(Cue the Music)

I smile watching people pass by through the window as I take a sip out of my (favorite drink) and I relax in my booth. I listen to the jazz music in the cafe as I close my eyes leaning against the cushion along my back. I take another sip enjoying the calm and peaceful moment and time. I should have asked Jiro to come with me. This song has lots of nice swings an the piano really gives off a nice rythm. It's such a shame. I pout a little as I sit there and stare into my almost empty cup.

"Here you go miss. This is our specialty Souffle Pancakes," A server places a small white plate with two fluffy pancakes topped with strawberries.

I look down and look up to the server.

"Uh sorry umm but I didn't order this," I call out to the server who just sends me a wink.

"If you ask me, that boy over there must have it hard for you because he paid for your drink and those pancakes," The server responds pointing to a familiar blonde and walks off without another word.

I watch the server leave and I quickly look back at the blonde. I smile to myself as a blush grew across my cheek. I look around nervously as I slide out of my booth and I make my way over to the blonde. He sips on his juice gazing around as his honey gold eyes glaze over the room. I cover his eyes giggling.

"Gah! Who is this?!"

I couldn't hold back my laughter.

"Guess who it is?~" I attempted to say in a lower tone of voice.

"Uh! I don't know! Whoever you are I am so sorry if I upset you! Please don't hurt me!" He cries making me feel a little bad.

I blew into his ear curiously.

"Eek!" He yelps as a bright blush forms on his face.

I smile removing my hands as I wrap my arms around his shoulders.

"Don't worry! I would never hurt you," I state looking up at him.

I pull away as he glances over his shoulder.

"O-Oh! Hey (y/n)! What brings you here?" He asks me trying to hide his nervousness but it was easy to tell.

He rubs the back of his neck and he looks away from me stealing a few glances.

"I know you paid for my food and drink. You dummy, you didn't need to pay for it," I pout a little.

"I just... I thought it would be nice if I could you know... You're pretty cute so I thought why not?" He responds smiling to himself.

He's so cute.

I felt my heart get tugged as a warm fuzzy feeling fills my chest. I grab his hand and I pull  him over to my booth and I sit across from him.

"Huh?! Why did you bring me over here?"

"Because you are my friend and you paid for my stuff so why not allow you to join me for this lovely day," I state smiling and I cut a piece of the pancake and extend out my hand to him holding that piece.

"Say ah~"

His face goes red again as he turns away to hide his face of accomplishment. He gives me a look of bliss nodding as he opens his mouth and takes a bite of the pancake.

"Oh my gosh this is such a dream!~" He gushes over the food.

I nod as I laugh softly and I take a bite of the pancake with the same fork.

"Mmn~ This really is good~ This takes me back to when I tried this souffle in France. I was in Paris for a time and we got to eat souffles every weekened. It was so fun! Maybe one day if I go back I could bring you with me," I look up at him leaning my elbow along the table and place my chin in the palm of my hand.

His face goes red again and smiles to me.

"Yeah! I would love that!" He sits up from his seat with eagerness in his eyes. He really is so cute.

I smile and I hand him another piece. He happily takes another bite and we finished up the pancakes together. We joke about and got to know each other better. I got know about his quirk and a few things that he liked. He even shared some stuff about his past. I was to get my story across to him too. We learned more things about one another. We were able to find out some of our similar interests as well.

"So that's why I got this scar on my shoulder," He pulls up his sleeve revealing a small scar.

"Haha so you just slipped from climbing the fence and your shirt got stuck and the fence scrapped your shoulders," I laugh.

"Yeah haha! It was dumb I know but it was worth it!" He states laughing with me.

After a while we finally left the cafe together. As soon as we made it onto the side walk someone shoved their way past me making me fall backwards and get shoved into Kaminari.

"Oh my gosh I am so sorry Kaminari! I just was shoved over and so I fell back!"

"Hey hey, no worries, it wasn't your fault. That guy just doesn't have manners for cute girls,"  He states glaring at the dude who shoved me and helps me straighten up.

I look up into his honey gold eyes and he stares deeply into my own (e/c) eyes. He leans in slowly just inches from my lips. I felt my mind go blank as my heart was racing. I hitched my breathe as I pull away flustered.

"YEP! OKAY! I GOT THINGS TO DO! I HAD FUN! I LIKE Y...I MEAN I LIKE HANGING WITH YOU! BYE!" I blurted out and I hug him instead of kissing him and ran off back home.

"Hey wait!" I hear him call out to me but I was already booking it down the street.

I am such an idiot!

I need to stop feeling this way! I need to stop rushing into love!
