Belrui is a mercifully rare Pokemon that resides in the mountains.  It appears to have a symbiotic relationship with the Pokemon Noivern.  Recent information tells that this Pokemon can cause total darkness at any time.  It will use this technique to bewilder prey, which includes unfortunate travelers, and then the Noivern will dive in, easily winning in their home turf.
