Josh's POV

Ava's 18 weeks today!!! So we can finally find out if our baby is a girl or boy!!!

Me and Ava have been talking about it and we have decided we were gonna wait and have a party today then find out with everyone!

Ava's cousin flew up here to come with us to find out what the gender is. She is gonna do the surprise. Me and Ava didn't decide any part of the surprise. Ava put it all in her cousin Rachels hands.

We were laying in bed cuddling at 8am, when Rachel comes barging threw the door.

Rachel: MR AND MRS RICHARDS!!!!! IM HEREEEE!!!!!!

Josh: Don't forget about baby Richards!!!!!

Ava: Yeah geezzz

We all start laughing. Rachel comes and jumps into bed with us. She kisses Ava on the head and gives me a hug.

Rachel: You ready to find out your baby!!?!?!?!??!

Ava: DUHHHH!!!

Josh: Yeah!!!

Rachel: What time are we going?

Josh: Are appointment is at 10. So were gonna leave in like an hour or so....

Ava: ohhh I need to shower!!!

Rachel: Can I have one of your famous muffins Ava?

Ava: Yeah there on the counter. And Josh can you make me a smoothie?

Josh: YUPP!

I walk out of the room and go into the kitchen. Rachel slowly follows behind. I open the muffin case and hand her one.

Josh: Heres your special muffin!

Rachel: I miss these! And thanks!

She takes a bite and her face lights up.

Rachel: AHHHHHH AMAZING!!!!

I laugh and start taking things out to make Ava a smoothie. I grab a banana and some protein powder. I grab the milk and ice.

Rachel: OOoo Whatcha making?

Josh: Ava's Protein Shake

I put all the ingrediants into the blender and push start.

Rachel: looks gross

Josh: Its actually really good, and full of healthy things to help the baby and her stay safe.

I stop she blender. I pour it into Ava's special cup. I grab a small glass. I pour some of the left over shake into the small glass. I hand it to Rachel.

Josh: Try It!

She takes a drink and her face lights up.

Rachel: MMMMMmmmMMMmMm This is AMAZING!!!!

Josh: I told you!

Ava comes walking out of the room in a cute dress that shows her bump.

Rachel: I SEE THE BABY!!!!!!!

I run up to her and kiss her baby bump.

Josh: Hello Baby Richard!!! Its Daddyy!!! I cant wait to see you!!!! Hurry Upppp!!!

Ava: You cant rush the baby bubba!

Josh: You never know unless you try!

Ava: Oh Goodness....

I hand her her shake.

Ava: Aww thanks bubba!

I go into the room and change. I walk out of the room and see Ava and Rachel whispering on the couch.

Josh: Opp am I spoiling secrets... I can go in the room for a minute.

Ava: Yeah go do that! Thanks BUBBA!!!

I walk back into the room and lay in bed. I play on my phone. After about 10 minutes Rachel walks in.

Rachel: Hey! Get your but up and lets go! We need to get this baby a gender!

I get up and go out to the living room. I kiss Ava and help her walk to the car. I help her get in. We drive to the doctors. We drove separate from Rachel. She needed to get stuff for the reveal. We got to the hospital and I helped Ava walk in. We got in and sat in the waiting room while Rachel checked us in.

After about an hour we got called back. We went to the room and they did a check up on the baby. The baby was healthy. When we were done the doctor handed Rachel the envelope.

Ava: AHHHH The envelope that says it all!!!!!!

Josh: Can I just take a peak!?!?!??

Rachel: NOPE!

We left to go set up for the revel when Rachel went to the store.

We went to the Hype House and started to set up.

Ava and Addison and Mads set up a cute table for the deserts.

Me and the guys were blowing up balloons and hanging them up.

There was 1 hour till the party was gonna start. Ava was writing on a sign by the door.

Awwww that's adorable! I walk of to her and kiss her head.

Josh: You ready for this?

Ava: Ready as ill ever be.

Ava's phone was ringing in my pocket. I pull it out. Rachel was calling her. I answer the phone.

Josh: Hello?

Rachel: Hey could you have someone come out here and help me?

Josh: Yup! Ill be there in a second.

I hang up and give Ava her phone. I kiss her head and walk outside. Rachel has a giant black balloon in her hands.

Josh: WOAH!!!

Rachel: NO PEEKING!!!!

Josh: Im not im not!!!!

I grabbed the balloon as she grabbed things out of the car. I walked the balloon to the back of the house. I tied it to the house then went back inside. The party was gonna start any second.

I see Ava sitting on the couch crying. I go running to her. I pull her into my arms and comfort her.

Josh: Ava hunn whats wrong?

Ava: Im just really excited.... and a little nervous....

Josh: Awww baby theres nothing to be nervous of... We are going to be great parents and baby Richards has sooooo many people who will love him/her. You have nothing to worry about babe.

Ava: Ok... Thanks! I Love You!

Josh: Love You More! Now lets get this party started!!!!!!!!!
