Marcelle is a rather average looking female, aside from her rather...Large bust.
Her skin is pale, but not pasty or unhealthy looking at all. She doesn't have many scars, though she does have a few small ones on her back.
Her long dark blonde hair is rather messy, sticking out in odd angles towards the top of her head, and she can't seem to make it lay right. Normally, she wears her hair in two long braids.
Marcelle's eyes are a dark blue color, with small flecks of grey.
Her normal outfit is pretty simple. She wears dark blue jeans, sneakers, and a red flannel shirt, unbuttoned to show her old Camp Point shirt that she got extra large her last year at camp.

Personality

Marcelle is a quiet, simple girl. She seems to just want to blend in with everyone around her.
When it comes to matters of death, Marcelle is unnaturally calm. She can be covered in blood and not find anything to be out of place. She's had years of experience disposing of bodies.
When she's confronted about anything, she'll burst into tears. It's an understatement to call Marcelle sensitive.
In addition, Marcelle cannot lie.

Likes
Making friends, animals, the other abnormals, when she gets a full night's rest, stuffed animals, music, swimming, and Camp Point.

Dislikes
Getting blood in her hair, using her power, confrontations, spicy foods, being dragged along by Carter, being judged, and thunderstorms.

Talents
If Marcelle is being honest, as she almost always is, she doesn't have very many useful or normal talents. All she's gotten good at is getting rid of bodies, but she wouldn't call that a talent.

Strengths
-Marcelle is a generally likeable person, and can make friends faster then enemies.
-Dispite what many people think, Marcelle is actually very book smart.
-Marcelle can run pretty fast...Mostly because she's used to being chased.

Weaknesses
-Marcelle is pretty much an open book, since she's so bad at lying and hiding her feelings.
-Marcelle will do pretty much whatever Carter says. He doesn't take advantage of this too much, but he's aware of this.
-Physically, Marcelle isn't very strong.
-When Marcelle is afraid, she becomes a bit more unpredictable.

-People finding out the exact details of her past.

Backstory
Like most abnormals, Marcelle didn't really have the best childhood. She grew up with her parents, and her older twin brother.
Marcelle's parents were heavily superstitious, and believed twins were bad luck. They'd tried to drown them after they'd been born, however the infants just wouldn't die for some reason.
Marcelle's parents decided to pretend they only had one child, and to keep the other locked away in the house. Because they'd done a home birth in secret, and nobody knew they were having twins anyways, this was pretty easy to do.
It was decided Marcelle would be the one they kept out in the open, and Carter would be the secret.
That being said, the twins looked and sounded identical as children, so they would switch places often so that Carter could play outside, and Marcelle would take his place locked away.
Their parents hadn't given up trying to kill them, though now they were only trying to kill Carter, so the twins still faced abuse, though the one who was out in the open didn't.
When the twins were seven, Marcelle discovered her power. Scared that her parents would do something even more awful then they'd already done, she used it to kill them.
Because of the nature of her power, and her age, she got away with this. The police discovered Carter, and while talking to the twins, found out more or less what the situation up until that point had been.
The twins managed to stay together after this, luckily getting adopted by a younger couple. However, the twins never really got too close with their new parents. Marcelle views them as friends, and Carter doesn't really have much of an opinion on them, though neither twin lets on about this.

What if your backstory would the government agents know?
They would know pretty much everything, aside from that it was Marcelle that killed their parents. They'd likely assume it was Carter.

Almost none of it.

Marcelle has the ability to transform anything she picks up into an extremely sharp blade. Not quite sharp enough to cut through everything, but certainly sharp enough to cut down to a typical person's bone without any opposition.
The only other person who can hold these blades, however, is Carter. If someone else tries to, it will go back to normal. The same goes for if one of the twins puts it down.

Written Appearance

Carter looks almost identical to Marcelle, right down to what they wear. The only difference really, aside from his lack of baps, is that his hair, while still just as untamed, his shorter, stopping at about his chin in length.
If you don't have a close or clear view, you may mix them up.

Personality

Carter is a hyper little ray of sunshine, with some mildly psychotic tendencies.
Carter is a very free spirit, and he seems to find the fun side to any situation, and can make a game out of anything. Sometimes it seems that you can't bring him down no matter what you say or do.
But you can defiantly make him angry, and that should be avoided.
Carter either doesn't know about, or doesn't really care about the value of a human life, and he doesn't care what people call him because of that. Some days, he wears those insults as badges of pride.
Because he's gotten so good at lying and acting, it's easy for Carter to put up a front, so it's hard for anyone to get too close to him, or know what he's thinking.

Likes
Killing people he doesn't like, anatomy, cats (he won't admit he has a soft spot for them), funny pick up lines, Marcelle (he also won't admit a soft spot for her), playing pranks on others, cross dressing, and hot chocolate.

Dislikes
When people try and say he's the evil twin and Marcelle is the good one, small spaces, being separated from his sister for too long, showing weakness, perverts, spicy foods, and being misunderstood.

Talents
Carter is very good at...Well, killing people, to put it simply.
Carter is also very good at learning what makes somebody tick within hours of meeting them.
And finally...Carter can bake a really good cake.

Strengths
-Carter is, like his sister, very fast. Unlike his sister, he enjoys being chased for pretty much any reason.
-Carter is a very good liar, and it's hard to say if he's ever telling the truth. The only one who can tell he's lying is Marcelle.
-Carter is very resourceful.
-That cake man. Carter can really bake.

-If he's worried, which he rarely is, it does show very clearly.
-Cats and Marcelle. He'll do pretty much anything for either of them.
-He has claustrophobia, and it's pretty bad.
-If you act in a way he doesn't expect, Carter won't know what to do and his current act will falter.

Backstory
Picking up more on the twins backstory.
Carter and Marcelle's new parents sent the twins to a summer camp that only Marcelle had been to in years prior. Of course, that was Camp Point.
Marcelle had been going before that, as their birth parents sent her away any chance they got, and though she didn't dislike it, she was always too worried for her brother to really enjoy it.
However, now that they were together, Marcelle was determined to enjoy it while Carter...Wasn't too excited. He still wasn't used to their new home or living situation yet, even after a year, and he know, once again found himself in yet another unfamiliar place.
The first few days, Carter stuck as close to his sister as he could. He hated his councillor, since the man just...Unnerved him further. Carter thought he was too friendly, and it was too fake.
After the first two weeks, and a chain of events Carter doesn't talk about and thus nobody else knows, Carter used his power to murder the counselor. Even Marcelle doesn't know he's the one who did it.
After this, however, Carter learned just how easy it was to kill awful people, just like Marcelle had done with their parents. And, while Marcelle didn't develop any murderous tendencies, Carter did. And...Marcelle was in charge of clean up.

This went on for years, until slightly after they turned nineteen. Carter's new target, unknown to him, was being watched by the government, and the one following him was an abnormal. And so, the twins got caught while Marcelle was cleaning up.

And now, they're with the government.

They don't know for sure about Camp Point, but most assume. Other then that, they know pretty much everything, aside from what I listed for Marcelle.
