Hyungwon

Sophia and I decided to go home since it was already afternoon. As we rode the bus as we went home, I realized she slept on my shoulder.

Sophia, you must be really tired and stressed out from whatever problem you have. I hope I made you happy for this day.

I caressed her head and held her face gently as I admired her. I stayed still, sitting as I let her be.

Wonho

Once again, I was with the group.

"The other vampires, they're on a hunt today?" I asked my group.

"Yes. I believe it's because Hyungwon is not around today." Minhyuk told me.

"He's not? But why?" I asked surprised of what I heard.

"We don't know. But Wonho-ya, Kihyun has some news to bring you first." Minhyuk continued.

"Hyung, remember when we killed Jaehyuk and we heard someone? I was actually near the bushes and I could already smell someone. I familiarized myself with the scent and yesterday, I came near Kim Sophia and I recognized that same scent I traced. I suspect it's her who saw us." Kihyun told me.

"WHAT?!" I exclaimed furious.

Maybe it does explain why the next days after that incident happened she seemed to look at me in a terrible way. She was really scared of me.

So she knew all along...

Time for me to attack her.

"Guys, I'm going somewhere. Leave me alone. I have something to deal with." I said.

"Is it Sophia?" They asked.

"Tonight. She is so dead." I said and left to head to her house.

Sophia

Hyungwon and I arrived at our street and we we're walking our way towards my home. He would not leave me and he wanted to make sure I was safe.

The bus ride was quite long so I fell asleep beside him. At this time it's quite dark here in Paju already and I was nervous but at the same time, I felt secure that I had Hyungwon beside me.

"Oh we're almost near." I said.

I was about to head to my house directly when suddenly, men came out one by one infront of me.

"SOPHIA!!" Hyungwon rushed beside me to protect me.

The men encircled us and turned their heads.

Vampires.

We we're being surrounded by vampires and I was scared for my life but I worried about Hyungwon more. This guy seems to risk his life always to protect me even if I didn't ask for him to do so.
Suddenly, I was grabbed by a vampire at my back and he held me tightly.

"Ahhhhhh!" I screamed in pain.

Eotteokhae? Are they gonna suck my blood? Somebody help us!!

Hyungwon turned back to see me and his eyes widened.

"Leave her alone!! Do not hurt her!" He commanded.

Suddenly, the other vampires began to attack at Hyungwon as he tried to fight back. What the heck is he doing?! He's gonna die!! I panicked hard for the both of us.

"Hyungwon-ah!! Hajima!!" I cried to stop him.

Right now, I was really scared and I was getting suffocated as I cried at how this vampire held me.

Suddenly, this vampire tried to drag me as he planned to get away with me when he suddenly saw someone.
I ceased crying to see clearly and I saw it was Wonho standing in front of our way.

Wonho

I planned to threaten Sophia tonight but when I arrived at their place I saw that other vampires have already attacked the place.

I watched at the side as I stood there. I could see they attacked Hyungwon and it was a good job of my men but suddenly, one of my men tried to get out of the situation holding a victim.

As he encountered me, he stopped and I saw that he has Sophia.

My eyes widened seeing what he was doing to her. She looked at me with painful eyes and I could see she cried.

She was in a pitiful state and my heart suddenly softened.

I didn't know if I still wanted to hunt her down as I saw her already getting hurt. He suddenly held her tighter hurting her and I grew mad that I hit that vampire.

I didn't know what I was thinking but it seems like a change of plans. He let Sophia go as I continued to attack him and eventually, I killed my own men. I looked at Sophia and came closer to her.

"Stand up." I said to her as I extended my hand.

She took it and stood up. I looked at her and fixed her hair from her face and wiped away her tears. I looked at her and she wasn't surprised that I was in my vampire state.

So she did know....

"Wonho, please help Hyungwon. Please." She begged me and I seem to not be able to resist.

So I went and helped Hyungwon. I can't believe it. I sided with them and attacked and killed my own men.
Hyungwon looked at me as I did too. I could see he didn't change into his vampire state. Maybe because Sophia still didn't know the truth of his identity...

I looked at him and left to go back to Sophia.

Sophia and I were looking at each other in the eyes.

"Did you know that I was vampire?" I asked calmly.

"Yes..." She looked down on the floor.

"I don't know what to do with you so you better keep it a secret for now." I said coldly and left the both of them to go back home.

Sigh. Kim Sophia, I hate you so much.
