A/N: Reminder I made Gyomei able to see with one eye instead of total blindness

Your jaw dropped at the sheer size of Gyomei's mansion. You have never felt so poor in your life just looking at it. What the hell was his job? What were his parents? He had to be a CEO or something. How in the hell does he have a mansion?

"You're going to catch the flies." You ignored Sanemi's teasing to admire just the outside of the mansion. There was a whole garden with trees, a path, and A DAMN FOUNTAIN. There was so much LAND. 

"FUCK THE FLIES I NEVER THOUGHT I WOULD SEE SO MUCH MONEY IN ONE SPOT." Your eyes were all over the place as you followed Genya and Sanemi ignoring how they snickered. You were scared to touch anything because you can barely afford to live right now let alone whatever the hell it costs to maintain all this land. 

"Hey, we have never seen so much in one spot either." You nodded your head at Genya glad he agreed with you. The three of you followed the noise that can be heard on the other side. You schooled your facial expression and, greeted everyone once you saw them. It's okay that the backyard was bigger than all the square feet of your building. It's okay that the food alone is worth 6 months of rent. It's all okay. Everything is okay.

"...I think she broke." You came back to reality realizing you were frozen staring at Mitsuri who was standing in front of you. Quickly you grabbed her into a hug so you could talk by her ear lowly.

"Mitsuri, darling, I am so overwhelmed. Everything is so much. I am scared to touch anything because I can not afford it. That's six months' worth of food, the backyard is the size of my apartment complex. Everyone is used to this and, I feel like I am going to pass out." Mitsuri hummed wrapping her arms around you tightly. 

"It's okay to feel that way, why don't you sit with Gyomei for a bit, yeah? You can talk to him for a bit I guarantee he will help you feel better." You nodded your head separating before making a beeline to Gyomei who was sitting on the patio watching over everyone. He was like a parent or an older sibling you can go to for everything. 

"You're doing okay Y/N?" He followed you with his good eye as you sat down almost on top of him which he didn't mind but, made him worried. 

"...I've never really been to a party before. The only one I ever went to was prom and a sweet 16 when I was sixteen. This is a lot of people and, it's a bit overwhelming and, also the yard and your mansion are huge. I've never seen so much of everything in one space, and I started overthinking." You felt silly now that you said it all out loud but, everyone had anxiety but, everyone had different levels of anxiety. You looked up when he placed an arm around you gently bringing you into a side hug

"That's okay to feel overwhelmed. Not everyone is going to be used to this, this isn't exactly common to have so much land and a mansion. I am aware of that. However, I have such amazing people around me all the time that I wanted to share a piece of me with them. Even if they do get on my nerves *cough* Sanemi." You both shared a laugh at that. Sanemi was...strange quite a handful but, all of you liked him. He didn't get along all the time with his dad and tended to take his anger out on everyone else. Genya, his younger brother, was the same. 

"Do you mind if I stay here with you for a bit?" He shook his head and, the two of you talked a bit as you watched all the antics going on. Sanemi, Inosuke, Kyoujuro, and Tengen were all loud doing who knows what, Mitsuri, Kanao, Kanae, and Shinobu were all together drinking and talking, Tengen's girls were talking with Nezuko and Tanjiro with Zenitsu talking and screaming as well. Genya was murmuring with Giyuu and Sabito whereas Mucihiro was looking off to the sky on the grass. Probably fell asleep. 

"Are you hungry?" You nodded your head. You were hungry but, for some reason, you felt like you were going to mess something up if you got food by yourself. Stupid but, you couldn't help it. "Come with me." He grabbed your hand guiding you to the food where he got a plate of his own only grabbing once you grabbed food. He followed right behind you back to where you guys were sitting before to enjoy some food. You really wanted to socialize but, you had anxiety with so many people. You weren't really invited to parties, let alone had friends. You didn't like saying you had no one before meeting them because it made you seem like you were the problem when you weren't. People just came up with every reason not to deal with you anymore. You were responsible for literally two friendships but, that was it.

"How did you guys become friends?" You felt you can ask Gyomei this instead of the others. He was calm and, wouldn't go blabbering to the others. "You're not obligated to tell me about the others but, I would like to know how you became friends with them." He hummed taking a couple more bites of food before answering. 

"Believe it or not we all went to the same middle school slash high school. It was a combined school for sixth graders to 12th graders. We all went to that same school despite middle school being separated from high school. I don't remember exact stories I just know we all ended up in groups, recess together, and, never stopped. Then, somehow we all ended up going to Butterfly University one way or the other. Nothing spectacular. We knew about Tanjiro, Inosuke, and Zenitsu through Genya." You nodded your head insanely jealous. Extremely jealous. Why couldn't you have that? Why couldn't you keep a childhood friend? You're glad you have people now but, it doesn't stop the jealousy. 

"That's amazing. I'm glad you guys had each other for such a long time. Blessing." Your tone was blunt and sharp. "This food was amazing but, I think I'm going to go." You were in a sour mood and, it was too much right now. You were being the problem now. Maybe you should have just kept your mouth closed. 

"There is no need to leave where you are welcomed." You smiled at him a bit tight-lipped and, decided to tough it out and, breathe to keep from making a scene. This wasn't about you. Everyone was having a good time so, why not have a good time as well? It was possible. 

"That's very true...I'll stay." You took a couple of deep breaths observing everyone swaying to the music a bit enjoying yourself with Gyomei next to you. When someone came and pulled him away you started texting Kokushibo and Akaza to see what they were up to. Gyutaro said he was hanging out and Daki was going to be busy with some girlfriends. Susamaru and Enmu still gave you the creeps and, now that they introduced another guy named Yahaba that you plainly didn't like. You swore you saw the disgust on Muzan's and Akaza's faces but, they didn't care. They kept following the group and, inviting themselves. They were annoying for the simple fact of their personality. They even got on Doma's nerves and, that was saying something. 

"Incoming Y/N!" You had enough time to look up and, get snatched up by Inosuke who took you where everyone was at. You were amused and, used to him snatching you up randomly. He sat down with you sitting on his lap which you were already used to along with Tanjiro and Zenitsu but the others seemed to have been flabbergasted. 

"She can sit on a chair." It was surprisingly Sanemi who said this while Inosuke gave him the middle finger. Gyomei snatched Sanemi before he can start a fight 

"She can sit wherever she pleases!" That was Inosuke who said that as if he wasn't the one who grabbed you and, placed you in his lap in the first place. 

"Exactly, that doesn't mean it has to be your lap." It was Kyojuro who said this and, his smile was very tight-lipped. His smile did not reach his eyes. You rolled your eyes playfully and decided to say something before a real fight or argument breaks out. 

"It's fine guys! I always used to sit on Inosuke, Tanjiro, or Zenitsu every chance I got. This is just for old time's sake." You turned to Inosuke to see him just staring at you with an unreadable expression at least to you. However, Muichiro and Giyuu seemed to suspect differently. 

"I fucking knew it." You looked up to see Muichiro agreeing with whatever they were insinuating and judging by the way the grip on you from Inosuke tightened he understood what they were talking about as well.

"So what! Mind your damn business!" He was getting frustrated and when he got frustrated his grip would start bruising. You had learned the hard way how strong he is even though he was extremely apologetic. Before you can say anything or move he removed his grip from your waist and, grabbed the side of the chair squeezing it before placing his hand back on your waist with a much softer grip. 

"Okay! So who wants to dance?" That was Shinobu and Kanae who suggested it because they sensed the rising attention which got the guy's attention while Tanjiro, Zenitsu, Genya, and Muichiro decided to talk with Inosuke and, do their own thing to help distract him and bring him down from his crazed frenzy. He and Sanemi were so much alike. They didn't talk shit for no reason, they would 100 percent back up and do the crazy shit that spews from their mouths. The party went on for a few more hours and when it finally got dark that's when everyone decided to go home. You gave everyone a hug including Giyu and Obanai who were floored but, accepted the affection. You were surprised Obanai gave you one back considering his background and family. 

"Do you want us to take you home?" You turned to Tanjiro who was smiling softly at you. He was so sweet, you really hoped he and Kanao worked out. You hoped Zenitsu and Nezuko worked out as well. You nodded an affirmative and after finally helping Gyomei finish cleaning up with a firm hug and a kiss on his cheeks you left with the Kambako squad. That name stuck because Inosuke had a horrible lisp and couldn't pronounce names. That's how the Kambako squad was created. Once inside the truck, you had fallen asleep leaning against Zenitsu who woke you up once you were home. You gave them all hugs and kisses loving how red they all got. It was endearing. Once inside you took a quick shower and fell asleep rather quickly. Today was very eventful for you after all.

I am back from the dead! School had gotten to me and finally, I have plenty of time before I go back for a summer class in mid-July! Expect a lot of chapters and new stories as well!
