THANK YOU to those who requested a poem by me..  I selected this humorous one to hopefully bring you a smile. 

Humpty Dumpty

Humpty Dumpty 

Had a great fall 

But do we even know why 

He fell off that wall? 

Was the Sun in his eye? 

Were his pants too tight? 

Did he slip with the wind? 

Or did he suffer a fright? 

Did he need glasses 

To see the height from the ground?

Or did he think he would roll, 

Being so curved and round?

Was it a  sneeze 

That made him fall in a daze? 

Or did he lean too far, 

With a wandering gaze? 

Was is a master plan 

By the King and his men? 

Maybe he knew too much 

And it was a means to an end? 

But I just don't see 

How there was nothing they could do 

... Did none of the King's men 

Even consider glue?
