a week later, you decided to send the demo that jay park told you to. it wasn't long time that you worked with him. it wasn't official yet but he need you to do the demo for him. probably as an audition as a producer who knows.

you actually once said you were interested in singing other than rap. you can do backup vocals and things like that, to make jay park actually believed in you. but instead of singing infront of him, he give you an instrumental to sing a demo.

you sang and rap once in the demo. he texted you that night that you are going to meet him. minsik also said the same thing, he said, it will be great if you meet jay tonight.

“what should i wear?”
you asked haon on the phone. it was a videocall. you keep showing him your clothes combination and he shakes his head.

“girl, just wear anything comfy but looks swag.”
you sighed. you didnt care about fashion anyway so your outfits were never updated.

“ohhh! is that sik-k's concert hoodie?”
he said, pointing at the back of your door. you nodded.

“wear that!”
haon said. you were shocked. you werent ready to tell jay about the whole sik-k things.

“im not giving jay hints!!!”
you literally yelled in english.

“no, its normal. every fans had that hoodie.”
haon said, you felt reassured. you agree to wear that with the same deep denim shorts you had, unless this one was a bit longer.

you got an idea. you scattered your drawer to find a pair of scissors. you decided to cut it to look as a crop top because it was too oversized to you. well, minsik said it his size, so it was oversized to you. you looked a lot more petite than minsik although he was thin but buffy.

it was the first time you will wear a croptop infront of haon, minsik, and everyone who is coming.

you were told to go to the office, the 3rd floor. everyone was there except jay park and chacha. you can see literally everyone, from avatar darko to seo donghyun. he is also new to the company.

you greeted them with a bow. haon and minsik cheered your name, suprising the others because they dont know you yet. you hugged haon and minsik. ph1, woodie and the duo were waving at you too since they saw you before.

minsik wasn't ready to tell anyone too about you two so he acts casual. you sat down at the empty seat beside haon. the nearest one to the front, which you think will be jay's and chacha's seats.

it was few minutes before he entered and everyone stand up to bow. you followed them.

“johyun...”
he said. you responded to him afterwards.

“lets us hear the demo you make.”
you gasped. haon and minsik reassured you.

“ohhh... kay”
you nodded.

it echoes through the room, and the catchy chorus was there. enough for everyone to get a vibe.

thats the bridge, and you heard minsik singing along with it. you looked at him, he was bopping his head along.

“is the lyrics from you?”
jay asked.

“of course. i did the lyrics and melody.”
you nodded.

“then why do minsik knew the song?”
jay asked, leaving you speechless. oh no, minsik must have heard it you sang at his apartment. you shrugged.

“i heard you were singing at the room yesterday.”
minsik casually said. jay had this frowning face. he looked like he knows something suspicious. oh no he must have forgotten. haon backed up.

“yeah, at the studio. no wonder it sounded so familiar.”
haon said, trying to say that you guys were working together last night although he wasn't there.

“i thought you came to groovyrooms studio everytime you make songs.”
jay said, then he looked at you. he must be reading your facial expressions.

“urm.. yeah.”
minsik said then everyone had this awkward silence.

“you sure?”
jay asked again, making your hands wet because you were nervous.

“yes they were recording it at our studio.”
gyujeong answered while looking blankly at both minsik and you.

“sik-k asked us if he can use the studio, alongside with his friend.”
hwimin supported. you know something is not right. chacha exchanged glances with jay weirdly.

“johyun, is that true?”
jay asked.

“yes exactly. i am sorry for not telling you earlier. but i had known them for a while. and the melody is mine, the lyrics too. it doesnt have to do with anything, please.”
you tried to explain calmly.

“how did you know her?”
jay getting suspicious.

“anyone know her else than them?”
ph1 and woodie gochild raised their hand.

“you're not a stalker right?”
jay asked, smiling.

“no, i'm not.”
you giggled.

“actually i was just kidding. i like the song. i think we can use this to sik-k album.”
he explained few things about the album thingy.

“i need you to sing, but in other album.”
jay continued. you yipped in excitement. they were amused in your reactions.

“am i accepted?”
you asked.

“but i had to keep you for a while. you going to be producing our maknae donghyun song.”
you looked over your side to see big naughty (seo donghyun).

sooner after that, a week, haon keep teasing you both until it was obvious. ph1 and woodie joined the teasing game.

you looked at minsik,
“should we?”

“not yet.”
he pecked your forehead.

“dont you think jay will feel that we were keeping this as a secret? i dont want him to feel betrayed.”
minsik leaned in closer, hugging your waist. pulling you to his chest. kissing your forehead.

“what secret?”
you were caught hugging minsik and jay saw the kiss. he smirked.

“hmmm.”
he said and you pulled away from minsik, but minsik did not. he even hugged you more.

“i like her so much.”
he said, you can hear the proud in his voice.

“since when?”
jay asked.

“we started going out long time ago, and i proposed to her a while ago.”
minsik said pulling away but still holding your hands tightly.

“congratulations! so the news was true.”
he bro hugged minsik.

“what news?”
you asked.

“dispatch was all over about you guys. they actually mentioned you were a not idol.”
jay said.

“anyway, whatever it is you both are having. whoever it is. i respect with your decision.”
he said to both of you, not just minsik. you hugged him and thanked him a lot.

“lets go hit the stage!”
jay said to minsik. you can only work at the backstage with sungmin. sometimes he go up, but sometimes he don't.

“your jeans are going off.”
you said to minsik.

“its going off for you.”
he smirked. you pinched his nipples, since he was shirtless.

“owWwW!!”
he bit his lips, then he whined. holding his nipples.
