Jason P.O.V.

It was the release of our first song as a band and the first song that Nate had ever written called Live To Party. We looked around nervously and saw the count go from zero to ten to one thousand to two thousand as we all did a little victory dance and got excited for the next day which was our first interview as a band. Nate was eleven now and Shane was still thirteen and still dating. 

I had to admit that I didn't think that they would make it this long.

"Hello everyone and welcome to the show we have a very special guest today or I guess we have three welcome Connect Three!" Melissa shouted from the stage as we all walked on and took our seats. 

"So tell us how you three became a band," Melissa said looking interested.

"When Nate first came to the camp we asked him about himself and he was super shy so we took him under our wings," Shane started teasing Nate.

"We heard him singing and heard his awesome songs and just had to ask him to join our band that we were starting and then we made it to Final Jam it was super easy," I said.

"So how about you guys get up there and play us that new single of yours?" Melissa asked making the audience of girls roar in anticipation.

"I was sittin' at home watchin TV all alone. I'm so tired of reruns, I've memorized this show. So I pick up the phone, call everyone I know. Said there's gonna be a party, hit the music here we go, yeah!"

"You gotta live to party, bust your move everybody's in the groove. Tell the DJ to play my song. Are you ready to rock and roll?"

"We were out on the floor, yeah we danced the night away. Then she looked at her watch and said that it was late. Then she pulled me aside and said she couldn't stay but I begged her for one more song, let the music play, yeah!"

"You gotta live to party, bust your move everybody's in the groove. Tell the DJ to play my song. Are you ready to rock and roll?"

"I drove her home and then she whispered in my ear the party doesn't have to end we can dance here."

Just like the first time that we had ever performed together. There was some kind of magic that would keep us glued together I just knew it.

Three years later

Shane P.O.V.

I can't believe this. How dare she just think that she can come up behind my boyfriend like that at a party. I looked down at my phone at the text from a girl that Nate said was the tech girl. She was bragging to me about how she touched his butt and he didn't even know. I walked off the set and threw my phone at the ground.

"Shane you need to come back inside or they'll send you to camp for real this time!" Jason called after me making the director realize what happened.

"That's it the tour is off Shane is going back to Camp Rock and needs to get in touch with this roots!" our manager yelled calling a limo.

"You know what happened at the party right?" I asked Nate who nodded slightly.

"I knew I felt something but I was kind of hoping that it was just another butt or that it was you," Nate said laughing slightly.  "How does it feel to get sent back to your roots lover boy?" Nate said eying the limo outside that we all stepped into.

"You used to write such great songs, why did we have to stop using them again?" I asked.

"Sometimes working with fourteen-year-old hormones doesn't work very well for a band with an eighteen-year-old member," Nate said laughing.

"I shouldn't have to do this though, I'm Shane Freaking Gray!" I yelled.

"Make me a birdhouse!" Jason yelled before Nate kissed me on the cheek shrugging and closing the door leaving me to the wilderness and obsessed fans.
