The Ferris wheel went around and around. I couldn't keep track of how much times the Ferris wheel went around because I was excited and scared at the same time. This Ferris wheel stopped.

"That was fun!"Ashley yelled, while waving her hands in the air.

"Were you scared?" Mom asked.

"No I wasn't." I answered.

"Oh yes you were!" Ashley teased.

"C'mon, let's go get some cotton candy." Dad said.

"I love cotton candy!!!" Ashley screamed. 

We walked to a little booth.

"Who wants cotton candy?" Dad asked.

"Me!!!" Me and Ashley screamed.

"I think I'll share with you." Mom said.

"OK then," "3 cotton candies." Dad said, holding up 3 fingers.

"OK." the man exclaimed, giving Dad the cotton candy.

Dad handed us our cotton candy.

"Yummy!" Ashley exclaimed.

"I have to go sit down." I said.

"OK, but don't take long!" Mom told me.

I walked to a bench a little far away from my family. I sat down on the bench, eating my cotton candy. I looked around me. People were walking this way and that. Then suddenly I saw a boy heading my way. It was the same boy that I bumped into earlier! He sat down on the bench.

"Hey...I bumped into you earlier right?" the boy asked.

"Yes." I said, fiddling with my hands.

"What's your name?" the boy asked. "My name is Jordan."

"My name is Vanessa. Nice to meet you." I said.

"Nice to meet you too. I'm sorry about earlier. How I spilled my drink on you."

"That's OK," "Well I think I should get going, bye now."

"Bye." Jordan waved.
