Zayn's POV

Gabi na at nasa harap kami ng bonfire talking about random things. 

"Do you think all of us will still end up being together in a few years?" Azaleah asked at walang sumagot ni isa sa kanila. So I decided to answer that.

"The future is untold, we don't know how long we'll live. We don't know whether or not tadhana plays bullshit with us. It's hard to make promises that we'll end up marrying each other some day or simply grow old with our significant other because we don't have the assurance that whatever we have will last. But I know for a fact that we can end up being friends after a heartbreak, because that's where we all started right? We can still love each other as friends if being in a relationship didn't work." napansin kong ngumiti si Caitlyn contented with my answer.

"Caitlyn, wag mo nang pakawalan. Ganyan ba magmahal ang isang law student? Sabi ko sayo Luca nag-law ka na lang sana!" biro ni Azaleah sa boyfriend niya.

 "Hala, may sakit ka ba Caitlyn? Bakit ka beer lang?" tanong ni Yuki sa girlfriend ko and she just made a face and drank half of the beer before giving it to me. We told each other to lessen drinking to have a healthier life. 

Malamig ang hangin at naramdaman kong unti unting tumatayo ang miyembro ko. Napansin ko rin na nakita yon ni Caitlyn kaya nahiya ako. Bad timing! Bakit kasi ngayon pa? I was uncomfortable at alam kong napansin 'yon ni Caitlyn kasi natawa siya.

Tumayo naman siya at kinuha ko ang cover up niya para takpan ang shorts ko. 

"Una na kami sa hotel," nang makalayo kami ay humarap sa akin si Caitlyn. 

"Why are you hard?" she asked at agad namula ang mukha ko dahil sa hiya. She laughed because of my reaction. "Oh come on bab, don't be shy. I'm your girlfriend, I can help you with your situation." she told me seductively and I groaned the moment I felt her caressing my fully erected penis. 

"Stop, Caitlyn." I told her with a breathy voice. She teased it again having fun with what she's doing to me. She leaned in to kiss my lips down to my neck. I gave her access of course, she's my girlfriend and she can do anything with my whole body.

"Sorry, I left a mark." She told me and I just grinned. "I don't care at least they know that I'm owned by you already." I then pulled her aggressively and kissed her lips tasting every single bit. We stopped for a second to catch our breath and we both looked at each other deeply. We both knew we wanted more than that. 

When we arrived at our hotel room we made love until our hearts content. And I was happy that she gave me her first. I feel honored. 

The next morning she was having a hard time walking which was expected, if she didn't beg for more hindi sana siya masasaktan ng sobra. "Come on love, do you need a wheelchair? Pwede naman tayong magrequest sa room service." I said and she scoffed. I laughed at her.

"Fuck you, you know that?" She told me before rolling her eyes.

"You already fucked me last night though. We can do it later again if you want." I teased even more. I love teasing my girl.

"Can I ask you something?"

"Go ahead bab." I answered her.

"Why are you doing this for me? For us? We could've just rented another car or just commuted to La Union and yet you're doing this."

I looked at her with a puzzled face, "What do you mean Caitlyn? I know that you'll be happy and what I'm doing is for your happiness. I told you, you're going to get the happiness that you deserve in our relationship. Besides, what I'm doing right now is just the bare minimum, and I know that you know you deserve more than the bare minimum."

Narating namin ang falls and me and Caitlyn cuddled first when we hit the bed. Hinayaan naming magenjoy muna ang apat.

I also posted her our photos earlier on Instagram because I wanted to tell the whole world who's my girl. 

After that I fell asleep while hugging her. 

Nagising na lang kami parehas nang hampasin kami ng mga kaibigan namin. Oo, namin na. They are also my friends na.

After swimming and taking photos I switched my relationship status on facebook on in a relationship. She also posted our photos because I insisted her. "Hindi ba makikita ng magulang mo? Baka magalit." I told her and she shook her head.

I don't really care if my parents sees it, at least they know for once I am happy with someone that I truly love. "I can explain to them tomorrow after we land back in Manila. Besides I love to tell the whole world that you're mine." sabi niya sa akin and I gave her a smile before hugging her. 

"I'm so lucky to have you my girl." I told her and she held my left cheek with her right hand reason why I closed my eyes. "I could say the same thing to you, my love."

We arrived back in Manila and she introduced me to her parents. Kinabahan ako kasi paano kung hindi ako gusto ng magulang niya? I thought it was going pretty great to be honest kasi me and her Dad are joking around. 

"We'll be needing you someday, Zayn. Dapat lang na ikaw mapang-asawa ng anak ko para may head na agad ng legal department ang kompanya namin." her Dad told me and I smiled. Tito wants me to be a part of their company, and also a part of their family. 

"Sino nga pala mga magulang mo, hijo?" tanong ni Tita, I finished chewing my food before answering. "James Domingo and Lara Domingo po." 

Bigla naman nag iba ang ihip ng hangin at naging blangko at 'di mabasa ang expression ng magulang niya. "Owner of JL Domingo real estate? Owner of JL hotel and casino?" 

Hindi naman na ako nagulat kung kilala nila magulang ko dahil matunog naman talaga pangalan namin in the business world. 

Habang nasa kwarto naman kami ni Caitlyn bigla naman siyang pinatawag ng isang maid. Naiwan naman ako at inobserva ko ang kabuoan ng kwarto niya. It was simple but with stars and moon stickers on the ceiling. 

I was scrolling through my phone when someone barged in the door and it was my girl. She immediately hugged me. "Why? What happened, love?" I asked but she did not answer me. 

"Do you love me?" she asked and I was shocked with the question but I was certain with my answer. 

I kissed her on the lips, "I love you, Caitlyn Nicole."

She smiled and gave me another hug, "Then live in with me, away from this house."

Hindi naman ako nag dalawang isip na pumayag dahil I want her to be happy like always. Kung dito siya sasaya, I would be more than willing to take her away from this house.

Ganon ko siya kamahal.

After we settled in her penthouse ay dumiretso kami sa bahay ni Daddy because he wants to meet her. I am on 50/50 with this because what if he embarrasses her? Nang makarating naman kami sa bahay namin.

I turned to her not opening the front door yet, "I have to let you know that me and my dad have a love and hate relationship. So I might lose my temper later if he says something bad about you, okay?" I informed her and she just nodded. Randam ko ang kaba niya dahil medyo nanginginig ang kamay niya.

Habang hawak ko kamay niya ay dinala ko siya sa office because I know na nandoon si Dad. Pagpasok namin ay yumakap agad sa akin si Dad, kay galing naman makipag-plastikan. "You must be Zayn's new girlfriend? Caitlyn, right? Pleasure to meet you."

"The pleasure's mine, sir." Caitlyn formally answered.

"Call me dad instead, since you are my son's girlfriend and hoping soon to be wife." Dad answered and winked at my girlfriend before whispering something in my ear.

"...we have to talk son."

I nodded and turned to Caitlyn before fixing her hair, "Mauna ka na sa kwarto ko mahal, second floor last room on the left haul. You can get my luggages and bags sa upper part ng closet ko start packing my stuff if you want." I kissed her forehead. "I love you." I mouthed to her.

Nang maiwan kaming dalawa ni Dad ay agad siya naging seryoso at umupo sa kanyang black swivel chair. "Let's get to the point, shall we?" he started.

"Lianne, she said you broke up with her. I want you to get back with her if you don't want our business to lose an  investor!" he shouted and I scoffed because of disbelief. We're still at about this?

"She didn't tell you my side? That girl fucking cheated on me with someone and you expect me to still like her? I can't believe you want me to marry a fucking cheater." I spat and he was furious. 

"You can't be in love with that girl, her family's business and our business are rivals. Magkakagulo lang tayo." 

"Hindi ko na rin ibibigay sayo ang funds mo at hindi ko na babayaran ang tuition mo." he said in a monotone and I rolled my eyes. 

"You think I give a fuck, dad? Kunin mo na lahat, 'wag mo lang ilalayo ang girlfriend ko. Dahil siya lang ang una  kong minahal ng tunay." I stormed out of the office at nagmadali umakyat sa kwarto ko. I saw her folding my clothes and I just helped her.

After packing I showed her my car that I had customized before we went back in Manila. May sticker doon sa passenger seat, 'Seat taken by Caitlyn' and she was amazed by that.

"You know let's be honest with each other. Both of our families wants us to separate, right?" she asked and I wasn't even surprised kasi alam ko rin na gusto kaming paghiwalayin ng magulang niya.

"But let's promise each other one thing. We'll stay together even if the world wants us not to." she told me and I gave her thigh a soft rub before giving her assurance.

"I promise you Nicole, nothing would stop us and separate. Mahal na mahal kita, higit pa sa akala mo."

We were inseparable almost like a married couple. There were times when we were have some arguments but we always end up fixing and making up because we don't want to keep grudges between us. 

Grabe, mahal namin ang isa't isa ng sobra. Sa kanya ko lang 'to naramdaman.

When we were in Puerto her parents have cut her credit cards. But I told her we are in this together, and we'll get through this challenge. 

I was riding a jet ski and she was taking a video of me.

I kept on glancing at her, she was happy. Well at least I made her happy even though she's facing a lot of problems.

Her wide-eyed, bright smile.

Opens my heart to fall deeply in love with her. 

She makes me want to be a better man.

I love her.

Maraming nangyari sa buhay namin, mostly challenges that are hard to face. After graduating law school, walang wala na akong pera. All of my savings biglang nawala because of my tuition fees at iba pang gastusin sa bahay. 

Pero hindi ko yun masabi kay Caitlyn kasi ayaw ko siyang mahirapan, alam ko rin kasi na sobrang dami na ang pinagdadaanan niya. She's been working a lot of jobs, but she focuses on one main company.

An architecture firm na may chance siyang maging CEO of the company because her college block mate is the one that is running the firm. I am proud of her and what she'll become. Masaya ako kasama siya sa buhay ko.

I don't regret anything with her. She's the best.

Ako naman ay isang intern sa isang law firm ng tatay ng kaibigan ko. I also didn't waste anytime and started reviewing for the BAR exams. Kasi if I delay it any further, baka mabaon kami sa utang ni Caitlyn. And I can't do that to her.

Months after the BAR exams lumabas ang results pero hindi ko pa tiningnan. Dahil ang pangako ko kay Caitlyn, sabay sabay naming titingnan kung pasado ba ako o hindi. Pero kung hindi man ako pumasa, may second chance pa naman and third chance. 

Dumaan muna ako sa bahay ni Dad dahil pinatawag niya ako, this is the first time in 2 years. Ano na naman kaya ang kailangan niya? Putangina, I have a lot of stress in me right now because of my colleagues and the pressure I have because of the people's expectation in me.

"Ano na naman kailangan mo sa akin?" tanong ko sa kanya the moment I arrived. "Make it quick, my girlfriend is waiting for me." 

He sighed, "I'm just here to tell you that you have to stop what you are planning." he said at nanigas naman ang katawan ko sa sinabi niya. Fuck! Does he know?

"You know, son. For a lawyer I didn't know that you'd be the one committing illegal things, huh?" he said as I acted casual again. "Stealing from my company? Bakit? Aren't you making enough money in that firm? Or did you use the money to buy an engagement ring for Flores' daughter?"

Alam niya nga ang ginawa ko. Why did I thought that he wouldn't notice? "Yeah, I did that." pag amin ko and he flashed his grin. 

"Then you have to make up for that... lets say break up with Caitlyn, and I'll give you back all of your money basta hiwalayan mo nga siya." sabi niya and I immediately said no. 

"Are you insane? I won't do that! I already told you that years back." I bursted, and he just scoffed. "Natatalo na ang kumpanya ko, anak! Mas mataas na sales nila kaysa sa atin. So I advice you break up with her or you'll regret everything. You don't know what I'm capable of." he said and I know it was a threat.

Oh dad, I know what you're capable of. "Kung mahal mo siya, pakawalan mo. Baka masaktan lang siya sa gagawin ko." he told me and I raised my middle finger at him and I received a punch on the face. Damn!

Umalis na ako agad at dumiretso sa bahay at gumaan agad ang pakiramdam ko nang makita ko si Caitlyn. 

"What happened love?" she asked me and I saw that she was scared kaya umiwas na lang ako ng tingin. Hindi ko alam kung ano gagawin ko. I would hurt her if I chose to break her heart when I promised her that I won't hurt her.  "Some stupid client punched me on the fucking face." I lied. I don't know whether or not I should tell her the truth yet. 

Pero baka maapektuhan kaming dalawa pag ginawa ko pa iyon. I took a shower and I wasn't surprised that Caitlyn was there. 

Lumapit ako sa kanya and gave her a kiss and showered her with feathery kisses on her face. "Caitlyn, mi amor. Te amo." I said.

"Whatever happened, I'm here okay? I love you more than words can do justice. You go keep me under your spell." she winked and pulled me down para makasama ang mga kaibigan namin. 

57 - Domingo, Zayn Landon T. | 94%

I was about to cry when I saw that I passed my exams. I almost topped the BAR exams pero I don't care about that. Ang importante pasado ako. The hard work is going to pay off soon. Ngunit alam kong kakailanganin kong hiwalayan ang aking pinaka minamahal.

"Abogado na ko, mahal." I told her.

"Abogado na ang aking mahal." I felt her hand on my cheeks at ngumiti ako.

Dumaan na ang isang linggo at puro parinig si Daddy. Ayaw ko talagang mapahamak si Caitlyn at ang mga mahal niya na tao sa kanyang buhay.

Sooner or later I have to do it, right? So let's fuck it!

"Let's talk." I said and she felt nervous. She sat down sa couch kaya umupo rin ako.

Okay, you can do this. Gawin mo kahit masakit. Para sa kanya naman ito.

"Caitlyn, I don't think that I can see myself with you anymore." she went silent and I got nervous too. Hindi ko na alam, I can't think of anything. Kailangan kong magmakasarili muna. "Look. We've been together for over 3 years. But I can't continue with our relationship because everything hurts." I added. Kita kong pinipilit niyang sarili na hindi umiyak at napahawak sa kanyang tiyan.

Shit... don't tell me... "B-buntis ako, Zayn..." my eyes widened because of shock. Natulala ako, should I tell her the truth? Pero putangina, kapag ginawa ko 'yon pati anak ko maapektuhan. I will just make up for it, I'll tell her everything once the time is right. "Sabi mo pag naging Daddy ka na pananagutan mo at mamahalin mo ang bata kagaya ng ginawa mo sa akin. Ngayon, nandito na siya sa tiyan ko. Kahit hindi na ako ang rason para manatili ka, kahit anak mo na lang, Zayn." 

It lead me to thinking before I answered, "Hindi ko parin kayang manatili, Caitlyn. Hindi ko mapapanagutan ang bata. Sorry." 

"Gago, anong sinasabi mo na hindi mo pananagutan yung bata? Putangina naman Zayn! Binigay ko na sayo lahat, tiniis kita, inintindi kita. Tapos ito ang ibabalik mo sa akin?" muli naman akong natahimik. "Whatever crap that's going to come out of your mouth. Please, make it fast." she told me.

"Dad doesn't want us to go deeper with our relationship." I said to her and I saw that she's really hurting. I'm really sorry my love.

"What the hell does he have to do with this situation? Kala ko ba ipaglalaban mo kahiti ayaw tayong pagsamahin ng mundo?" She shouted. At napuna naman ako ng guilt at sakit.

I hugged her and gave her a kiss"I'm sorry, Caitlyn. Hindi ko pwedeng suwayin ang gusto ni daddy dahil maapektuhan ka at ang pamilya mo. Ayaw kong mangyari iyon."

"...Bab." Sinampal niya naman ako at tiningnan sa mata. 

"Don't you ever, call me that again."

"I'll respect your decision," she surveyed me. "I hope your dad is proud of what you did." 

And with that she packed up her stuff and left me without saying good bye. At doon na tuluyang bumuhos ang luha ko at biglang akong nanghina. All the pain I was keeping, I am releasing right now.

Sorry mahal ko. 

Gagawin ko ang lahat para maexplain sa'yo lahat. 

For now, we have to separate. 

Pero babawi ako sa atin, love.
