"Happy birthday sweetie!" My heart stopped as I heard his voice and saw him next to my sister.

I felt Roman tense , "Oh come on I know I told you I might not be able to see you on your birthday but you don't have to seem that surprised! Hi I'm Aaron, you must be Stephanie, Paul , Shane and Linda and well I've met the fiancé...and you're Randy?"

"Actually Randall to you" Randy eyed him up and down.

"And you are?"

Paul eyed him as well as he asked and I felt Romans fingers dig into my sides and I didn't want to look at him as clearly since Paul didn't know him he wasn't the family friend like I had said.

"I'm Aaron an old friend of Mia's I'm surprised she hasn't told you about me, but then again we haven't seen each other for years she probably forgot about me until I showed up"

He downed his champagne and I knew he was pissed that I had run away from him multiple times these past couple days.

I knew I should've said something but I couldn't as I still couldn't believe he was there. This was a surprise party so I didn't get how he could have known.

Paul looked at me and I smiled nodding my head in agreement.

"Well then nice to meet you" they smiled and I just wanted to wake up from the horrible dream as he wanted to worm himself into my life and he was succeeding.

"So since we never really heard about you how did you and Mia meet?" Roman asked and I looked up at him as he stared at Aaron I knew he was upset and I saw Aaron smile brightly.

"Well we shared mutual interests.."

I cringed at the thought of him going into detail but I knew that he wouldn't.

"and we were pretty close until awhile back when I had to relocate and we lost touch but I missed my dear friend so much I just had to find her!"

"Sorry I need a refill, excuse me" Randy walked away.

Roman's arm left me , Aaron hooked me in.

" Since its been awhile would you mind if I stole your fiancé away ?"

"No I don't..." I began but was cut off by Roman.

"Sure..." Roman agreed and I felt my heart sink I knew he was mad but he was letting me go with this man, that I'm not even sure how he found out about this thing.

As I turned to face him he had a slight smile but I knew it was only for show and he kissed my cheek before letting me go.

"Please smile birthday girl.. don't want to upset anyone"

He had forced me to dance with him and I could see Roman looking at us as my family spoke to him.

"Look at me Luna" he whispered and I stared into his cold eyes.

"You don't look so happy to see me.." he smirked.

"Well you showing up here doesn't really make me.." I blurted out and stopped myself but it was too late and he glared at me.

"You think because you're here with your people you can fucken be smart with me"

I immediately shook my head and looked over for Roman but he was no longer there.

"I don't think I have proven the power I have over you fully " he smiled and gripped my upper arm tightly and I winced but I had to act like I was fine as my guests couldn't know.

He led me away from the crowd and further into the darkness.

"Where are you takin.." he stopped and pulled my face to him.

"Shut fucking up! I am going to show you what you get for being smart with me" he pulled me a bit further and then dragged me behind a huge boulder and as we turned he shoved my head against it and I immediately felt a sharp pain and he held onto my neck.

"You better not fucking make a sound or my guys will be firing shots on this fucking beach and you know better than to ignore my threats" I nodded as I could feel the tears forming in my eyes.

I was thrown to the floor and I immediately realized what he was going to do as he climbed onto me.

"Aaron please no please..." I sobbed and I felt his hands move up my dress and rip my underwear.

"Please"

"I told you to fucking shut up, you fucking leave the States without telling me and I have to track you down so this is your punishment"

I tried fighting back but the knock to my head combined with the champagne left me weaker against his powerful grip.

He slapped me across my face and I heard him unbuckling his belt.

I closed my eyes as I wanted to be anywhere ,anywhere but here.

I wished Roman would just pitch up and save me in a perfect world he would but no one could see me and no one would save me.

The tears couldn't stop flowing and he placed his palm over my mouth absorbing my sobs.

"You know you've wanted this all along Luna" he smirked as he glared into my eyes and all I wanted was to be looking into Romans eyes.

I needed Roman I needed him....

Just as I had lost every single piece of hope I had left, I felt his weight being pulled off of me.

I saw him being pushed up against the very boulder I had been against moments ago.

"Roman.." I whispered as I tried to make out the dark figure.

"What the hell do you think you are doing huh?"

It was Randy..

Randy pushed him back against it hard and punched him across the face.

I crawled and got to my feet as Randy didn't understand what he was doing as he lift him up again and punched him.

"Randy let him go he..." I said threw my tears as I heard the faint sound of the music playing from the section of the beach we had drifted fro letting me know they were all still safe.

"Mia I know what he was planning on doing and.."

"You should listen to her Randy!" Aaron breath out and spat some blood out to the side and Randy seemed conflicted in the darkness.

He immediately punched Aaron once more to the floor , knocking him and I gasped.

"You shouldn't have done that his going to..." I could feel my tears still flowing. As I knew the other guys would come looking for him and wouldn't be happy of the way he looked.

"Ssssssh let's go"

Randy slipped off his suit jacket and threw it over me.

"I'll run you a bath " Randy whispered as we walked into the empty house due to everyone else still being at the party .

"No I can't.. I need to shower and.." he nodded and followed me into my room.

"Do you need any he.." he touched my shoulder and I unintentionally flinched and his eyes saddened.

"No its fine.." I should have thanked him, hugged him but even though I wanted to my body didn't allow me too and I simply entered the bathroom.

"Can you just close the bedroom door on your way out I'll be sleeping after"

"If there's anything you need I'm right down the hall"

I simply nodded as I closed the bathroom door.

I had been sitting in the shower for the past two hours trying to erase his touch , trying to forget everything but the more I tried the more I couldn't.

Images of my moms boyfriend flashed into my mind and I continued to break down it was just after 2am , after we left Aaron we immediately took a cab covering my face with my hair as I didn't want anyone seeing me crying.

I didn't know what to do, I had almost been raped and I couldn't ask for help I couldn't do anything if it hadn't been for Randy.. .

I felt numb as if the life had been drained from me, I slowly stood up as I knew I had to get to bed before the others returned.

I slipped on my underwear and a baggy jersey even though it was hot as I now had a very visible bruise on my upper arm where the previous one had just begun fading.
