It was 2 in the morning when Mark quietly opened the door to his shared dormitory room with JayB.

"You're always not surprised to see me."

Mark shut the door as quietly as he could behind him before he turned back to Youngjae, who was squatting outside the door at this hour.

Like a pair of criminals they were, sneaking about in the dead of the night.

Mark tilted his head towards the direction of Youngjae's room and they went inside.

"I could sense you," Mark explained.

Youngjae accepts that as an ability of telekinetic users and as he meets more Extraordinaries in Galactica, nothing much surprises him anymore.

Youngjae goes straight to the point, "I was thinking if you would like to exchange rooms with me? You can take my room and I can room with JayB...might be more convenient when you want to meet up with, you know."

"Shhh...how did you know?" Mark shushed Youngjae although there was no one around, blushing brightly. He had been discreet.

Youngjae shrugged, "what matters is that I didn't tell anyone else. I'll keep your secret. You might be wondering why I'm doing this-"

"Okay."

"Okay? No Youngjae what's in it for you? Do you like JayB? Nothing like that? Just...okay?" Youngjae asked. This is easier than he thought and isn't mark too trusting? Youngjae had prepared a list of reasons to support his request because he didn't think someone with Mark's IQ wouldn't have wondered about his motives.

"Youngjae may I..." Mark reached out and grasped Youngjae's hands gently. "Do you feel it?"

Youngjae gasped softly as he feels a tingling warmth surging through his body, the source of it from their clasped hands.

"It's nice, isn't it? Your body is feeling happiness now and these feelings are contentment and peace. But they are not from me, they are from you, Youngjae."

"Me?"

"Yes. My secondary power is related to emoting. I can feel what other people are feeling and I can share these emotions like what we are doing now. It is not very useful in battle I guess?

But right now, I can feel that whatever reason you have to make this decision is out of good intentions, out of contentment and peace. So okay, Youngjae. I won't ask you what it is if you don't want to tell me, but I trust you and I want you to know that. Alright?"

Another surge of warmth pumps through Youngjae's palms and he looked up at Mark, "I won't forget this. Thank you."

And there it was again. Mark could always pick out Youngjae's presence from the crowd because he is a contradicting mix of contentment and anxiety, as if he is constantly struggling between being happy and being fearful of something.

Sometimes the scales tilt. On some days, there is a heavy despair, and on other days, optimism outweighs the other feelings.

At this moment, there is joy.

Mark smiled at Youngjae, "then I'm, um, going to my boyfriend's...and Youngjae?"

Mark stopped and turned back to face Youngjae, "if one day you want to tell me about the burden you are shouldering, I'll be here."

"I know. One day," Youngjae promised his friend.

Taehyung left the director's office and walked down the corridor, muttering an apology when he bumped into someone, not really registering who it was as he sent a quick reply to Jungkook and continued walking.

He reached the lobby and looked up at the large screens showing the news.

"Planet 21 is the latest to be attacked by rogue Extraordinaries. The group, Lexicon, made up of Extraordinaries of all kinds, had claimed credit for the attack. They have take over the residents of the planet as well as their resources, marking it as one of their bases.

Lexicon had announced that this attack was helmed by their founder, The Twins, the same pair on the Universe's Wanted List, who will be the new rulers of Planet 21.

Is there no one who can stop them?

We will be reaching out to Galactica for their comments. Stay tuned for more universal news."

The small crowd of agents in front of the screens expressed their sympathy for the residents of Planet 21, "poor things...they probably would be forced to work in the base for that bunch of greedy assholes. If Galactica sets up a campaign to save Planet 21, I would sign up for it!"

"I would, too! But if the Twins are there...I don't think I can come back in one piece."

Another agent shook her head, "and with more Extraordinaries joining them by the day, Lexicon is only getting bigger and stronger. They need to be stopped soon."

Taehyung's phoned pinged with Jungkook's reply.

Taehyung opened the link to see a video showing the pair of Extraordinaries who look surprisingly young for the level of universal fame they had attained for their various deeds.

"Hello, we are Bae Joohyun and Bae Suji. We have many names. You call us The Twins, evil, terrorists...but there is one name you do not know...victim.

Like many Extraordinaries, we were breeded in a lab and experimented on to have our powers today."

Suji's eyes watered, but she held the tears in, and continued, "it had been years, but such pain never truly go away. There was nothing to live for except that we wanted to survive and we wondered, why us? Why should we go through what we did?"

Joohyun spoke, her eyes shining bright with hate, "why not the people who experimented on us? They should pay, shouldn't they? So we waited till we were strong enough and then we destroyed the lab and escaped with the other captives.

We then have another thing to live for, a mission. We will destroy all these labs and free all the victims because we are more than just an experiment.

Everyone we freed chose to join us because they see that we are not evil. We have feelings and we have rights. We have a right to live and a right to freedom.

But as we grow and take in more people, we needed more resources. Planet 21 may seem like our captives but they are treated fairly."

The video pans to a group of citizens working in a factory and their children being cared for.

"Work for us and we will give you protection. Why are we called evil when we are doing things alike to organisations such as Galactica? This world is not fair...and if you were treated unfairly, come join us for shelter or to change the universe. We do not have rules, only room for Ordinaries and Extraordinaries alike. We will give you the freedom and power you deserve."

Taehyung clenched his jaw, his molars biting onto each other as he seethed. The Twins. The only people Taehyung had hated in his life and had thought about removing their existence. A resolve which is strengthening by the second.

For the first time, Taehyung wished he was not holding back his powers and that he could lift everything he can see into the air and send them all crashing to the ground. So what if everyone knows what he is?

A nearby plant shook, Taehyung's powers seeping out slightly as his emotions run high.

Until a hand hooked on his shoulder, the familiar gesture breaking Taehyung out of his reverie.

"Tae! Hey, what are you thinking about?" Jungkook pulled Taehyung towards him, eyes flashing with concern. Taehyung never uses his powers in public.

"You okay?" Jungkook asked as his hands expertly kneads Taehyung's shoulders, the tension slowly melting away.

"Jungkook..." Taehyung greets, and the violet retreats to the back of his irises. Taehyung thought that he didn't want to see anyone today but he changed his mind when Jungkook appeared. He has time for just this one person.

"Yeah?"

"How about we stay in today?"
