Tribe: MoonWings

Location: The moon(s) of Pyyhria, the Night Kingdom

Diet: They don't eat, instead, like a RainWing with suntime, MoonWings sleep in the moonlight to regain energy

Queen: Queen Luna

Description: MoonWings are just a little larger than MudWings, with skin of alternating white and gray patterns. They have two horns, representing the first moon of Pyyhria, four wings, to represent the second moon, and three tails to represent the third. Depending on when a MoonWing is born, the phase of the moon they were born under is depicted in a gray tattoo somewhere on their body.

Other: MoonWings are the creatures that give NightWings their powers when moon-born. Sometimes, if a MoonWing wishes to travel to Pyyrhia, they become moon-whisps, small dragons that are invisible to all except thrice-moon-born NightWings and NightWing royalty. Only royal MoonWings may appear in Pyyrhia, visible to all and in their normal form. In addition, MoonWings can only travel to and from Pyyrhia when three moons are out. Otherwise, they are stuck in one place.
