Lily! Your older brother Daisuke is a third year, right?" One of them asked me.

"Ummm...yes. Why do you ask?" I said, confused.

"Omg! Because the hot new student is possibly in his class!" Another said excitedly.

I sighed. "Whatever. I'll catch you guys up and give you details on who he is, ok?"

They all started cheering. "Thanks, Lily! You're the best! By the way, how's Kaname doing?"

"W-what are you talking about?" I said nervously.

"Don't play dumb, girl! We all saw you walking with him!" One of the other girls said.

"Oh, that... No. It's just that I was sick the other day, and he took me back to the dorms." I said.

"Kyaaaaaa!!!! He walked you to your dorm?! Your soooo lucky!" One of the other girls said.

Mr. Aihara entered the room and called us to take our seats. I sighed and sat in my usual space between Yuuki and Yori. This is weird because Yuuki isn't talking to me at all.

Today's subject is on static and kinetic friction or whatever and Yori was explaining to me how to do it.

"So all you need to do is use this equation to solve the problem." She said.

"Uhh... I think I get it? Can we just review our answers just to make sure?" I said?

"Sure." Yori showed me the problems, however I looked over at Yuuki, and she still stayed silent. This is weird. Is she not talking to me because of the fact that she saw me walking with Kaname, or did she ask him to be his partner for the trip and he declined because he already asked me? You know what? I'm going to knock some sense into this brat and tell her what's going on.

"Yuuki... Are you alright? You've been quiet lately."

She smiled sadly, looking at me. "I'm fine, don't worry about it. Just having a bad day, that's all."

"Are you sure? Tell me, what's going on." I said.

"I asked Kaname if he wanted to be my partner for the class trip, but... he told me that he already was going with someone..." She said sadly.

"Oh...I'm sorry to hear that. But you know, you can go with Zero or someone else..."

She shook her head. "I wanted to go with Kaname. But someone took him away from me..." She said, balling her hands into fists. Ok, now she looks angry and I haven't seen her like that before. Ugh, give me a break! She's all over Zero and now she wants Kaname? This girl...is seriously messed up.

"....It's you, right?" She said in a low voice.

"Excuse me?"

"You're going with Kaname.... I heard you two last night.. And your dating him too? How did you even get him to win your heart? Did you seduce him or something?" She said, looking at me with somewhat hate.

"Of course I didn't! I just happened to fall in love with him like normal, that's all! And the same with him!"

"I have loved him for way longer than you! Don't say those lies... You've only been here for a few days, yet you managed to win him? I'm sorry I'm speaking this way to you Lily, but I'm not backing down only because he's your lover now." She said confidently.

"I'm not either...." I said, smirking.

"And what's this about 9,000 years ago? That just had to be a lie. It's not possible that you were alive that time." She said.

"You know what, Yuuki? That is none of your business. Stop poking your head where it does not belong. Whatever is going on does not involve you at all, so back off."

She looked away sadly and her fists were trembling. I don't care... I'm not going to lose the man that I love to someone like her.

*Daisuke's PoV*

We all sat in class waiting for the arrival of the new student. They said that he went to his dorm to go drop his things and get into the Day Class uniform. I wonder who he is if all the girls are going crazy over him.

The doors slowly opened, and quickly the girls went crazy as he stepped in the classroom.

"Kyaaaaaaaaa!  It's him!" One of them said.

No... It's not possible. What is he doing here? That bastard... Why did he return?

When he saw me, he smiled and waved his hand up. Our teacher them spoke, introducing him.

"Everyone. This is the new student, Itsuki Inoue. Please treat him kindly, and catch him up on the subjects."

He smiled happily. "It's a pleasure to meet you everyone! I'm Itsuki Inoue, and I'll be in your class starting today!" He said cheerfully.

Why is he here? What purpose does he even have to be here?!

As he came up, all the girls were screaming for him to sit next to them. However, he sat next to me.

"It's nice to see you again after a while, Daisuke. How are your other siblings?" He said kindly.

I looked at him angrily.

"I know you're just asking me how Lily is doing. Leave her alone. She's had enough heartbreaks in her life. Don't make it worse." I said.

"I'm not. I'm simply just going to try to get her back, I regret what I did and I wish for her to forgive me." He said.

"You think that because you slept with another woman a week before your wedding, you think she's going to forgive you like that? Forget it!" I said angrily

What is with him?! Is he crazy?! Lily would NEVER forgive him!

How is Lily going to react when she sees her ex-fiancé here....?
