Nakia and Okoye can be seen running out of the market entrace.

Nakia: What about T'Challa?

Okoye: He'll catch up..

The warrior then threw a large EMP beas on a random car. Nakia and Okoye get in the car they arrived in and take off after Klaue. T'Challa and Y/n; wearing his disguise can be seen running out of the entrance with Aruta and Izu..

Y/n: Where could he be?

Y/n took out his Zero-One Driver and equipped it. He has his Progrise Key in hand and pressed it.

Y/n: Henshin!

[Progrise!]
[Rising Hopper!]
[A Jump to the Sky turns to a Rider Kick!]

Now transformed in his Rider form, Y/n turns to T'Challa who is surprised of the young man's power with an unseen smirk under the helmet..

Zero-One: Hope you can keep up.

He jumps upwards and ran after Klaue. T'Challa smirked at the challenge and ran forward. Aruta takes out her Progrise Key to join, But Izu grasped her shoulder..

Izu: I advise that you refrain from transforming, madam president

Aruta: What do you mean?

She took out her own Driver, but was horrified to see that it's sparking and riddled with bullets during the Casino Shootout

Aruta: It must've protected me from the shooting.

Izu: We will fix it when we return to Hiden Intelligence. For now, it's best that mister L/n handles the situation.

Aruta: Ok.

Izu: Let us return to the hotel.

Aruta placed her damaged Driver in her space and walked with Izu..

Aruta: Be careful, Y/n.

[With Shuri]
In Wakanda, an excited Shuri rushes over as the EMP Bead does a scan of the car and creates a holographic version of the car.

Shuri: This is gonna be good. *gets in* Wait, which side of the road is it?

T'Challa: For "bast" sake, just drive!

The car begins to turn on itself and drove to T'Challa's location. As it did get to T'Challa, the Wakandan King began to form his suit and jumped onto the hood of the car..

Klaue: *on a communicator* Put some music on. What do you think this is: a funeral?

Five SUV's can be seen driving g fast on a road as Klaue spoke again..

Klaue: Hey, Split up!

The cars went in multiple roads to disperse the group chasing them. Zero-One sees them splitting apart, but has no idea which one is Klaue..

Zero-One: Damn it..*sees two cars driving* Those will have to do.

The Rider jumps inbetween different buildings chasing after the first car in an alley. The Driver looked at the rear-view mirror to see blurring neon yellow lines..

Driver: What the hell?

Something landed on the front of the car which is Zero one with his weapon out. He presses a button to attack..

[Rising! Kaban Strash!]

He jumps over and sent his energized Attache Calibur to the hood of the car. He dashed further to the alley exit and shot forward, before grabbing the handle while pushing forward, slicing the car in the middle..

The two halves separated as they fell to the ground with the stunned goons inside before they fainted out of shock..

Zero-One: Damn, I'm good.. now to find the others.

[With T'Challa and Shuri]
The royal siblings take a shortcut as they pursue their two cars, who weave into open traffic, causing four cars to crash into each other, creating a traffic jam.

Shuri: We aren't going to make it.

Black Panther: Just keep going.

Using his claws, T'Challa sticks them into the ground, lifting the car slightly, allowing them to pass through the jam without hitting any of the cars.

Shuri: Woo! Brother!

T'Challa lowers the car back to the ground and jumps onto the hood. One of Klaue's men in the car in front of them opened fire out the back window but the bullets bounced harmlessly off T'Challa's suit. T'Challa jumps from the hood onto the back window. Climbing up, he uses his claws to open the roof.

He sees Klaue is not there and, out of terror, the driver jumps from the car. He lands in the path of Shuri's car and she runs over him.

Shuri: What was that?!

T'Challa: Nothing, just keep going. You're doing great.

[With Nakia and Okoye]
One of Klaue's men was firing at their car but the bullets bounces off harmlessly as the women stared unaffected from the firearms..

Okoye: Guns...so primitive..

Klaue: It's a Vibranium car, you idiots! The bullets won't penatrate.

Okoye slides out the passenger window and climbs onto the
roof, stabbing her short spear into the top of the vehicle as a handle, her dress blowing in the wind.

Nakia: What are you doing?

Okoye: Just Drive.

She stabs her spear through the roof of the car, to Nakia's surprise. Nakia continues to weave through traffic as Okoye waits before pulling the spear out and throwing it. It goes through the windshield of the car and lands in front of it. The car slams into it and crashed like it was another car.

Klaue: Oh shoot.

The second and fourth SUVs tear from the hills onto the Diamond Bridge with Panther's Lexus right behind them and Zero-One on his Rise Hopper. Closing in, he takes heavy gunfire.

Shuri: Hey, look at your suit! You've been taking bullets charging it up with kinetic energy!

T'Challa looks down at the glowing glyphs of kinetic energy built into his suit as he gets an idea..

Black Panther: Pull around the truck.

The LC accelerates ahead , closing in on the second SUV, but
just as Panther is about to look inside , a passing Tractor-trailer blocks his view. The 4Runner loses sight of Panther as he leaps to the trailer, bounding across the top of the big rig separating the Lexus and the 4Runner.

Klaue's gunmen search furiously for Panther as the Lexus LC
suddenly cuts in front of them, without Panther on top.

Driver: Where'd he go!?

Then out of nowhere, Black Panther lands hard on the hood of the
SUV.

Looking inside , Panther doesn't see Klaue and launches off the 4Runner , distributing the kinetic energy from his suit with immense concussive force, causing both trucks to crash and flip down the bridge. The Rider swerved to get away from the crashing vehicles..

Zero-One: Ok, now that's cool.

Shuri swerves the Lexus, skillfully catching Panther on the
roof again as it drove off.

Shuri: You show off.

Nakia's Lexus sedan trails Klaue's 4Runner both going
airborne over hilltops.

Nakia: There he is! Hold tight!

As the SUV catches air over a rise in the road, Klaue slides
his body out of the truck.

Klaue: Right, let's have some fun.

Sitting on the windowsill, Klaue aims his Sonic Cannon to fire at the women..

Nakia is locked in and Okoye prepares to throw her spear again, but they suddenly LOSE SIGHT of Klaue as the Lexus hits the rise. Ahead, Klaue's 4Runner launches off a second, steeper rise. Nakia loses sight of Klaue again as the SUV lands hard on the downside of the hill.

Klaue, still at speed, steadies his disrupter and as Nakia's Lexus appears in midair over the rise, he fires. Klaue's Sonic shot hits the Lexus sedan head on and dismantled it, piece by piece to its studs sending Nakia and Okoye in the air..

The car was completely destroyed and Okoye went flying. Seeing a sheet of metal, Okoye whirled her spear and stabbed it, coming down on the ground. The sheet skidded to a stop in front of Nakia, who had stayed in the seat and was thankfully unharmed.

Ross pulls up to the women in a Suburban and stops in front of them..

Ross: Hop in. Put that spear in the truck..

[With T'Challa and Zero-One]

T'Challa: Faster, Shuri.

Shuri: I'm going as fast as i can!

We see Klaue's 4Runner racing across the Centum City Bridge. The Diamond Bridge can be seen in the background. Klaue is back inside the SUV as it weaves through traffic. Then, we spot a rapidly closing Lexus LC with Black Panther on the roof.

Klaue: Take a right, take a right!

Klaue's 4Runner and Panther's LC make left turns, booking
down a short road , then make quick rights. The 4Runner barrels along a brightly lit two panels road with the Lexus LC chasing.

Unnerved seeing the two heroes closing in , Klaue slides his body
back out to the SUV's windowsill as his driver makes a sharp
right onto a wider avenue. Determined, Shuri rounds the turn, focused.

The DIGITAL DASH shows 115 mph and climbing..But hanging out of the truck, Klaue fires a massive Sonic blast that Shuri can't evade.

Shuri: No no no no no no no!!

[Boom!]

the Lexus LC suddenly goes to pieces, whole parts and panelling to a million fragments.

Zero-One: *sees the shot destroy the car* Oh, damn.

Shuri ' s driver seat EXPLODES INTO A TRILLION GRAINS OF SAND
and she hits the floor.

Shuri: Brother!

But Black Panther launches himself out of the destroyed car
to ward a building and in four strides a long the side of the structure, he leaps off at Klaue's 4runner..

Klaue's driver spots him flying at them and tries to swerve, but Panther latches to the side of the SUV and digs in with his claws. Panther grabs the rim of the front tire and stops the wheel dead in its tracks!

The lug nuts sheared off from the force and Panther discards the tire, causing the truck's nose to crash down, skidding across the street with sparks flying..

Panther rolls clear as the 4runner hits the curb, flips over to its roof and slides to a stop in the middle of a busy outdoor cafe as its patrons scramble.

With the SUV upside-down and customers looking on, Panther and Zero-One;getting off his bike
approaches to find Klaue struggling to climb out of his window.

Black Panther Klaue!!

Zero-One: You have some stuff that belongs to us.

Klaue slowly gets to his feet and tries to level his disrupter but running up, Panther evades the blast and is only nicked on the shoulder. Before he could fire again, Panther grabs Klaue's arm, clawing into the sonic disrupter
and rips it off his stump of a left arm. He then kicks Klaue, sending him head first into the car, where he bashes his head.

Black Panther: Did you think we would forget!?

Klaue instead of answering him, sneered, which pissed the Wakandan King off.

T'Challa: Look at me murderer! Where did you get this weapon?

Klaue: You savages didn't deserve it.

T'Challa grabs him by the throat and slams him into the SUV.

Klaue: *frightened* Oh. Mercy, king. Mercy...

Black Panther: *unleashes his Vibranium claws* Every breath you take is mercy to me.

He goes to strike, but Zero-One grabs his arm before the claw can even touch the eye.

Black Panther: *glares at the rider* Why did you stop me?!

Zero-One: As much as Klaue should get what he deserves, you can't kill him in public.

Okoye: *in Xhosa* My King.

T'Challa and Zero-One turns to find Okoye and Nakia getting out of Ross' Suburban. The rider lets go of the Panther's arm..

Nakia: *in Xhosa* The world watches.

The pier has crowded with Koreans recording them on cellphones as SIRENS can be heard in the distance.

Klaue, while they are distracted then took out that Progrise Key which scanned the data of T'Challa's Panther Habit he had earlier and opened his shirt with his remaining right arm to reveal a unknown mechanical belt on the waist. It had tubes connecting to two canisters most likely for absorbing residue energy released..

Klaue: I'm not through yet.*presses the Progrise Key*

[Lurking!]

He loads it into the slot as a mechanical Panther sprang out the key and pushed T'Challa back, roaring at them..

Zero-One, T'Challa, Nakia and Okoye were all stunned of seeing it attack them..

Okoye: Great Bast..what is that?

Zero-One: *thinking* Where did he get the technology to build that? What else did he steal?

Klaue: *grins evilly* Let's test out your ancestral power..

He pulls back the handle, opening the key..

[ForceRise!]

The Panther lunged and clawed at T'Challa and Zero-One, before going back to Klaue and merging with him.

[Breakdown!]

Klaue new form gave him a new left arm as the form resembled the Black Panther attire, but was more menacing..

*With the fan-made ForceRiser on the waist*

Klaue: *distorted voice* So..*looks at himself* The powers of the Black Panther. Now I see why you get to have fun.

Black Panther: How...

Klaue: hm?

Black Panther: H-HOW DARE YOU PROTTAY AS ONE OF MY ANCESTORS!!! YOU HAVE NO RIGHT!!

Klaue: *mockingly* Aww, did I hurt the wittle kitty's feelings??

Black Panther charged at Klaue with claws out, but the villain simply caught his wrist..

Klaue: You honestly did not deserved this power.

He punched the king on the torso, then slammed his body to the ground multiple times before throwing him to Okoye and Nakia. Zero-One speeds up to Klaue and gives him and kick to the back, which sent him a few feet..

Klaue: *to Zero-One* So, you want this thing? Come and get it.

Zero-One leaps at Klaue with his Attache Calibur in hand and swipes at the other Panther. Klaue blocked the sword with his arms, but was met with a chest punch.

Klaue: heh. Is that all you got?

Zero-One then pressed his key onto the driver..

[Rising Impact!]

His foot charged with energy as Zero-One dashes to Klaue, Kicked him up in the air, jumped high and lands a kick to his chest that sends him to the ground. The riders lands to the ground to see if Klaue was

Nakia: Zero-One, watch out!

Zero-One: Wha-

Before he was finished speaking, he was blown back by stinging kinetic energy that klaue unleashed, after receiving the amount of blows..

Klaue: Wow..this thing really packs a punch.

He reached downwards to the know and turned it to the left, allowing the residue energy he collected to flow within him. Klaue then pulled the handle and pushed it back..

[Lurking Dystopia!]

Klaue started radiating purple energy as he charged and uppercuts the rider in the air..

Zero-One: AHH!!

The Rider was then attacked from all angles and all side until he was dealt with a claw attack from behind that sent him crashing to the ground. Klaue landed besides the injured rider..

Klaue: My, my..

Okoye took advantage of Klaue's gloating and took out her spear and threw it at Klaue's face. It pierced through the left shoulder as Klaue back up in pain..

Klaue: Ugh..

Zero-One took this chance to reach under and takes the Lurking Panther Progrise Key from Klaue. However, he is still transformed from the energy he absorbed. The rider takes a glance at the Progrise Key, but it looks different.

He gets up from the ground and stares at Klaue..

Zero-One: The Black Panther mantle belongs to the King of Wakanda...not you. But, this company i work with made this thing. Allow me to show you is true capabilities.. *presses Progrise Key*

Satellite Zea received new coding and sent out a Panther Avatar with purple eyes and snarled at Klaue..

Zero-One: Now it's my turn..*loads in Progrise Key*

The form replaces the grasshopper motif with a Panther-Styled look with Silver linings on the thighs, shins and upper forearms. The shoulder pads has three paired curved sharp ends on each side. The collarbone showed a similar resemblance to the Panther Habit necklace. The facial look has purple eyes with silver lining alongside the ears..

Zero-One:*Xhosa* Ungowam, Klaue!
[You're Mine, Klaue!]

Zero-One dashed at Klaue and he did the same. Both claws intertwined, trying to push the other back.

Nakia: This Zero-One is something..

Zero-One then leaped onto Klaue, flipped him over to jim and kicked him in the air. He then proceeds to hit him with multiple claw swipes before delivering a hard kick to the back..

Klaue felt disoriented from those attacks and he felt his energy deleting..

Zero-One: Try this on for size..*presses the Progrise Key*

[Lurking Impact!]

Zero-One sends a paralying energy that resembled a Panther that forced Klaue still..

Klaue: *struggles to move* W-why can't i move?!

Zero-One charged his claws with purple energy, then unleashed a fury of energized claw attacks, before kicking him three times in the air. The armor sparked violently as Zero-One leap towards him and gave him a final energized Claw attacks to the chest.

[Lurking Impact!]

The villain fell to the ground as his armor displaced from him, leaving an one armed injured Klaue on the ground. T'Challa, Okoye, Nakia, Ross and the citizens were stunned by the young riders actions and power. Zero-One then picked up Klaue, his dismembered bionic arm and walked towards the Wakandans. Some S.W.A.T Members came too and aimed their guns at the rider. Ross, held out an arm to not fire..

Ross: Stand Down! Stand Down! He is not the enemy.

Slowly, they lowered their weapons as the rider got close to them.

Zero-One: Here's your International Criminal. *throws him near them*

Most of them went at Klaue and restrained him and took the Sonic Cannon arm from the riders hands.

Zero-One: Hopefully, he won't cause trouble.

T'Challa: I cannot thank you enough for helping us apprehend Klaue.

Zero-One: Normally, i came to just get a certain item he stole from a company i work with. Then i guess fate had other plans to have me team up with you guys.

Okoye: What technology is that your have?

Zero-One: For my driver..it's something extraordinary, not even i can explain. I'm still learning more about it.

Ross:

[With Aruta and Izu]
They were relaxing in their hotel room as Izu was running dialogstics on Aruta's Zero-One Driver..

Aruta looked at her Driver damaged..

Aruta: How could i let my Driver get damaged? I never even took it out..

???: Hey.

Aruta and Izu turned to see Y/n coming in the room.

Aruta: Hey! *gets up and hugs him* You're ok.

Y/n: Like you thought i wouldn't?

Izu: We're you successful in getting the Progrise Key back?

Y/n: As a matter of fact..* takes out the Progrise Key and shows it to them* I am..

Izu takes the Lurking Panther Progrise Key and observes it. Aruta then turns to y/n and asked something.

Aruta: Did you access a new form with that?

Y/n: Yes. And unfortunately someone else.

Izu: Who would access a progrise key all on it's own?

Y/n: Ulysses Klaue. He's the true bastard that stole the Progrise Key. And how he used it..*takes out the transformation device* Qas from using this.

Izu did a scan on the transformation device and she couldn't deciper the data..

Izu: This driver is of an unknown build. I can't receive data from it.

Y/n: maybe it's best that we wait until we return to Japan. But right now..*yawns* I'm tired and I want to sleep.

Aruta: Agreed.

After taking individual turns with the shower, y/n and Aruta are set to sleep for tommorow home. As the young man was preparing to close his eyes, Aruta spoke to him.

Aruta: You know..

Y/n: Hmm?

Aruta: I really appreciate you being with me during our time.

Y/n: Hey. Someone had to make sure you were doing ok as well. It's job as a C.S.O and a friend.

Aruta: *laughs a little* Yeah. I hope we get back, nothing bad will happen.

Y/n: *sits up* Hey. Were both Kamen Rider's in the new Reiwa Era. Anything that could topple us, we can face it together. If not, we have allies and friends to turn too as well.

Aruta: Nice.

Y/n: I'm gonna head to sleep. Good night, Aruta.

Aruta got up, went towards y/n and gives him a forehead kiss, much to his shock..

She moved and gives him a sweet smile..

Aruta: Goodnight, Y/n..

She got onto her own bed and started to fall asleep. Y/n regained himself and fell back to his pillow to head to dreamland..

Y/n: *thinking* Damn..does Aruta really have feelings for me, now? Just..wow.

[And that's the end of the Black Panther Story Arc. It was nice to try something different in Honor of Chadwick Boseman. He may be lost to us..but never forgotten in our hearts. I hope you enjoyed. Peace!]
