||Personality||
Lacey is honestly just angry. To be fair, a majority of students at the school are furious in some way or another. She just feels like she was betrayed, almost, by her parents. They were her guiding hand, and they lied to her. Well, maybe not lied but they got things wrong and sent her away for who she is. That's enough to make any kid angry. For Lacey, this anger manifests as recklessness. She will balance on high ledges and smoke weed until she can't feel her face. She starts fights and watches with a grin as they spiral out of control. She just wants to get as far away from the conservative life her parents live as possible. The thought of ending up like them, repressed and stuck in their stupid beliefs, terrifies her. No. She doesn't want to end up like them. She is, for the most part, quite a jovial soul. She'll smile and joke around with her ever so slightly sarcastic teasing, but you're unlikely to get deeper than that. She'll love you and leave you, keeping her deep and darker thoughts to herself. It takes her a while to open up (or an incredible amount of alcohol) but do not think once you've earned her trust that she'll keep opening up to you. She doubts herself, doubts everything she does or says, and sometimes she takes that out on other people. Really, what she really needs is someone to hug her and let her breathe.

||Backstory||
Lacey was born and raised by her mother and father, both of which were traditionalists in every sense of the word. Their views were archaic and harsh, but rigid. There was no changing their minds. One of the things her parents despised with a passion was the idea of homosexuality. In fact, they simply pretended it didn't exist. And honestly, for a long time, Lacey agreed with them. Why wouldn't she? They were her parents after all, her world. Anything they said was practically gospel. But... as she grew older her vies started to change. She started feeling things shed never felt before, not just towards boys but girls as well. It was her closest friend who helped her see that she wasn't a demon for liking people of the same sex. It was this same friend who she was caught making out with. And then... well, she ended up here, didn't she? Now she just gets through life, inhaling smoke and enjoying the buzz it gives her. Anything's better than this hell.
