Chapter 7
Bianca's POV:
I took everything fiber in my being to not curse Adore out. Who does she think she is-- acting like she really does care about my feelings. If she really cares, she wouldn't have been screwing around with Laganja. But when Laganja told me they've been going behind my back for months, I dcouldn't take it. I'm going to get back at both of them by any means necessary. Even though I wanted to leave to my next class, I couldn't on the account of Ms. Visage demanding me to stay after class. I wonder why she couldn't just wait for the end of school for this unneeded conversation.
"Bianca," she started off. "I asked you to stay behind because I wanted to check on you." As she was talking all this unnecessary bullshit, all I could say in my head was "Really? I was held back for this shit. I don't have the time." When she stopped talking, I managed to get a word out. "Look, Ms. Visage, I know you're worried and all, but there I'd no reason to be; I am perfectly fine." I said flashing her a big grin to assure her. I guess she didn't believe me, so she kept asking questions. "Oh," she started in an unsure voice, to which it turned into a questionable voice. "Just one more question." I rolled my eyes, and motioned for her to continue without actually looking at her. "What's going on between you and Adore?"she said. I immediately shot her a look that said "who told you about this?", and she knew what it meant. "I could just tell the way you both were sitting that both of you are not on good terms." she said while using hand great gestures to help her explain. I didn't want her prowling around in my business, so I have her the most unclear answer I could. "What Adore and I are going through is a mixture of wild west crazy fun-- Phi Phi O' Hara meets Latrice Royale kind of relationship." She was so confused, and that's the way I wanted her. Before I exited, I flashed her my award winning smile, and I left.
