*Hiromi's PoV*
I stood in the mansion's balcony, looking up at the moon. I don't want Lily to remember that painful past. It's even more painful than her previous relationship with Itsuki... Her death was terrible as well.

I remember that night.. The night when one of the higher-ups from Takamagahara descended on the night that Lily was born...

*flashback*

In a beautiful cloudless May 15th night, I gave birth to my first daughter.

I held my second child Lily in my arms. She's so beautiful... As Kazuki and I looked at our newborn daughter, a man with long white hair and shining blue eyes appeared before us.

"My children..." A man's voice echoed throughout the hospital room.

"You're..." I said.

"Yes. I'm one of the higher-up gods from Takamagahara, Amaterasu. I've come here to give you both very important news..."

"What is it?" Kazuki said.

"The child that you are carrying now is the reincarnation of the Adachi ancestor, Kira Adachi. The one that we had no choice to kill because she fell in love with a vampire."

My eyes widened. No.. it's not possible!

"I'm warning you both. Please do make sure that she doesn't fall in love with Kaname Kuran again, or else the world itself will suffer grave consequences."

"What are you saying?! Our daughter should have the right to love who she wants to love!" I said.

"There is more to the curse, you know... If Lily falls in love with him and becomes one with him there is no turning back. If that happens, destiny is set in stone. The world will face destruction on her 18th birthday tonight.

"But.. Lily is our only daughter! She isn't cursed! What words are you speaking?!" Kazuki said.

"I can predict the future. You will have 2 more children. A son and a daughter. Your daughter Lily will be cursed."

No... I don't want to lose Lily! She is my precious daughter!

"What can be done to avoid this destruction?" I said.

"The best choice to to make sure they don't find each other. But if it gets further, then Kaname must kill her..." He said in a sad tone.

"No.. Kazuki. She cannot fall in love with a vampire! She can't! If that happens..."

"I know..." He said.

"I wish for the best of luck for the both of you..." With that, Amaterasu disappeared.

I hugged Lily. I don't want to lose you! I'll make sure that your eternal soulmate turns out to be a human!

*end of flashback*

I thought that everything was all set when she was engaged to Itsuki, but in the end it was all for nothing. Now she's at risk to meet him again.

I felt Kazuki's arms wrap around my waist. "Hiromi... don't overthink this. I'm positive that she has not met him yet. And she's probably enjoying the class trip with her friends right now." Kazuki said, reassuring me.

"...Wrong, Kazuki. The world is already at risk..." I turned around and he was there. Kazuki's father, Hideki Adachi. The man that's completely against the idea of coexistence with vampires.

"Why are you here, Father? And what the hell are you talking about?" Kazuki said.

"Simple. Lily has already met Kaname Kuran, and they have already fallen in love..." He said in his usual commanding tone.

My eyes widened. No...!

"Who told you this?" I said.

"A very trustworthy resource. Who knows if those two have already become one...?"

I regret my decision. If only we told her the truth, This wouldn't have happened!

"Well... I'm not going to allow this relationship. I'll find a way to split them up." Hideki said.

This sounds terrible, but this is for the sake of the world. Those two cannot be together. That is destiny.

"Please do, Hideki. We want Lily to be happy, but we also cannot let her be with Kaname, for we do not wish for this world to end..."  I said.

"Then we share the same goal. Let's get along, Kazuki, Hiromi." Hideki said.

We promote coexistence, but we cannot allow Lily to keep going further with this relationship with a Pureblood vampire...

*Lily's PoV*

Kaname and I were on our way out of town when we happen to come across Hanabusa and Seira.

"Lily, Kaname! It's so good to see ya guys! I see you two are having a great time!" Seira said.

"Yes, we are." Kaname said.

"And there's no sign of Yuuki Cross.." Hanabusa said.

"Because I told her to stay away from them! You see, there is this thing that couples need when they are alone... Oh yes! Privacy! I bet she had her plans to not even give them time alone!" Seira said.

I laughed. "Oh, Seira..."

"I bet deep down inside, you were waiting for me to do that! You didn't want to feel possessive." She said, not caring that Kaname was listening.

I looked away. "Tch, no I didn't Seira."

I felt my face was starting to color up.

"Honestly, as long as it's Lily I don't care if she's possessive towards me." He said.

"Kaname, that kind of sounds embarrassing..." I said in a low, soft voice.

"Doesn't matter. I like to see your blushing face, Lily..." He said in a seductive tone.

"Whoaaa. Things are getting hot here. You know what? We'll leave you two alone, and you guys just have fun. We'll be on our way now." Seira said.

"Y-yeah. Enjoy yourselves, Lord Kaname, Lily!" Hanabusa said.

The both of them scurried along quickly into the crowd of people.

"Well, shall we get going?" Kaname said.

"Yeah..let's go." I said.

What kind of surprise could Kaname have back there for me? Honestly, this guy is filled with so much mystery. I guess that's one of the things that I like about him...

As we approached the house, I already noticed some differences. There was a path of candles and red rose petals leading somewhere.

It looks really pretty...

"Kaname... What is this...?" I said with my eyes widened.

"You'll see.. You just need to follow the path to the end." He said a warm smile.

"Ok.." I said as the both of us followed the path.

We walked the path and it led us into the house, and we passed the living room and kitchen.

"Almost there..." He said.

I then noticed that it led us to our room, where a bunch of rose petals were scattered on the bed and lit candles were placed around the room.

"Whoa...What is this? All this wasn't here!" I said in surprise as I looked around the room.

"I asked Seiren to organize it while we were gone." He said.

So that's who he was talking to on the phone..

"So...What is the meaning of all of this?" I said questionably.

I then felt a pair of arms around my waist and his chin on my shoulder.

"Lily, will you be mine tonight?" He said in a soft, passionate tone.

My face turned red.

T-that's right. The both of us are alone in here, with no one else. B-but...I haven't done it before. I never did it with Itsuki and I was fine, but for some reason I feel attracted to Kaname...I never felt like this before. I always had in mind to do it after I get married, but honestly... For Kaname, I don't know if I can wait...

I didn't have the words, so I slowly nodded my head.

"Lily..." He said in a smile that was filled with so much passion and lust.

His face was approaching mine and I closed my eyes, welcoming his kiss as he put both of his hands on my cheek. He kissed me both gently and roughly, and I felt his tongue enter my mouth making every part of it his. It's all a completely new thing to me...

I couldn't help but let out a soft moan.

Kaname then carried me bridal style to the bed that was filled with rose petals, hovering over me.

"I'm going to kiss you in every place where he touched you." He said in a somewhat jealous tone.

He then began to kiss me starting from my ear, going down past my neck, rubbing my thighs while doing it with one of his hands.

Has he even gotten the fact that I'm a virgin? He probably thinks since Itsuki was once my fiancé, he might think that he and I did it a few times.

"U-um... Kaname?" I said in a bit nervous tone.

"Yes, Lily?"

"Umm... I think you should know that I'm a...."

His eyes widened when he realized what I was thinking.

"You're a virgin, Lily?"

"Y-yes... I never made love with my ex-fiancé, because I never felt that intimate connection with him, and I always made the excuse to wait after marriage."

"But with me, it's different?" He said.

"Yes, because with you I feel this special connection..." I said with a blush.

"You don't realize how happy I am at what you just said. That means that I'm your first?"

I slowly nodded my head.

Kaname then began to kiss me again and I just closed my eyes and gave into him.

As he continued kissing me I felt his hands pushing up my dress, the warmth of his big hands slip into my dress as he began playing with my bra, trying to unclip it. I then felt that he took it off and threw it to the side. I felt my bare breasts under my dress.

Shyly, I began to unbutton his shirt revealing his toned body, which made me blush at the sight of it.

He smirked, making his way to the zipper located on back of my dress and began bringing it down.

"You don't know how much I want to pierce my fangs through your soft white skin... But I'm going to hold back, because you are far too precious to me and I don't want to change your life.." He said.

After he said that, he took off the dress that I once wore, and the only thing I had on was my underwear, which made me nervous. I ended up covering myself.

"You don't have to cover yourself like that. I want to see all of you, Lily. From head to toe..." He mumbled in a seductive voice.

Kaname moved my hands, and he kissed my neck...

"Ugh, Kaname, not there... That's.."

"Your weak spot, huh... Nice to know..." He said with a smirk.

I couldn't stop blushing in embarrassment. Only he makes me feel this way...

This is all so new to me, I've never experienced something like this...

He then massaged my left breast and kissed the other one.

I closed my eyes, immersing myself in the pleasure that he is giving me.

The noise of his kisses were heard throughout the room, along with the faint sound of the beach waves crashing against the sand.

He moved down lower, kissing the side of my hips.

The more he keeps doing this, the more I desire him even more...

I want him, even more than I do now.

"Kaname, I..." I said in a pleading voice, trying to give him the message.

His lustful eyes looked at me passionately.

He moved back up to my lips, kissing me so passionately that I ended up being breathless.

I noticed that the both of us were already in our birthday suits. Wait, what?! How did this...

"Kaname, how did you..." I said in a surprised tone.

"Fufu....there is nothing in this world that I cannot do, my dear..." He said, whispering in my ear.

His seductive and soft voice alone left me paralyzed.

His size then caught my attention, which made my eyes widen.

"You like what you see?" He said with a smirk.

I stayed silent, and looked away.

"Don't look away from me like that... I feel lonely when you do that..." He said, turning my face caressing my cheek.

"Kaname..."

"I love you, Lily... You don't know how long I've been waiting for this night to come.. Last night back at Cross Academy, I just wanted to have you right there at that moment but I couldn't, but now...I have you right here."

"I love you too, Kaname..."

He then slammed himself inside of me all the way, making me feel a piercing pain. I grabbed his long, soft brown hair. I didn't notice that tears were coming out of my eyes.

"Aah!" I said, feeling the pain.

"It's ok, Lily. This is normal. The pain will go away soon so just hold on, alright?" He said as he wiped my tears.

He waited until I got used to his size, and just continued kissing me gently in the lips. Eventually, I got used to it and the pain slowly started to become pleasure. I broke from the kiss, and looked up at him.

"Kaname, I want you..." I said in a begging tone.

"You got used to me already? That's pretty quick. But, I'll fulfill your wish..." He said with a smirk.

Kaname then slowly began to move his hips forward and back.

"Aah... Kaname, faster please..." I pleaded.

He sped faster and I grabbed tightly the sheets, continuously moaning his name.

Eventually the both of us came and we just laid in bed staring at each other, our hands and feet intertwined.

*end of lemon*

"I can't believe I saw this completely different side of you. I'm happy that I'm the only one that gets to see this defenseless side of you instead of seeing the cheerful, ignorant vampire hunter Lily Adachi." Kaname said.

"Oh, I'm ignorant?" I said, teasingly.

"Well, the first time I saw you you were. You gave me dirty looks, and spoke to me so rashly... " He said.

I giggled. "That's because I was rejecting my feelings for you when I first met you. I felt something when I first saw you walking back to the Night Class dorms. But now, look what you have done to me.. You've made me fall deeply and immensely in love with you, and I can't change that..." I said.

"I feel the same way, Lily. I love you so much that words can't explain how much I love you."

I moved myself closer to Kaname, creating an embrace. "I want to sleep like this. It's more comfortable like this..." I said.

"Of course..." He said, pulling me in to an embrace.

"Goodnight, Kaname..." I said.

"Goodnight, Lily." He said as he kissed me in the forehead.

I then fell asleep, entering the world of dreams.

Everything was pitch dark, the only thing I heard was the voice of a man.

"Destruction...The world will end because of you and Kaname, Lily...."

"W-who are you?!" I said.

"What a pity, you're such a kind and gentle girl, giving yourself to a vampire..."

"I can love who I want to love. Don't you dare tell me who to love!"

"You're exactly like your pitiful ancestor. How sad. I thought your fate was going to be different. You would find someone meaningful to love."

"To me, Kaname is meaningful!"

"Whatever... Either way now, Lily Adachi, your destiny is death..."

What is he talking about...? If I find my eternal soulmate, and he confesses his love for me on the night of my birthday, I should live! What foolishness is he speaking?

Voices continued screaming in my head.

"Help me..."

"I'm sorry..."

"I will kill you!!!"

Stop it... This is too much, my head hurts...

"Those voices are of the humans and vampires that committed grave sins. You bear those sins, Lily. Even though your family was cast out of Takamagahara, the cursed daughter must also bear the sins of humans and vampires as well. That's why you have a weak body and are more vulnerable to sicknesses. Those sins is what will cause your death. And only your eternal soulmate can cleanse you from both the curse and the sins you bear as well... But..."

"But? But what?!"

The voice of the man was no longer heard and I sensed the feelings of hatred, sadness, anger, jealousy, revenge, betrayal, vengefulness...

Then... A terrible vision came. I heard explosions and buildings and homes falling, people screaming and when I looked who was in front of me, it was Kaname pointing a sword at me.

What is he...

"Kaname...what are you doing....?"

"I must kill you, Lily..." He said in an emotionless tone.

"W-what are you saying...? You can't be serious, Kaname! Why?" I said, confused.

"Because..." He said, but ended up disappearing.

Fire surrounded me and I had no way to escape..

"No! Kaname, save me!" I screamed up to the top of my lungs.

I sprung up from bed, breathing heavily and shuddering in fear. I looked around and I realized that it was just a dream.

"Thank goodness...." I whispered to myself.

Tears were running down my eyes. What was that..? That was terrible. That man's voice sounds so familiar too..

"Lily, are you alright? What happened?" Kaname said worriedly,  sitting up.

"Kaname...." I embraced him, relieved that everything was a dream. That would never happen... That was just a nightmare..

"I had a terrible nightmare... Some man told me that I bear the sins of humans and vampires, and then another one where you almost killed me.  I was so scared...! I felt so defenseless..." I said, trying to avoid crying in front of him.

"I would never do that to you, Lily. You are far too precious to me... It's ok now, those nightmares are over. I'm here..." He said as he combed my hair, comforting me.

We laid back in bed, and Kaname held my hand to help me fall asleep.

"It's ok...I'm here and I won't leave your side, Lily..." He said softly.

Eventually, I fell asleep once again feeling protected by the man I love...

*Itsuki's PoV*

I stepped outside the room, receiving a call from Lily's grandfather, Hideki.

"Hello, sir?"

"Yes, Itsuki? Anything to report...?"

"Yes, I guess. The fact that Kaname and Lily are sharing a room, that's all I have for you."

It was silent on the other line.

"It's too late... The end is coming..." I heard him whisper.

"Um sir, did you just say the end is coming?" I said.

"Nothing... I'll talk to you later. Call me back if you have anything else to report. Bye."

He hung up and I just stayed standing there. It's probably just gibberish that he was talking about. He is pretty old already...

*Takamagahara, third person PoV*

Amaterasu stood at the balcony of the Heavenly Castle, sensing the events that just happened.

"It's too late..." He said looking forward.

One of the higher-ups approached him.

"Sir, what's the matter?"

"I thought this wasn't going to happen, but. Kaname Kuran and Lily Adachi became one. That is foreshadowing the end of the world, and now Kaname's destiny is to kill his true love."

"Then you shouldn't have added that to the Adachi family curse! You should understand that this was going to happen. Kira literally told you her final wish! "I want to be reincarnated and fall in love with him again!"

"And so she did. Shortly after those two became one and fell asleep, I implanted a dream into Lily of Kaname killing her. Showing her what is to come.. She was supposed to know this other part to the curse, but her parents made the mistake of not telling her for the sake of her living a happy and peaceful life."

"I feel terrible.... That girl one way or another her destiny is death..." The higher-up said.

"For over 9,000 years, the Adachi family has committed that sin. And throughout the generations, many elder daughters from the Adachi family were killed by their eternal soulmate for falling in love with a vampire. The same will happen to Lily, whether she likes it or not."

"Don't you think that she deserves happiness? I mean, yes she has committed a sin but she loves him. You can't change one's feelings for another."

"Lily and Kaname's destiny is already set in stone. However, they have the power to change their destiny and the fate of the Adachi family. They just simply need to find that opening. I'm not a terrible person. I do what needs to be done. Humans, vampires.... whatever race they are from learn from their experiences..."

"Amaterasu.."

"Those two have the opportunity to end the Adachi curse for good..." He said.
