"or we could just play mario kart." she let go of my hand.

"i like the first option." i held onto her hips, stopping her from leaving.

"of course you would." she smirked. "but atlas you won't get it, at least not now." she held onto my face and pulled me down so she was basically whispering in my ear. "but if you want, there are some ways you can get that kiss early."

"like what?" i purred.

"like." she looked into my eyes. "beating me in mario kart!" she pulled away. "but i must warn you, i'm pretty great." she started running up the stairs. "come on, i have to get something from my room first." i sighed and followed her. she's pretty fast cause when i got up there i didn't even see her. i'm glad her room had her name on the door, or i'd be lost by now.

when i opened her door, she surprised me. she jumped up on me and held my face, our lips were touching. she didn't even give me a chance to kiss back because she already pulled away.

"wow that was um." she was stammering, trying to find the words. "mario kart! yeah, i came up here to get my console, but i uh." she stared at my eyes. "but i." she leaned in closer. "i just wanted to." she was so close to my face and i was just waiting for her to close the gap and she did. this time she wrapped her arms my neck, pulling us closer and i held her up holding her legs. this time i kissed back and it was amazing. she pulled back. "you are ama-." i didn't really let her finish, could you blame me? i've been waiting for this moment these past hours and she's just been teasing me about it. there's no way i'm not going to take this chance. "ok, let's play." she jumped off me still a little dazed.

"actually could we play another game?"

"and what would that be?" she looked genuinely surprised and not like a devil hidden as an angel.

"a game of hide n seek tag."

"what are you 4?"

"yes."

"well i wasn't expecting you to actually admit that."

"how about a little twist though?"

"i'm up for that."

"if i find you, we get to-."

"oh you want more of my kisses?" katie cut me off. "deal. but i'm just saying this is my house, so i know this place better than you."

"that is not fair then is it? i want you to be blindfolded."

"well this just took a whole new turn. wouldn't that put me in a disadvantage though."

"yes."

"well you sure want to win."

"of course, who wouldn't want to kiss you?"
i winked. she rolled her eyes and started shoving me out her room.

"let me change first, this outfit is uncomfortable." she started pulling down at her shirt.

"ok ok i'm leaving. but how about a kiss for goodbye?" and she slammed the door in my face.

i walked down the stairs and sat on the couch waiting for her to give me the all clear. 10 minutes later and she was done.

"ok well i hope you hid well." i walked back up the stairs and went to her room first. i found her laying on her bed, arms crossed behind her head, and blindfolded. the outfit she changed into was just grey loose shorts, with a black tee shirt and under it was a light green sports bra.

"wow great hiding spot." i said.

"well who said i didn't want to kiss you too?" i honestly wasn't expecting her to say that. i walked towards her bed and hovered over her. she peeked out her blindfold and after getting a good look at me, she fixed it back. "are you going to keep me waiting? that's not how you get the girl." she smirked. oh she was going to eat those words. i leaned in slowly, putting one of my hands behind her head. if i could see her eyes right now she was probably rolling them because she just grabbed my shirt and pulled me down into the kiss and immediately pushed me back.
"ok game over. movie time!"

"a movie?"

"not really, i was hoping we could watch like an anime or something." she mumbled.

"you are so perfect! come on what do you want to watch?"

"wait seriously?!"

"yeah, i'm an anime fan."

"well then since you asked, i've been meaning to watch naruto."

"you've never watched!" i gasped.

"no, i thought it was one of those basic anime's like my hero academia, so i never really watched it."

"oh so what did you like?"

"hunter x hunter and assassination classroom."

"those are one of the most known!" i started laughing.

"well if you say anime what comes to mind?"

"fairy tail, pokémon, naruto, one piece."

"exactly."

"well you want to watch it now right?"

"could we?"

"yeah."

she dragged me out of her room and down the stairs into her kitchen.

"we'd need cookies. what's your favorite?"
she started rummaging through the draws.

"got any s'mores?"

"i said cookie."

"i know."

"fine. yes i do have the ingredients for it." she  sighed.

"perfect!"

once we were done we rushed back upstairs and katie turned on her tv and went straight for netflix. we started the first episode and katie seemed like one of those fans who love the theme song, which i can't lie, because i love them too.

we were 12 episodes in when i felt katie lay her head on my shoulder, she fell asleep. i kissed her forehead, turned off the tv and fell asleep beside her.

once i woke up i checked my phone for the time. 9:00! when did i fall asleep fore almost 3 hours? the café closes soon, if her parents see me here, i'm dead. i tried my best to slip away from katie without her noticing, i guess she's a heavy sleeper. i walked down stairs and out the door. today was fun.

i went on my phone to see a lot of messages on the group chat. *sigh* so matt told them. i guess i should answer these texts, but first i'll text katie.
