Fainat and Sidneet reached Mall Road and parked their car at the very start of the street

"I'm going to go to every single shop!" Janu said jumping up and down

"Shopping karne wakt pata nahi ladkiyon ko kya ho jaata hai!" Faisu said to Sid

Sid and Faisu silently chuckled

Avu looked around and grabbed Janu's hand to lead her to the first shopping stall where there were tote bags beautifully decorated

They started looking at them and praising each one of them, not able to decide which one to get

At that moment Jaireem's taxi came and Reem dashed out of the taxi to Janu and Avu.

The three girls did a group hug and looked at some cute keyrings

Jai payed the taxi driver and walked over to Sid and Faisu

The boys decided to look around for stuff for themselves

"I'm also going to buy something for Reem" Jai said shyly

Sid and Faisu teased him and they went to a shop that had jewellery

Jai decided to buy a pair of earrings for Reem

Sid also wanted to buy something for Avu so he waited for Faisu and Jai to move on to another stall

"Chalo mera hogeya let's move on to next stall" Jai said

Faisu nodded and followed Jai but Sid stayed there looking around

Faisu and Jai thankfully didn't notice and Sid asked the shop manager for some bangles

The manager gave a few sets and Sid picked up one set to examine it

Sid's P.O.V:

I picked up a set of bangles that were red and gold and they were very cute but I needed Avu to come and see which one she liked

I looked around to see if Avu was nearby at any stall and saw her 3 stalls away with Janu and Reem looking at little wooden elephants and other animals

They were laughing and Avu looked so cute, like an actual princess

I realised I was holding my breath when Avu looked at me and I finally had a long breathe

Avu laughed and left that stall to go to the next one

Good. Now she's alone and 2 stalls away from me I can ask her

I held up the bangles and shook them a little, they made a jingling sound

I was doing this to get Avu's attention but instead another lady looked at me and weirdly walked away. Whoops! Hehe

I shook the bangles again and this time Avu looked at me

I pointed to the bangles then at her

She must've understood that these were for her because she blushed

I smiled and pointed to the other bangles which meant which one do you want?

She looked at the bangles that were scattered on the table in front of me and shook her head in a no

"Aur colours dijiye na" I told the old man who was shop manager

He put more colours on the table and I picked up one of them

Avu shook her head in a no

Then I picked up ones that were silver and she face palmed her forehead

I put them down so she could tell me which ones she wanted

She pointed to a spot on the table and I picked up a set but she shook her head again

Then I made a confused face

The stall she was at a stall of shawls

Avu picked up a purple shawl and looked at the shawl then the bangles on the table

Ohhhh. She wants the purple bangles!

I picked up the purple and silver set and she nodded her head shyly

I smiled at her, got those bangles and paid for them

Janu and Reem were with Avu by now so she got busy in talking with them

I went to Jai and Faisu who were in the next stall

"Bhai where were you?" Jai asked me

"Nothing I was just-"

"In the jewellery store, right?" Faisu completed

"Um, yeah" I said

"Doing what? Buying jewellery for yourself?"

Faisu and Jai laughed

Damn it. They can't know I bought something for Avu

"No no, it was for mumma" I said

Jai and Faisu nodded their heads and we three went to the next stall

An hour later the boys had finished their shopping (Mall Road is VERY BIG so they finished quite quick)

They searched for the girls who were many many stalls behind

"Arre we haven't even been to half of the stalls!" Avu argued

"It's already 6pm, it's been two hours!" Sid told them

"Well you've gotta bare with us!" Janu said

The girls chuckled and moved on

"Gotta get familiar to these girls and their shopping if you want them" Jai said, sighing

The boys laughed

"I'd rather not have any girl" Faisu said, laughing

"Let's just go help them out with shopping, I'm getting bored" Sid said

They walked to the girls who were deciding on which small souvenir to get

"Hm.. this one is so cute" Reem said holding up a clay elephant

"Awww" Janu squealed as she held up a fragile glass one with two birds

"I like this one" Avu said smiling at a fragile glass bird

She told the shopkeeper to pack it and paid for it

"You don't even need these little things" Jai said rolling his eyes

"We need them for memories!" Reem said objecting

"Memories of Shimla" Avu added

Jai just ignored and walked forward dragging Reem along

Jaireem started fighting in another stall

"Ye dono phir shuru ho gaye" Janu said laughing

"Yehi kaam hai inka to" Avu chuckled

"Aren't u girls tired yet?" Faisu asked

"Tired of what?" Janu asked

"Shopping?"

"Never" She said poking her tongue out

Janneet laughed and Janu packed her souvenir

Sid was walking forward to the next stall ahead when his eye caught something

He saw a pack of lip balms sitting on one of the tables of the stalls

Avu could buy a lip balm!!!

Avu and Janu weren't talking, they were checking something out so Sid went to Avu tapped her arm to get attention

Avu looked up and Sid pointed to the lip balms a few stalls away

Avu smiled at Sid

"I'll be back, Janu" Avu said to Janu

"But I wanted to show you th-" Janu started

"Show Faisu" Avu replied as she walked over to the stall holding Sid's hand

Sid followed her, surprised that she held his hand

Avu's P.O.V:

I stopped once we got to the stall with the lip balms

I realised I was holding Sid's hand and let it go

"Oh.. sorry, I didn't realise I was holding your hand" I aplogised

"It's ok, you don't have to apologise" Sid replied, smiling

I smiled back and we asked the shopkeeper for the lip balm flavours

"Which one should I get?" I asked Sid

"You decide" He replied

"But I need your help to decide!"

"Umm which one smells nice, get that one, your lips will smell nice"

"But no one's going to smell my lips, Sid" I said laughing

We both laughed

Sid scratched his hair. Damn he looked so cute

"But I think you're right, I should get one that smells good so if it goes in my mouth it tastes good!"

Sid laughed, nodding in agreement

I smelt them one by one and picked a sparkly pink one

"Wait before you buy check if this is safe!" Sid said examining the lip balm

Awww. He's so cute. He cares for me, he's checking if it's safe!!!!! But he's just my friend, that's why.. Right!?!?

"Sir, they're ayurvedic lip balms so if you swallow them or put them on your lips they're completely safe" The shopkeeper said

"Ya Sid read the front it says ayurvedic" I said adding on

Sid nodded and gave the lip balm to the shopkeeper to buy

We bought it and as we walked saw Janu and Faisu who were laughing at something

"They seem happy together!" Sid said laughing

"They look adorableeee!!" I said squealing

We laughed and reached them

Jaireem were also behind us walking to us with Jai saying something which caused Reem to bluch

"Love is in the air for these 2 couples today!" I commented looking at Jaireem

Sid also looked at Jaireem and smiled at them

How I wish I could also have someone who made me blush like that, made me laugh like that! Or wait.. Is there someone in my life like that already?

I looked at Sid who was looking elsewhere

Wait why am I looking at him? Is he the one who would give me happiness like- NO nothing I'm crazy ughhh

I fake coughed and Sid looked at me

"What?" I said

"I'm tirrredddd" He said stretching his arms

"Let's go home then"

"Home? You and me have a home? Since when?"

I hit him lightly on his arm

"No buddhu, I mean my house!"

"Ohhh ok sorry" He said laughing

We told the others to get going. They agreed so we all walked to the car. Jaireem ordered their taxi and me, Sid, Faisu and Janu sat in our usual places in the car. This time Faisu was driving

We all reached home and got off the car

"Hayeeee. Today has been a long long day!!!" Faisu said stretching

"Yea it has" Sid said yawning

"You two seem so tired!" Janu commented

"We are!" They said in unison

We four laughed

At the same time Jaireem arrived in their taxi

Jai paid and they both walked up to us

"Chalo and let's eat dinner ab!" Jai said tiredly

"Ya, isse pehle ki Jai so jaye. You know in the taxi he fell asleep on me, I had to kick him to wake him up!" Reem said laughing

We all laughed

"Ok but after dinner me and Faisu will have to go" Sid reminded all of us

"No no no! You are staying the night!!" I argued

"But we-" Faisu started

"No buts, now come and have dinner, and you are staying for the night" Janu said interrupting

"But we can't sleep in these clothes!"

"It's ok borrow my clothes!" Jai said putting his arm on Sid's shoulder

Before Sid and Faisu could fight again Jai stopped them and me, Jai, Janu and Reem dragged them inside for dinner

We all had dinner and now we were all sitting in the living room chatting
