A little poem I wrote for a friend's daughter's ninth birthday.

Never give up on your dream
When you're vaulting or balancing on the beam
Take a leap of faith off the springboard
With a smile on your face and you'll be assured
That life will score you highly
So make sure your pretty face is smiley
Do a backflip, a handstand or half twist
Do your best and make sure no opportunities are missed
Performing on the rings or the parallel bars
Remember your dream and reach for the stars
