Brendon took me on an actual date. And he let me redo the whole meeting at the bridge thing.

I smiled as I saw Brendon turn around and pretend he couldn't see me. I stepped onto the bridge and walked towards him, kicking a stone in the process.

Brendon turned around and smiled. I walked up to him and hugged my jacket that Brendon picked out close to my chest.

"Hey beautiful." Brendon said and wrapped his arms around my waist. I smiled and let him pull me into a hug. I had put a beanie on as it was quite cold out. I felt it slipping off my head and before I could do anything Brendon let go of my waist and fixed my beanie. "Shall we?" Brendon offered me his hand. I smiled and linked our hands together.

We had been walking for about fifteen minutes and it looked like it was about to rain. And Brendon had nearly slipped on a leaf pile.

"Are you sure you don't want to go somewhere closer?" I asked grabbing onto Brendon's arm as he almost slipped again trying to steady himself.

"I'm sure, trust me you'll love it." I let go of Brendon's arm but he slipped again and fell into the tree that was next to a bench. There was a loud 'thump' as Brendon grabbed onto the tree to make sure he didn't fall all the way back.

"I would love it more if you don't fall and break a bone." I said grabbed his arm pulling down onto the bench with me. "I like it here." I muttered and grabbed Brendon's hand intertwining our fingers.

"Please, Ry it's only two more blocks." Brendon pouted. I sighed and I saw Brendon's facial expression change quickly.

"Ok." Brendon jumped up and grabbed my arm pulling me to cross the street (Probably to avoid anymore leaf piles).

Once we actually made it to the diner the clouds had overcasted the whole sky and Brendon was shivering.

Brendon pulled open the door and let me go in first. I blushed but nodded slowly as I made my way to a booth.

Brendon soon joined me and sat down.

"So-" Brendon was cut off when a waiter came up to take our order.

"Here are your menus, can I start you off with any drinks?" The man asked. He had a nice smile (I noted). I looked at his name tag,

Tyler.

"I'll just have water, what do you want Ry?" The waiter chuckled and Brendon looked up at him confused.

"Sorry, I'm Ty, I just think it's funny how it rhymes, ya know?" He asked blushing and holding the extra menus by his hips.

"Your name tag says Tyler."

"Oh yeah, well that's my name. But I go by Ty." Ty said reaching his hand out to me.

"I'm Ry, nice to meet you. And I'll have a lemonade." I said smiling. Ty nodded and quickly rushed back.

"He's nice." Brendon said smiling. I nodded.

Brendon turned away from me and reached in his pocket and pulled out a pen. I shook my head laughing a little as Brendon grabbed one of the napkins from the table and started scribbling on it. He soon pushed it over to me and as soon as I saw it my face flushed red.

'will you be my boyfriend?

Brendon handed me the pen. I felt my hand shake as I crossed off one of the boxes.
