Tina rummaged through her swim bag one last time, making sure she had everything she needed. After she was satisfied she had everything, she slung her tote bag over her shoulder and stepped outside the cabin to joined Newt, who was waiting for her. She gave him a small smile and intertwined their fingers and they both walked over to the others.

Queenie smirked slightly at Tina and Newt's hands, but quickly composed herself and said,

"Everyone ready?"

The other 5 all nodded and muttered in response.

"Well, let's go," she said cheerfully and they all began to walk.

They walked for about 10 minutes, heading to the local pools. Judging by what Tina had seen off the website, they had a bunch of mineral hot pools, a huge lane pool, and three awesome water slides, so she was pumped.

After they arrived at the pool and bought their passes, they all went into the changing rooms to change into their togs. Tina had chosen her usual black one-piece togs, which she normally wore to make sure none of her imperfections were showing, but she still felt very self conscious wearing togs.

Shrugging off her insecurities, Tina wrapped her towel around her shoulders and waited for Queenie and Leta to finish getting changed.

After what felt like a million years, Leta walked out of the next-door cubicle, wearing a cactus green bikini, which looked stunning on her. After another 10 minutes of waiting, Queenie finally walked out of the cubicle wearing a frilly blush pink bikini.

The girls walked out of the changing room to find Jacob, Theseus and Newt waiting outside for them.

Tina immediately blushed at the sight of Newt in his black and white swim shorts and thought, he looks very nice in those.

Little did she know Newt was thinking exactly the same thing.

"Finally! What took you so long?" Theuseus said, exasperated.

Tina and Leta both looked at the boys, then back at Queenie, and pointed a finger at her as if to say "Her,"

They all burst out in laughter as they began strolling over to the lane pool. They walked up to the edge and Theseus said, 

"Who's gonna get in first? It looks cold," he said with an evil cackle.

"Hmm, let's see... I vote... Newt!" Tina exclaimed, and in a flash she had pushed him right over, sending him falling into the water. 

A loud ripple of laughter rang through them, Jacob cackling louder than all of them combined.

"Tina you little-" Newt started as he emerged from underneath the water.

"Is it cold?" Tina said, a huge smug grin plastered on her face.

"Oh, I dunno, maybe you should see for yourself," Newt stated, reaching forward and yanking Tina by the hand over the edge of the pool, so she flailed about and fell face first right into the pool beside him.

"Aye!" Tina growled playfully, splashing Newt.

"Come on guys, quit the water fight, let's go on the waterslides!" Jacob said, looking wistfully at the waterslides behind them.

Once Newt and Tina had scrambled out of the water, they made the long climb up the flight of stairs to the water slides. There looked to be 2 tube slides, and one that was called "The Super Bowl,"

Newt had nicknamed The Super bowl the toilet, because it kind of looked like one apparently. Tina just rolled her eyes and went with it.

"Who's going first?" Leta asked.

"Me!" Theseus said, jumping up and down like a 2 year old.

"You are such a child," Leta tutted.

Theseus grinned and sat down in the entrance of the first water slide. He waited for the light to go green before he threw himself down into the slide.

"WAHEEEEEE!" They all heard his voice echo, sending them into fits of laughter at his childish antics.

"See, what did I tell you, he's such a child," Leta rolled her eyes sarcastically.

Theseus then came storming back up the stairs and gushed,

"That was so much fun! I'm going again!" Were his last words before he yeeted himself back down the slide another time.

"YEEEE!" He screamed this time, making them all laugh loudly again.

"Okay, my turn," Tina said, pushing to the front of them and doing what Theseus did, and dropping down the slide.

Theseus was right, the slide was so much fun. Tina's stomach dropped and turned as she threw her hands up in the air and let the flowing water move her through the slide. At the end, she could see light at the end of the tunnel and then she landed in a warm pool of water at the end. She wanted to do it all over again.

But just as she was about to turn to run up the stairs again, she caught a glimpse of Newt speeding out of the tunnel, a huge grin plastered on his face.

"Fun?" Tina panted.

"Fun." Newt replied with a smile.

"Do you wanna go on the other one?" asked Tina.

Newt nodded.

"Come on then!" said Tina, grabbing Newt's hand and starting up the flight of stairs.

Due to Queenie's demand, all of them decided to loiter around all of the spa pools for a while, and they first went to the rock pools. Like the name suggested, they were warm pools with rocks, bushes and trees surrounding them. According to the signs, Tina learnt that the water contained a range of minerals and natural chemicals, most of them which Tina had never heard of before. They chatted while soaking in those pools for a while, before moving on to the hexagonal pools.

These pools were a lot warmer and had jets of hot water spurting out of the walls. Tina sighed as she let her body fully relax in the heated water, almost falling completely asleep.

After all of them had sifted around a few of the other spas (Theseus beamed like a six-year old as he walked into the 'Adults Only' pool) a few more times, they decided to go on the Super Bowl slide ("The toilet!" Newt had reminded them.) It was massive, about the size of the Occamy if it grew to fit inside a three storey house, and it was striped with yellow and blue paint, and yes, it did almost look like a toilet.

Unlike the other slides, you had to ride in an inflatable raft, and after they made the even longer trek up the stairs, Queenie volunteered to go first.

First, you zoomed down a short tunnel, and then you were met with a shower of water above you and were then led into a massive blue and yellow bowl, and lastly, down a hole in the middle of the bowl where you fell quickly back to where you started.

After Queenie finished the ride, she picked up her raft and saw a double raft sitting on the ground beside her.

"I have an idea," She thought, smirking.

"Tina! Your ride is ready for you!" Queenie said proudly, gesturing to Newt, standing awkwardly, the bright yellow raft in his hand.

"Wha- QUEENIE!" Tina blushed.

As she walked past Newt, grabbing the raft with him, he murmured,

"Just do you know, I did NOT agree to this,"

Tina laughed but she also felt for him.

As they reached the top of the stairs, Newt awkwardly asked, 

"D-do you want to go on the front or back?" He winced at his awkwardness, blushing beetroot-red.

"Ummm... front," Tina said.

Newt and Tina weren't yet in the stage of their relationship where they were comfortable with too much body contact, as they were both shy and weren't very experienced with this whole "dating" thing, so this was pushing them WAY out of their comfort zone.

This is so weird. This is so wrong. I don't like this,

Were the thoughts racing through Tina's mind as she sat in the raft, Newt's legs practically wrapped around her head, waiting for the light to go green.

Finally they were off and racing down the yellow tunnel, but halfway through Newt just got too self-conscious and said,

"Nope, nope, this is so weird!" And brought his legs up to his chest and barely managed to stay on the raft.

After taking their final descent down the tunnel in the middle, the pair were met with Queenie and Theseus holding up their phone, the flashes alit.

"Queenie!" "Theseus!" Newt and Tina both said disbelieving in unison.

"Just needed a bit of Instagram content, nothing major," Queenie shrugged.

"I hate you," Tina said through fake gritted teeth.

"I love you too!"
