I checked my phone, the line was still active.
"Hello."
Suddenly I hear sirens.
"Hello! Love you need to talk to me! Please! Love please!"
"Ma'am! Oh dear, the back of the car is crushed to the front! We are going to need some help here."
"Hello! Hello! That is my wife! Hello!"
"Hello. Is someone there?"
"Yes! Yes, hello, I am Andy Biersack, the woman in that car is my wife!"
"Sir, can you describe your wife?"
"Um, uh, about 5"4'. Red long hair with green eyes. My wife."
"Yep. That is her. Meet us at the hospital sir."
"Yes! How is my wife though?"
"Critical. Meet us at the hospital."
The line went dead.

I sped on the interstate, my wife needed me!

"This floor down the hall, 20."
I run down the hallway to the room.
Outside the door I hear beeping noises.
Taking a sharp breath I open the door.
Inside my wife is attached to wires, her beautiful face now bashed in.
"Hi, beauty."
I got nothing back in return.
"You need to wake."
Beep.
Beep.
I take hold of her hand, it's cold.
