SeaWings, while living underwater, mostly communicate through Aquatic. Well, SeaWings are also quite the dancers as well. Being able to cut smoothly through the water like an experimental 1000 degree glowing knife cuts through literally anything.

Back to my point. SeaWings also happen to put a lot of expression into their romantic lives as well.
When a SeaWing male wants to propose to his sweetie, he'll spend days cleaning every inch of his body until it shines. He prepares a song to be not only romantic in the Aquatic language, but also correlating such patterns on his body, that the glowing stripes flow perfectly with a dance he has to go along with it.

After that, the SeaWing collects fine corals and underwater treasures and paints to make him look colorful and irresistible. Then, they propose to their mates with an eye catching underwater dance, and a romantic, heart felt song being sang through the language of Aquatic, glowing scales, and dance.
