{Michael's pov}

After I knew Lucifer had finally fell asleep I opened my eyes. I really wasn't supposed to hear that. But now that I have, what am I going to do about it? I decide to call Charlie. I use Lucifer's phone since mine doesn't really work. I get up out of the bed careful as so not to wake him and I tip toe into the hallway. I unlock his phone, 7, 4, 3, 7 is his password, spells out SHER. You know why. I call and she answers on the second ring.

"What's up bitch?" She asks.

"Charlie, it's Michael" I reply in a whisper.

"Michael? What happened?!" She says.

"Um..well I decided to stay the night with Lucifer and so when he thought I was asleep he said some things to me and now I'm freaking out" I say in a panicked whisper.

"What kind of things?" She asks. I can tell her eyebrow is raised just by the tone in her voice.

"Um you know... just the usual I'll always protect you and i'vefalleninlovewithyou" I say making all my words into one word at the end.

"He what?!" She practically screams.

"He said he fell in love with me" I repeat. She shrieks.

"Ok, now you have to tell him" she says.

"Well...I don't know.......what if I was hearing things?" I say. She sighs.

"Can't you just let yourself be happy" she says.

"No..no I can't" I say.

"Why not?" She asks concerned.

"I..I have to go, goodbye Charlie" I say and hang up before she can object. I go back into the room and lay in the bed. I lay awake for a few more hours before I fall asleep.

The next morning I wake up at around 10, good thing it's Saturday. I roll over and realize I'm not in my room. Oh, right, I stayed with Lucifer last night. But he isn't in the bed. I sit up and look around the room. Nope isn't in here. I get up and open the door. I'm immediately welcomed by the smell of something delicious. I walk into the kitchen and see Lucifer making chocolate chip pancakes on the stove.

"Oh hey, you're up. I made pancakes" he says smiling over his shoulder at me. He puts the last pancake onto a plate and sets them on the kitchen counter. We sit at the barstools and he begins to eat.

"You didn't have to-" I start but am cut off my Lucifer saying,

"Yeah but I wanted to."

I smile and take a bite of the pancake, delicious. We finish eating and I help Lucifer clean up. We are putting dishes in the sink when,

"Mikey you got a little something right here" he says gesturing to my mouth. I wipe at the spot.

"Did I get it?" I ask. He shakes his head. I try again. Still a no. He finally licks his finger and uses it to clean it up. It was chocolate, he licks his finger again eating it. I touch the spot where he wiped the chocolate from with his finger. He looks worried.

"Sorry if I was overstepping boundaries" he says shyly.

"No, no, it's fine, thank you for getting it" I say. He smiles and we go about cleaning up.

Later we decide to meet up with Charlie, Kevin, Jack and Gabe at the diner to discuss plans for the day. When we arrive there we see that there are four new people. Charlie is sitting with a brown haired girl, their hands intertwined on the table. Kevin is talking with his arm wrapped around the waist of an Asian girl. Jack is talking idly with a kid with slightly long black hair. And Gabe has his arm wrapped around a short puppy dog eyed kid.

"Hey" Charlie says as we sit down.

"Who are all these new people?" Lucifer asks excitedly.

"Well this is Dorothy, my date, Channing, Kevin's date, Sam(not related to Jack's uncle's husband Dean), Gabe's date, and Clark, Jack's date" she says introducing us to everyone.

"Oh and you just neglect to tell us that we're bringing dates?" Lucifer ask.

"Well we didn't plan it sort of just happened that way" Charlie says. Lucifer shrugs.

"Whatever, Mikey, want to be my date?" He asks looking at me. The entire group is silent just staring at me.

"Um, ok, I guess" I stutter out. He takes my hand and intertwines our fingers and starts talking to Charlie about something. Only I have completely zoned out and I'm not paying attention at all. He asked me to be his date. Did he really mean it though? I know for sure now that he likes me but would he actually confess it? I am broken out my thoughts by someone shouting.

"Mikey!" The voice says. I look and it's Lucifer waving a hand in front of my face.

"What?" I ask.

"The movies alright?" He asks. I nod.

(I just realized they go to the movies a lot, also where are they getting all this money from lol)

"Ok I have my big backpack so I can sneak the snacks in, we'll have to stop at Target to get some, sound good?" Charlie says holding up a big backpack. Everyone mumbles a 'yeah' or nods.

After we eat we head to Target. And let me just tell you in advance, eight teenagers, especially us, going into a store together is a bad idea.

We all split up into our couples to divide and conquer. Somehow me and Lucifer end up in the bike section. We get children's bikes and start riding them all around the store. We catch up with Charlie and Dorothy who are parading around with lightsabers. Then we find Jack and Clark wearing some weird costumes, Kevin and Channing sitting on the floor reading in the book isle, and finally Sam and Gabe who are eating candy in the candy isle.

Needless to say, we got kicked out and didn't get our snacks. So we just bought some at the theater. We got to our seats and all the couples were sitting next to each other. We're seeing Deadpool 2 because it's the only thing we could all agree on. About halfway through the movie I glance over and notice that Charlie and Dorothy are making out, Kevin and Channing are making out, Jack and Clark are making out and Sam and Gabe are making out, leaving me and Lucifer there. Lucifer notices it too. He glances over at Sam and Gabe, then at me, then at my lips and then says he needs to use the bathroom.

What's wrong with me? Why can't I just go for it? I like him and he likes me which is a rare occurrence so why can't I just let myself have this? It's because I don't think I deserve it of course. But would it really be so bad if I actually liked myself enough to let me be happy? Yes, yes it would.

This was kind of a long one, also I haven't seen Deadpool 2 yet but my friend from theater says it's funny and I really want to see it but I'm broke lol. Also in case you don't know, Clark is the kid from season 13 episode 1, the sheriff's son. You're welcome for that one right there
